Here in Auburndale, Florida, we are a lakefront property with two palm trees greeting you at our front driveway. We have lake dock access to Lake Ariana with 300 ft of shoreline, a lakefront BBQ area, and a boat launching area for kayaks and inflatables right here at our docks.
We have a large mango tree (mangoes are seasonal) and over 150 mango trees that range from starts to three-year-old trees scattered around the property. Additionally, we have an outdoor pool. Pool hours 8am to 6pm or ask for special times.
You can enjoy boating, kayaking, sailboats, and BBQs right at our lakeside dock. Not into lakes? You can swim in our outdoor pool with a waterfall and decorative koi pond close by. The views of the lake are stunning.
If you want to explore nearby attractions, we are close to Florida theme parks such as Disney, LegoLand, and Bush Gardens, and it's only a 40-minute drive to Gulf Coast beaches (we supply all beach gear; just ask). For RV travelers, we have a 30AMP hookup site with water access located just behind the main house. While this site doesn’t include sewage, you’ll have access to a fully renovated communal bathroom complete with a toilet and bathtub.
The sanctuary features unique spaces to inspire creativity, such as:

• Open fields for writing, painting, or meditating.
• Large canopies for art and music activities.

For those looking to immerse themselves in the outdoors, we offer primitive campsites where you can choose your own spot—whether it’s by the pond, under the oak trees, or nestled near the bamboo grove.
For RV travelers, we have a 30AMP hookup site with water access located just behind the main house. While this site doesn’t include sewage, you’ll have access to a fully renovated communal bathroom complete with a toilet and bathtub.
The sanctuary features unique spaces to inspire creativity, such as:
• A peaceful on-site pond with fish.
• Open fields for writing, painting, or meditating.
• Large canopies for art and music activities.
We also provide a selection of rentable musical instruments, including a piano, keyboard, cello, and guitar, to help bring your artistic visions to life.
Our sanctuary is proudly 420-friendly and welcomes guests of all backgrounds, lifestyles, and beliefs, whether LGBTQ+ or from any spiritual or religious path. However, we ask that heavier substances or disruptive behaviors be avoided to maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

Location was ideal for us, 55 minute drive to the Tampa Aquarium, 15 minutes to Fantasy of Flight, our weekend destinations.

Very beautiful private spots. Shady with the gorgeous Spanish moss trees. We stayed for two nights and James was very helpful if we needed anything at all. Our kids who are 6 and 9 had a blast running around the property and checking out all the cool things there were. They got to hang out with Tom the turkey and had the best time! I stated this hip camp for 3 days. It's a nice little quiet location off the beaten path. Night time is super dark with no imposing street lights or anything of that nature. The pond was not really visible, but it didn't make any difference to me and for my purposes. It was spacious with plenty of room for me to unload my motorcycle for trips down into Kissimmee. Matt was a true Joy, polite and respectful. If you're looking for a place with no real frills, this is a spot for you. I paid about $20 a day, and I had power. Having power is always a benefit so that I could recharge my external batteries, my battery packs and charge up my refrigerator. I look forward to visiting this hip Camp again in the near future. Five stars
