Hello all! If you're looking for some glamping with creature comforts, while just being 10 minutes away from restaurants. This is the place for you. We are a 5 acre property and home surrounded by tall redwood and oak trees. Very green and lots of shade. These are the amenities/facilities you will have free access to: Pool, Pool chairs and umbrellas, Deck area with sunset view, Trampolines, and hammocks.
There is not cooking allowed by or at any of the common areas, due to flies and critters. Cooking and eating is only allowed by your sites and not in any common areas: Hammocks, Trampolines, Pool Area, tables, sink, and deck please follow this rule because we want to prevent our shared areas to be fly and bug infested. We are still working on ridding the flies and cleaning. (please try to bring prepackaged food or something easy. If anything you can drive 10 minutes to nearby food and grocery). In the past we let people cook and eat around the pool but now our whole property is fly infested and I find scattered leftovers on the ground. Thanks for understanding.
THERE IS A 1-2 MINUTE HIKE TO THE CAMPSITES 1-5!
Poolside campsites are closer to the parking and are bigger.

This property is my home that I live in with my 2 kids. It is a rustic and homey vibe, definitely not a hotel. We want you to come knowing what to expect. Our property offers a pool, and trampolines for the kids. We have a deck patio area that overlooks an amazing view of the redwood forest. Most of our guests are those that come from foreign countries and they all LOVE the property. I love leaving a great impression of our area.

We have an elevated experience in our backyard complete with Gazebo with Queen Bed and Organic Bedding, Outdoor Shower and Toilet(photos coming soon). Lanai with Fridge, Dishwasher, Sink, Toaster Oven, and Induction Cook Plate. The lanai has a dining area with seating for 6. It also has a sitting area. We have a cold plunge with hydrogen and ozone filtration.
We are a short 7 blocks from BottleRock and the shopping area of Napa, with the Oxbow Market being 6 blocks away. Our neighborhood is quiet but you can walk to and from your event so you can enjoy your time with a quick walk or Lyft home safe!
We have room for 1 car off street and multiple cars on the road we live on.
Your pup is welcome but you must bring them with you when you go explore. But we may be able to arrange a dog sit if we are free!

This campground just god a major uplift. This used to be called Feel Good Camp and now we dedicate it to the natural green building and clean living. There were many beautiful hands put their energies into each cobbin here and we built it with Love, charities and your comfort in mind!
We made our decision based on our love to create an inspiration for arts and creating beautiful buildings using materials that you can find around you such as pallets, clay, sands, straws, etc. Everything is made out of non toxic materials, we even made our own paint out of cooking flours!
Being inside these cob buildings feels like being in the womb of Mother Earth: the scent, the calm, the grounding, etc. The woods come from one of our properties and we milled them ourselves. We upcycle almost everything: The tree barks, the branches, even the furnitures were secured from non-profit organizations. We'd like you to come to be inspired! One of the buildings is there as a demonstration site till its done and we'll have the cob builder to be there to show you around. Cob working party is held by a master cob builder.
We made your Camping and Glamping experience easy. We provide clean showers, restrooms, toilet paper, paper towels, barbecue, fridge, freezer, popcorn kettles, , utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, coffee maker, pots and pans, cutleries, etc. Yes, there is hot water as well with no coins needed.
The campground is located in a serene oak grove area of the property. Its a peaceful getaway with an abundance of bird varieties and occasional wild turkeys passing through. Take a stroll around our 5-acre property and catch a breathtaking sunset from the hillside.
The amenities are: Outdoor kitchen, 2 fire pits, outdoor showers and bathrooms, electricity in each cobin, Board games, Yard Games, dog park and an outdoor library for little ones to grown ups. In Winter 2026 we'll add sauna and outdoor tubs for warm winter experience.
Your parking spot is within a very short walking distance and there are wagons for you to use to haul your belongings to your camp site.

All tents include a mini fridge and a stove, ideal for light cooking, intimate fireside storytelling, and warmth during cool days.
We suggest you bring easy-to-prep food, drinks, warm clothes, hiking shoes, and a beanie, as it can get chilly without notice. Your designated parking space is a 6-minute walk from the campsite (downhill on arrival, then back uphill (steep) in the forest), so we recommend traveling light.

Our goats roam the land all day and may visit you for pets and nuzzles. They are gentle, but please do not feed or let them inside the tent.
Recharge from the day with a hot shower. Grab your fresh towels from your tent and go to your outdoor allocated bathhouses, where you’ll find an indoor shower and well-appointed restrooms. They are nicely lit and stocked with bath products.

Our yurt and treehouse are located on Lago Lomita Vineyards with a view of the entire Monterey Bay. We've been hosting guests since 2015 and are looking forward to meeting you!
Both our treehouse and yurt listings are unique experiences. They both are adjacent to the Tierra Madre Vineyard Block and have awesome views of the entire Monterey Bay/Pacific Ocean. We are located on 44 acres high atop the Santa Cruz Mountains but close to all the major beaches and Silicon Valley. Please be aware this is camping in nature, along with squirrels, spiders, falling leaves, etc. and nature is not always for everyone. There is a 45ft. ladder to climb to get into the treehouse. The view at sunset is spectacular.

We acquired the property in 1991, shortly after the Lexington Fire (1985) and Loma Prieta earthquake (1989). At that time, the entire property has degenerated into disrepair, and all the vineyards had been overwhelmed by the wilderness.
In 2011, we started the herculean effort of clearing away the wilderness, resurrecting all the vineyards and renovating our home. In 2014, we started replanting the vineyards, and opened our tree house to visitors in 2015.
Just like us, I think you will fall in love with this property, and enjoy every minute of your time here.

