Welcome to Juanderland! A 25' twin Airstream Flying Cloud Seagrove Beach, on 30A! Located in Seagrove off San Juan Ave, two blocks from the emerald waters of 30A. Wifi + shared pool access. Two guests max. No pets allowed. Location: Old Seagrove Beach, 1 mile east of the town of Seaside. 1/2 mile to deeded beach access. Pool: Sports style, saltwater pool is shared by guests of the Casa de Juan properties that includes guests the cottage, Airstream and hosts. Pets: No pets allowed. Fires: There is a solo stove for you to use at your leisure. Please be aware of fire conditions. Do not leave unattended and you must provide your own fire wood. Golf Carts: You can bring your own golf cart or rent one and have delivered to the site. Carts must be "street legal" to drive on the roads (tagged, have seat belts, operated by licensed driver, etc AND NOW HAVE TO HAVE THE WC SAFETY STICKER DISPLAYED IN FRONT WINDSHIELD which can be picked up at WCSO on the way in off of HWY 331). Go to waltonso.org/lsv/ for more info. Bikes: There are two adults beach cruiser bikes for you to use during your stay. Additional bikes of all types (adult, child bikes, baby seats, bike trailers, adult trikes, e-bikes) can be rented and delivered and picked up from the RV site address. 30A RV, Seagrove Beach, FL + pool!

Allison and her family were incredible hosts. We camped there with our 19ft camper. The site was immaculate and full hookups worked flawlessly. The pool was crystal clear and our children had a great time! Walking distance to the beach made multiple trips there nice and easy. We will definitely be back soon.

If you want to feel like a local with a quick step to the pool/backyard paradise, stay here. Great location with easy access to everything 30A including the beach a short walk away. Looking forward to a return trip! Thanks to our hosts for a lovely stay!
