We are located in Molino, Fl. which Is a small rural community north of Pensacola. We feature a 1 acre stocked lake, a canoe , dock and gazebo. Deer can usually be seen grazing on the dam and wild geese are often floating on the lake. We only have a few sites but they are all gravel based with 50 amp electric service. Water, sewer and trash, are also included. Washer and dryer are available on site. Lots of shade. Well behaved, leashed pets are welcome. Horses, and chickens on property. A great place for a family to retreat for a weekend and learn about gardens, wildlife and farm animals. Trails for walking. Horse lessons and riding available if interested. River boating, fishing or to collect driftwood can be arranged. Due to the property destruction in South Florida from Hurricane Ian we can possibly entertain longer stays.

Beautiful remote location with complete privacy. Only an hour drive to Destin/ Ft. Walton Beach. I only have 1 site renting, the parking lot is never crowded with other vehicles. Great place to park, no detours off of HWY 29, just pull in and pull out, circular drive and parking lot.  Direct access to other Highways like Hwy 65. No alcohol at this campsite, serenity. Weekend Trip to Brinn Farm

This camp spot was the absolute best we have stayed at. 60 acres, a pond with bass and brim which was fished every day, no neighbors and no cell service. Full hookups with 50amp service, walking trails to explore, the ambiance at night with lights, fireflies and such a gorgeous property. This is the place to disconnect from it all and reconnect with nature. Our dogs loved being able to run, play and swim. We have been wanting to camp here for a few years and finally getting to meet Patrick and family was a real pleasure! Thank you for sharing your slice of Heaven on Earth with us and for making our annual family camp trip one to remember. Truly a wonderful experience and we can't wait to camp here again. ❤️

Set up was a breeze on arrival. Jay met me and showed me my boondocking site - flat and plenty of room to pull in and circle around for my 26' TT. Keyed and gated entry was nice. Each day I heard the neighbor's rooster and a braying donkey - far enough away to be unobtrusive and near enough to be enjoyed. Other campers down the road were either tent campers or RVs enjoying full hookups. Met some nice folks! Only had 2 other boondocking neighbors during my 7 night stay. Jay and Suzette were lovely and welcoming. Enjoyed evening conversation while the guys played horseshoes. The laundry/shower/toilet rooms were clean and well kept. Laundry rate was very reasonable. I enjoyed my time there so much I extended my stay a few more days. You might want to bring your own fresh water as the water hose by the tank dump is not technically potable due to its location.

We had a great time. The property is beautiful. They had full hook ups for our small RV. The hosts Larry and Sheila were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. There isn’t a place to put kayaks in, but I was able to take my paddle board up river and ride it back to the campsite. We can’t wait to go back.

We needed a boondock site for one night. We booked with Jay and Suzette and we were very surprised Bathroom, shower, laundry, little treats, and lovely trails around the property to take a walk or jog. The tent and RV-hook-up sites are scattered about giving alot of space and privacy . They were lovely hosts as well.

Gateway Trails is by far the best Hipcamp site I have visited. Jay and his pup greeted us to make sure we had everything we needed. We only made a quick overnight but honestly I could have stayed for days. Highly recommend especially to solo travelers looking for a safe place to rest your head.

Holly is a great host. Very nice and instant responses. The site is very nice. New hook ups that were very well maintained and convenient. It’s a gravel pad so it required some leveling but overall it’s a very convenient location. Nice trails through secluded woods. Less than 10 minutes to Publix and several restaurants very close as well. We will definitely return.

It was very private, as i was the only camper there at the time. They have a pavilion with a grill. A toilet room, outdoor sink, and a shower. It is outside so be mindful of cold weather, though they do have hot water. Fire pits, a self serve firewood station, a "Trading Post" that held different woods for smoking meats. A wonderful stay, and the host was very responsive. Thank you!

Jay and Suzette are excellent hosts . The location was very easily accessible to I-10 and the Emerald Coast beaches. Convenient grocery options nearby. It's a quiet place in the country the hosts are really welcoming and very knowledgeable it's great for Boondocking if you want your privacy you can also get a remote to the gate which was really convenient; the showers were clean with hot water, washer and dryer available, potable water. Owners checked in on me to make sure I was okay. My only drawback was the neighbours in the neighbouring property played their music pretty loud at night. I was too tired after a date at the beach to care. Other than that everything is cool. The price was right for me ;a weary traveller needing to stay someplace car and tent campingfor at least four days while I took in the beaches. Found a few dog friendly beaches within 50 miles , thx to Jay and Suzettes knowledge of the area. definitely worth it.see you all on down the road! Jen G, TX.

You won’t regret staying here. Whether you’re in a tent, van, RV, or just boondocking out of your vehicle, it’s a really comfortable and safe place to land. The owners genuinely give off that “welcome to auntie and uncle’s place” vibe, which made it feel easy right away. The other campers were kind and welcoming, but also respectful of quiet space, which I appreciated. I stayed in an RV spot but was SUV camping and still felt completely safe and comfortable. The facilities were extremely clean and clearly well maintained. They’re also thoughtfully set up, and there were affordable last-minute snacks available — or what I called “emergency coffee,” which honestly is a huge plus when you need it. I’d absolutely stay here again if I’m in the area. And the location is great. There are a ton of trails nearby through the forests and forest management areas. The Florida Trail is a quick drive away, and there are plenty of dog-friendly options. Overall I had a really good experience here.
