We have a nice little RV pad on the back of our coastal home. Situated on a little bayou that opens out into Choctawhatchee Bay. Crab Island is only a 10 minute boat ride away. You would have access to our small dock and there is a neighborhood boat ramp less than one hundred feet away. This is a great place for kayaks, wave runners, and small boats. If you don't have a boat, we can set up any kind of trip you want. We are all licensed captains and own multiple Crab Island businesses. So we can set up charters for you on the following boats: Sailing trip on a restored 1963 Pearson Ensign. Can accommodate up to 6 people. This is a classic sailboat that is easy to sail and easy to learn to sail. A restored 1966 Boston Whaler that is perfect for couples looking for a sunset cruise, etc. Can accommodate up to 6 people but it perfect for 2 -4. We can go to Crab Island, look for dolphins or find our own private island beach. Waverunner tours. We can take you on a guided wave runner tour looking for dolphins and private beaches. You will drive one wave runner while our licensed captain guided you on another one. Insurance does not allow us to rent these out solo but there are many good vendors in the area to do that. Inshore flats skiff targeting redfish and trout on light spinning gear and fly rods. This boat is best fished with no more than 3 people. Rates: $150 per hour for less than 3 hours $500 for half day (4 hours) $600 for 6 hours The neighborhood is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Fort Walton with large oaks and magnolias providing plenty of shade for bike riding and walking. Downtown Fort Walton with its shops and quaint restaurants is only a mile away. Didn't bring a bike, we have 2 you can use. During the summer, there are fireworks every Wednesday night that are viewable from this spot. The site comes with water/sewer and 30 Amp hookup. The sight can accommodate up to 43' for trailer and vehicle.

Had a great couple of nights here! James was super knowledgeable and made getting the RV set up quick and easy. The location is a big plus too, just a short drive from Navarre Beach. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, well-run RV spot near the coast.

James was a great host. We had a leak under our sink as soon as we set up and he let me grab some of his extra tape so we could temporarily fix it and still enjoy our weekend. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to Navarre beach. We will be booking this host for any future visits to Navarre beach.

Sand Between Your Toes met all of our needs at a reasonable price. It was conveniently located, with full hookups, and a quiet, secure (gated) site. The private site is level with a lovely fire pit and picnic area. We will definitely reserve SBYT again when in the area.

Super chill and perfectly close to everywhere we needed to go while in town. I was hesitant to camp in "someone's yard" at first but glad that we chose to. We had plenty of room for both of our vehicles and our dogs had space to be outside as well. Would def stay here again while we are in the area.

The property was very well maintained, and the waterfront views were absolutely beautiful. The campsite was quiet, peaceful, and a great place to relax. The extra-long dock made it super convenient to keep our boat in the water, and there were plenty of neat spots around the bay to explore. The bugs were pretty heavy at night, so definitely bring bug spray. We’ll definitely be coming back for another stay soon!

Another great stay in Nathan’s backyard! We love having access to their deck & enjoyed morning & evening walks on the dock! One morning, it was covered in little baby crabs! 🦀 So cool! If you’re into sea birds & sea life, this is your jam! Only min or so away from all of our favorite places!

Truly a beautiful getaway! We loved the property, it was beautiful & so peaceful. Full hookups were well maintained. We had very level parking. Our pups loved all the areas to explore. Pat was wonderful and very accommodating. We are already discussing when we can go back. This was probably my favorite camping experience I’ve had.

We have stayed here twice a year for the last 3 years and have always enjoyed the quiet privacy. If you want to be away from all the loud car & truck noises that have become a part of all beach destinations, this is your spot. Brian is a wonderful host and is always available to help if needed. Don't take my word for it, come check out sand between your toes for yourself, except when I'm back in town🤣🤣 As always, thank you Brian for giving us a place to relax and enjoy PCB at our pace.

The Spot! was super chill and quiet. The neighborhood too. One spot designated for campers on the far side of the property. 10min drive to Navarre beach, grocery stores restaurants, etc.

Henderson Beach Campground

I stayed at Henderson Campground for one night late-May and the beach didn't feel overcrowded yet it wasn't so sparse that I felt like I was early to the party. Despite the close proximity to the highway (it's RIGHT there) I felt somewhat secluded thanks to dense foliage and campers-only beach access. You get clean bathrooms, laundry facilities and there is a short nature trail that leads to the beach. Plaques with different facts about the flora and fauna are scattered throughout the walk and there are spots to lock up your bike. There are only two tent camping sites so this books up fast. The campsite is dog-friendly, however dogs are not allowed on the beach. The only downside is I could hear cars passing on the highway at night.
