There is approximately 3 acres of property on the river to enjoy. Floating the the River is a pastime enjoyed by many. Sitting on the beach just passing the time is just as good, what ever your pleasure is you will enjoy it hear. That's why we call this place Getaway at the rivers edge, only rule HAVE FUN.This is a dry camp site on the Rivers edge hence the name. 1 port-o-let and 1 trash can provided. There is a picnic table and a charcoal barbeque at the site as well as a firepit. Please keep the fire in the pit and the trash in the can. I only have a couple simple rules; be respectful of the property (it took me a lot of time and money to get it where it is at now) and have FUN. This a great location for a base camp for hunting or snowmobiling as well as camping in the summer not that far to Chelan or Wenatchee this site can accommodate large groups If you let me know in advance I can make the proper arrangements for you to have a wonderful visit to the Entiat Valley. Plenty of hiking, exploring and wilderness areas to see, I will greet you at the site when you get hear and answer any question that you have about the area. Beautiful land with the freedom a group like ours could be ourselves at! Brian is a good guy,very hospitable and fun.

Getaway at the Rivers Edge 13208ERR

The river was absolutely beautiful as was the setting at the river. Floating the river was so fun. I just enjoyed having my chair in the water with a cup of coffee or my favorite drink. The honey bucket was clean. My group enjoyed sitting around the fire pit in the evening. There were plenty of areas for tents..The big negative was the mosquitoes!!!!!

Great river access and beach for swimming and hanging out. Clean honey bucket. Host was very accommodating and helpful! BRING BUG SPRAY and bite/itch cream. The mosquitoes were viscous in the camp site

Rivers Edge Getaway!

Brian is a very humble guy. He tried his very best to make the area clean and presentable for the squad of 17 people. We managed to fit all our cars there and had an amazing time. Got to hangout with Brian for a little bit and hes a 10/10 type of guy very very nice and a beautiful piece of property. The river is ICE COLD like freezing, and the mosquitoes are VICIOUS VICOUS. We got eaten up! They play no games. But i guess thats anywhere really. Bring bug spray and of that bug stuff your gonna need it forsure. Overall is was a great time me and my friends had an amazing time.