Our family farm is located in the heart of beautiful Sonoma Valley. A total of 7 acres with 4 in Chardonnay grapes and 3 as our homestead and sheep farm. Come feed animals, gather eggs and use our place as a launching point for your wine country vacation.While riding her horse through the vineyards, a friend of ours noticed a "For Sale" sign. Nice barn, lighted arena, hmmm...maybe my friends would like to move here. One phone call and a risky escrow led to our dream property. We've slowly made it our own and have found that growing roses, grapes, fruit trees, chickens and sheep are our specialty. We've been "camping" here since 2002 and can't believe our luck. With uninhibited views of the beautiful hillsides and a rural lifestyle, our farm makes us feel like Nature paints us a new painting every day. The Chardonnay grapes are turned into wonderful Carneros wines by some of the areas best winemakers.

What a paradise! Lounging in that cedar hot under a glorious oak tree, gazing out over the mountains is one of the most tranquil experiences of my life. Our yurt and the whole campground were the perfect blend of indoor-outdoor living. My five-year-old daughter had a blast! Mathilda was an outstanding host. We can’t wait to come back!

This was my and my husband's first time trying hipcamp I have to say this was a wonderful first experience, we really loved the Yurt and how incredibly peaceful the location is. We were only able to stay for one night but the loved the setup of the yurt, everything is so thoughtful and cozy and the quiet is exactly the relaxing getaway we needed. Thank you Bridgette and Curtis for hosting us, we will definitely be back someday.

We recently stayed at Jim and Amy’s glamping property, and it was an absolute dream. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless.
The Vibe & Views:
If you are looking for that authentic, peaceful ranch vibe, this is it. Positioned beautifully in Livermore, the property offers some of the most breathtaking sunrise and sunset views you could ever ask for. Watching the sun dip below the hills in the evening and waking up to the morning glow over the ranch was incredibly peaceful and a total highlight of our trip.
The Glamping Domes:
The accommodation itself is top-notch. The glamping domes are beautifully designed, immaculate, and offer the perfect blend of modern comfort and a unique outdoor experience. They are cozy, spacious, and provide a fantastic front-row seat to the surrounding nature without sacrificing any luxury.
The Hosts:
Jim and Amy are phenomenal hosts. Communication was seamless right from the beginning. They were proactive, incredibly welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay while perfectly respecting our privacy.
We absolutely loved our time here and cannot recommend Jim and Amy’s place enough. We will definitely be back!

Snuggle Inn is a hidden gem that completely exceeded my expectations. The waterfront cottage is much better than the pictures show—it's spacious, boasts a great split unit, and has a fully equipped kitchen. I loved grilling on the waterfront fire pit and sleeping in the comfortable queen-sized bed with my two dogs.
Despite it being a busy July 4th weekend with lots of kids and boaters, the cabin remained surprisingly peaceful. The best part was walking my two boys down to the beach to run and swim. My terrier mix was in heaven!
With hot showers and flush toilets available, it’s a perfectly relaxing setup - spacious and comfortable. I’m already planning my next trip back!

We had a wonderful stay at Snug Harbor RV Park & Marina! The park is peaceful, clean, and a great place to relax with the family.
We especially want to thank Jana for her outstanding hospitality and kindness. During our stay, we had a couple of small issues with our campsite, and she went above and beyond to help us. She was able to move us to a much better site, which made a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our weekend.
Jana truly cares about her guests and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Thanks to her help, our family had an amazing and memorable stay.
We highly recommend this RV park and will definitely be happy to come back in the future.

A beautiful and quiet spot to recharge for a couple of nights. Our kids loved being able to run around the grassy area. You are fairly close to other campers, which for us wasn’t a problem. The fellow campers were friendly. Walter was a great host. Be sure to pack up and store your food, garbage, and recycling nightly as there are little critters that come looking for scraps (to be expected with so much wildlife around).

We had a great trip camping at Blackberry Farm. All of the facilities were well maintained and the campsite was beautiful. The site was fully booked the weekend we camped, but it never felt overcrowded and my kids made friends with other kids and there was plenty of space to run around and play. It's within walking distance to Bolinas town and the beach, which was super convenient. We would definitely book again!

My fiance and I loved this property. It was far better than we expected. Beautiful grounds and awesome buildings made of natural materials. It felt like being in Costa Rica or something.
The outdoor shower was nice too :)

Our family had a great time! This place is great for couples and families. Yeyen is very communicative which we appreciated. There's plenty of things to do on the property (board games, horseshoe, corn hole, hatchet throwing). We loved sitting by the campfire and looking up at the night sky through the roof of our cabin. Our cabin was comfortable. This was our first time here so we brought our own cookware and shower supplies but plenty of items are already provided for you on the property (pots/pans, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). There's no places to hike on the property but there are plenty of trails and other things to do nearby. We came for the 4th of July to get away from fireworks because our dogs don't do well with fireworks. We could still hear and see fireworks from a distance but it wasn't too loud and our dogs were fine. We definitely plan on going back again!

What a magical place full of whimsical art, beautiful plants everywhere and the hosts Yeyen and Farbod’s attention to detail at every corner of their property make camping their a dream. We had a blast at their annual pizza making contest and can't wait to come back next year.
