We had an awesome stay at The Shop. James was kind and hospitable. Directions and communications were great. The space was easy to back into and he had all the hook-ups we needed. We travel the FL panhandle often and will definitely be back!

Super chill and perfectly close to everywhere we needed to go while in town. I was hesitant to camp in "someone's yard" at first but glad that we chose to. We had plenty of room for both of our vehicles and our dogs had space to be outside as well. Would def stay here again while we are in the area.

The Spot! was super chill and quiet. The neighborhood too. One spot designated for campers on the far side of the property. 10min drive to Navarre beach, grocery stores restaurants, etc.

Quiet spot in residential neighborhood in central Navarre. 10 minutes to beach. 5 minutes to all stores on Route 98. Single spot had 50A, water, & sewer hookups.

Excellent directions. Peaceful location. Ease of backing into the spot. We woke up, opened the door and listened to the doves and other birds singing while watching the sunrise and drinking our coffee.
Would definitely recommend!!

Really like the site. FHU Nice yard. Easy backin. Not far from Navarre beach and grocery stores. James was really receptive and gave instructions for his property. I would stay again.

Nice lot in a residental neighborhood in Navarre close to Navarre Beach. James the host, was very nice and helpful. Made me feel welcome and safe. Was very easy to park and hook up my RV to a full set up. We had a nice 1 night stay that was quiet and comfortable with our dogs. No issues or problems. Will reserve again in the future for sure. Great spot to hook up! James is friendly and very knowledgeable. The location is perfect for a healthy dose of Navarre life: close to Publix, a brewery, restaurants, and the beach! Tons of stuff for the whole family to enjoy in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at Jame's Hipcamp and we'd stay again. James came out to meet us and he was very friendly and hospitable. There's a peach tree right by the site and he offered us to pick as many fresh peaches we'd like, and they were great. Getting in and out was simple, and all the hookups were right there and easy to use. The location is just a short drive to the Emerald coast beaches. We had a great time and overall it was an excellent stay.

What stood out about Jame's property is that everything is where its supposed to be and in excellent working order. He even has an industrial size, long hose that he might let you use to wash off anything on your RV. You cant beat the price for the distance to the ocean.!

It's a safe place to be, and only a couple of miles to the emerald coast. A great price for where James is located. Friendly, James would help you with almost anything and with FHU he even has air for your RV and more if needed.

James communicated everything we needed to know before we arrived. He was there when we arrived and was happy to help us get in our spot. Our time there was quiet and close to the beach. It was a great neighborhood (lots of neighbors have campers too).

I'm a single traveler with a small camper van and when I was approaching the home. I called the host and he did not answer. He told me to read my text. He said he wasn't home. When I arrived I saw simply a spot to park with no privacy. No chairs, no table + an incorrect electrical hookup and a hose laying on the ground. Shortly after the host walked across the grass in the front of the house and I introduced myself not knowing who he was and hoping that it wasn't an undesirable person. He said he was the owner and just pointed to the spot where I should park and walked away. Never asking me if I needed help or if I needed anything. Took everything up. This was very upsetting and disturbing and I decided to leave and try to find a last minute camping spot at a small campground which was extremely expensive. I told the host by text that I did not want to stay there because I felt unsafe and it was simply not a place to feel comfortable and I didn't like the fact that he didn't want to greet me even though he was home and he lied about it. For these reasons, I cannot recommend staying, therefore $40 a night plus tax. It was a total no-go
