This property is at the base of the Mule Mountains with views looking over the San Pedro River to the Huachuca Mountains, the lights of Sierra Vista and San Pedro Mexico. It's two miles away from the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, a popular trailhead for birdwatchers, hikers, and mountain bikers. It's just a 30 minute drive to Old Bisbee, a historic mining town with a vibrant music and art scene. Also within a half hour drive, you can reach the Coronado National Monument, or Miller Canyon. There is excellent cell coverage from Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T And... if you happen to fly a paramotor, you hit the jackpot. Just next to the camping spot, there is a landing zone. If you want to fly here, please get familiar with the local airspace. The riparian area has a 2000' requested minimum altitude. West of the river is restricted airspace and the boarder defense zone starts just six miles to the South. Heading to the North, then East, you are all clear. It's best to fly when the wind is coming from the West or South.A large clearing among the desert vegetation at the base of the Mule Mountains looking over the San Pedro River to the Huachuca Mountains, the lights of Sierra Vista and San Pedro Mexico. The last 2.5 miles are dirt and some of it is a bit rough. Any vehicle can handle it just fine, you might just need to go slow. This section takes me about 7 minutes in my truck, and about 20 in my RV that does particularly poorly on washboard.
