After time spent traveling - in Hawaii, Central America and Southeast Asia - we decided to make a home for ourselves in the Pacific Northwest. We looked for over a year for the perfect place, and first came across this property - one drafty farmhouse, a dilapidated outbuilding an an ancient barn - and immediately knew this was where we were meant to be. We call this rustic homestead "Bueno Mana" - as in, "The Good Source/Good Life". A place to come and re-acquaint yourself with what that truly means.
Situated an easy 4 miles from the nearby charming seaside town of Trinidad, and 1.5 miles away from popular Moonstone Beach, this space offers privacy, access to Nature, and a wee respite from the busy outside world. While you're here, enjoy a walk through the private loop trail or jaunt down to the beach, less than 2 miles away. Enjoy a bespoke picnic underneath the apple trees, or lay a round of disc golf on our 18-hole course onsite.
At night, roast some s'mores or sip some local wine or beer by the outdoor firepit. Or take a dip in the shared hot tub with with some world class stargazing time. Easy access to world-famous hikes through the redwoods, and several miles of pristine coastal access.
Guests will stay in the renovated barn, with two queen beds, a cozy outdoor sunroom, and lots of books and records on hand to enhance your stay. Inside is everything you will need for a thoroughly pampered "camping" experience: full-size fridge, electric range, microwave, coffee maker, tv and turntable, and wi-fi, plus a wood-burning stove to keep you warm while you're here.

Hidden gem for sure. Close to the redwoods and has everything you need. Lots of campgrounds can feel run down but you can see the attention to detail they put into this space.

Great view for a camp spot! A little close neighbor wise but in a pinch it was great. I’m not sure the name of the woman at the front desk but she was incredibly friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the hot tub at night and hearing the sea lions. Recommend staying here and will hopefully be back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground. The entire site was very clean and well-maintained, and the washrooms were spotless, which made our experience even more comfortable. This stay was everything I needed. I booked the Aristocrat trailer with my dog, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and intention went into every detail. The trailer was cozy, stylish, and full of charm.
Mallory and Jeff have created something truly special. The property is beautifully designed, with trails to explore, maps to guide you, and welcome kits for both humans and pups! Even the dog leash hooks in the kitchen made me smile, such a thoughtful touch that shows how well they understand their guests.
The outdoor shower was a bonus - peaceful, refreshing, and somehow made me feel more connected to the land. And the shared kitchen and dining space were so well done. It felt communal without being crowded, and added a layer of comfort and ease to the whole experience.
Mallory was so sweet when we checked out, she made sure everything went smoothly and it was obvious how much she cares about this place. That kind of genuine hospitality really stayed with me.
Already planning my return, next time with people I love so they can experience the magic too!

We absolutely loved our stay at Camp Trinidad! Hands down the best RV camp we’ve been to. The grounds are so well maintained, the sites are spotless, and the amenities are fantastic. Everything feels thoughtfully cared for, and it really shows. The staff is truly the best! Huge shout out to Lee! They are all welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. It made our stay feel easy and relaxing. We can’t wait to come back!!! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-run RV camp!
