Sit by the pond, sit by the creek, sit in the waterfall, sit out at Blueberry Hill for a pleasant breeze or up on SunStar Ridge for some nightly star gazing or lay back in a hammock or on zero gravity chair 1 Bunkie on a hill overlooking the pond and 2 private tent sites, one at Boot Hill and one in the Field of Dreams. Each site has a fire pit and a compostable toilet and there is an outhouse on the property for the bunkie. Great for canoes, kayaks, bird and wildlife watching with spectacular star gazing. This property was part of an old homestead and as such I am still finding things so please respect the caution tape and stay on the marked trails. Some are treasures (European Grapes, Bergamot, French Roses, Asparagus, Rhubarb, Ramps, Fiddle-heads) and others not so much. I am re purposing what I can and collecting the rest for disposal as I nurture this land back to what it was meant to be, paradise. There is an outdoor shower available as well. If you are green minded you are welcome here!

There is also, an extensive trail systems to enjoy on your bikes, quads, and sleds close by. We are very child and pet friendly as well! Being newer to hipcamp, our campsites are always evolving and improving. We let campers stay in our parking lot where they can enjoy a beautiful sunset and many hiking trail just minutes away from us. Campers can walk down to the river and maybe see a beaver hard at work. Campers will not be allowed to walk to the farm as insurance won't let us. There are many activities that can be done around here in nature and we will provide a map and explanation of where the activity is and provide website links as well of the many hiking trail around us. There is a lake about 12 min drive from us with a nice beach. We will provide a pick nick table and can set up a badminton net as well for those that like to have a badminton game. A short walk from us a small Catholic country church, and you can walk to the Slate River Bridge on Hwy 608 and on Hwy 61.

The rest of the property is of mixed bush forest and small meadow to the South end that can accommodate a RV.The property offers a pristine natural environment abundant with wild life, bird watching and plenty of excellent swimming and fishing spots.There is only one easily assessable  RV spot available on the land for booking, this is a small clearing by the entrance area that can abominate up to a few RVs from one group exclusively, or be booked for a single RV to use exclusively.Accessing the remainder of the land is by way of a bush road that will require walking in approximately 1 km or by way of a 4 by 4 vehicle or ATV to access the waters edge. The K and P mixed use trail runs adjacent to the property and allows travel to Calabogie to the North or Sharbot lake and further South to Kingston by way of ATV right from the edge of the property.Sharbot lake is a short 15-minute drive from the property and offers all the amenity of a small town including a magnificent public beach that is ideal for small children.
