The location of her land is off the beaten path, surrounded by mountain ranges and vast prairies. One gets the best of both landscapes, spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
The camp sites are on an elevated rock ledge.
There is well water on site - water is very good quality.

We took advantage of late season warm weather and spent 2 nights at Rockridge. It did turn windy and cool but we enjoyed the solitude. Gorgeous view of Pikes Peak. I was able to walk my dog all over Carol’s horse pasture.
Note that the 3 campsites are fairly close together. Google maps took us right to Carols land - campsites are marked by short pink flags on the left side of her driveway once you have entered the property.

Beautiful views and very peaceful. We had a great time at Carol’s property. It was perfect for a short getaway from home. Very close to many attractions yet far enough away to feel secluded. The Yetman Flower Farm was easy to find, convenient to access Denver and a sweet, quiet place to get a great night's sleep. I met Doug, the owner, the horses and cats. Everyone was welcoming. There are beautiful gardens, one with a glass green house in which a small group was learning watercolor painting together. The whole stay was a very pleasant experience. Thank you Doug and family for sharing your farm.

We stayed there to attend a show at Red Rocks. Picked this spot to be close to RR and it worked perfectly. 15 minutes to be in the park.

We loved Crystal's property, The Bees Kneez, in Florissant. The location was awesome. Close to the market and liquor store on 24, where you can also fill up on propane if needed. Also nearby is the Library and adjacent park you can walk to. On Saturday they had a great farmer's market which offered a nice variety and great prices on local produce, meat, eggs, plants, etc. The location was quiet and conveniently located right off the highway. The RV spot is located in the backyard of her Airbnb house, so you are sharing the land it sits on, but we still felt like we had plenty of privacy. We were a little uncertain about pulling in when we got there, since there wasn't a direct pull-out, but we were able to easily backup our 40ft motorhome and drive back out of the driveway. So don't let the initial setup deter you from staying!! To be able to offer full hookups for the price offered and the location is a deal! Crystal was so hospitable and offered advice and insight on the area. We really enjoyed chatting with her when she was around. And don't miss the Thunderbird Inn! You can easily walk or ride your bike there, if you don't want to drive, and the French dip is a must have! They also have live music on the weekends and a great backyard hangout area. We highly recommend a stay at The Beez Kneez and hope to come back for a stay again next time we're in the area. Thanks Crystal!

We had some technical issues with hipcamp web site (me being a techtard) and didnt arrive till pretty late at night and carol was very polite and professional even at that late hour. Great spot if you’re visiting the fossil beds or Cripple Creek. It is in the backyard of an air bnb but it’s private enough. We saw some deer! The electrical hookup is 50 amp only. It’s about an hour round trip to Walmart if you don’t have a converter yet like us.

Not to mention the quiet, serene location perfect to relax and chill from your day to day grind. The farm is stunning and well cared for. Top-notch flower farm, and also: there was camping.
The scenic space, and the hosts Doug and Amy, the horses, goats, chickens, cats and flowers were awesome. Easy drive from Red Rocks, convenient to downtown Denver, great walking/running path right off the property, and we loved swimming at Bear Creek Lake Park just a quick drive away. This is a working and active farm with both farm animals and family pets that meandered into the camp area a few times. Occasionally the working farm activities and/or outside visitors blocked the only drive in/out and our access to the drinking water and the porta-pot, and one dog definitely would have preferred that we not be at her farm and she let us know several times. Not for those who may be claustrophobic, or afraid of dogs.
tldr; not a ton of privacy from animals and humans, but really beautiful property in a great location and I would absolutely camp here again for a Red Rocks show.

We enjoyed this spot! Space is shared with an AirBnb on the property. Proximity to the house was closer than we had imagined (there’s no photo to indicate) but true to the listing there was plenty of room for everyone. Hookups all worked great, and a family of elk visited both nights. The location is great, easy to drive to a bunch of locations, and the coffee shop and grocery store in town were awesome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth's Hipcamp. She and Red were very welcoming and Roxie and I had many walks around their property, enjoying seeing the chickens, goats, bees, and water area. The sunrises and sunsets from their property were gorgeous and we even saw a few hot air balloons flying over. I got to watch the Beehive check-in and felt very safe here. They gave us a box of fresh eggs, which were so good, I bought another box. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to any of our friends.
