Whispering Redwood Creek
Private Fern Oasis with a Rocket!
This was such a cool spot to camp for the night and it was eerily quiet most of it, which felt like you were living in the land of Ferngully :) Just felt so magical with the ferns, mushrooms, the redwoods, and little nooks I can imagine lots of furry friends burrow in. The road was just fine for any vehicle and while yes, there were a few cars that went by, but nothing that was bothersome at all. I loved the rocket bathroom and the amenities were perfect, solar lights and a flood light for the bathroom, as well as a locked door, so you could put your belongings in there if needed! Would def recommend staying at this spot!

Staying at this site was amazing! The campsite was secluded on the property, but close enough that it felt safe. The tall redwoods around it are so dreamy, and the hosts were so kind! I highly recommend staying here.

Camping to the sound of birds
What a cute lil spot to relax in the redwoods. Loved hearing all the birds in the evening/morning as well as looking up from the tent into the redwoods was delightful. Originally was trying to get a campsite at Sue-meg state park but they were full which lead me to find this gem. So glad too because so much more private and relaxing thab a public campground. Definately recommend and will be re-booking when I'm back in the area.

What a cool spot tucked way away in the woods! After the initial adventure to get there (13 degree steeps with a few blind turns), we were deeply nestled away in the trees. This spot made a great base camp for many day trips. Totally unique site - the bathroom and sink are a definite bonus room!

Great place in the redwoods
This location was great for our family! It was in a beautiful secluded place so we weren’t camping around other people and only 16 minutes from the ocean. So we got the best of both the woods and the ocean. The area was clean and the fact that they provided a bathroom and bear proof garbage can made it perfect! If we ever go back to that area we would definitely stay here again.

Whispering Redwood Creek
Super quiet and incredibly peaceful
To start, the location was incredibly quiet and utterly peaceful. The bathroom was a super bonus and hecka cute. The entire environment was absolutely gorgeous! A few pointers for other campers: 1. I don't recommend taking a 4 cylinder vehicle unless is has all wheel drive... my front wheel drive suv got squirly going up some very steep gravel roads to get to the spot. 2: The fire pit that the host mentions is not what I expected so I am thankful I brought a mini bbq. The one there is for ambiance. 3. The waterfall in the in the pics is seasonal, so don't be sad when you go in July and it's dry. 4. Don't forget mosquito repellent under any circumstances... They are terrible! These are in no way anything the host did wrong. I definitely give this spot 5 stars!
