Views of mountains in every direction with lots of wild birds in the area. We have horses, cows, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats at the ranch. The small working ranch is in the Rocky mountain trench with the Rocky Mountains to the east the Caribou range to the east and the Monashee Mountains to the south.

The site is 20 minutes from Mount Robson Provincial Park (Berg Lake trailhead) and just over an hour to Jasper National Park. Valemount townsite is 15 minutes away and is home to a renowned mountain bike park, and excellent restaurants such as the Glacier fire Pizza.
Please take the time to read any posted signs regarding rules of the ranch, speed limits, etc, and do not leave a trace. Please bring your garbage, tissues and cans with you. There is a local transfer station just 10 minutes south of us outside the village of Valemount. Please respect our home.

Our campsite is available in the spring and summer and is just 20 minutes from the city of Chilliwack, BC. We provide a fire pit and campfires are allowed as long as there is no fire ban. (then you can have a propane campfire)
The sites are quite private but there will be other campers nearby. We try to keep a large amount of space between sites and some are separated by trees. We are a walk in tent only site- parking is very close, 30 second walk.
We can also provide access to electricity so you can charge your phones or other devices if needed. There is no cell reception, but we do have wifi that you can use.
Potable water is available. We supply natural spring water but you must bring your own jug.
We live in an adventure playground! Activities nearby include hiking, white rapid river rafting, fishing, watching bald eagles, Cultus Lake water slides and adventure park, mountain biking, cold plunge and sauna retreats, wine tastings and more!
The stargazing at night is beautiful as there is no light pollution here.

Mabel Lake Resort, boat launch and Golf Club is a short 20 minute drive.
Camping at Olich Creek Farm is unique and family friendly. Most of our rescued farm animals roam the property freely and absolutely love human visitors. Families with children will also enjoy the natural play areas the farm offers including a shallow creek and visits with our chickens and ducks. Your dogs or other small pets are permitted in the camping areas only as our herd is terrified of dogs. There is another large area (about 5 acres) where well-behaved dogs can run off leash.
We have one RV site with septic, water and 50 Amp power and can fit a 40 foot unit and 2 totally private tent sites. There is a full washroom with tub/shower, toilet and wifi access in our old farmhouse which is complimentary during your stay.
Should you find that your desired dates are already booked, please reach out to us as we may have a back up spot available.
Please keep in mind we are an organic farm homestead that offers an agritourism experience. We are not a manicured campground :) Your camping fees go directly to support our aging farm animals and horses.

Located in the north Okanagan 5 minutes from Armstrong and 15 minutes from Vernon. We recently bought this charmingly rustic old farm property and are in the exciting process of bringing it back to life. Our address is 1945 Otter Lake Cross Road, Armstrong.
It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled!
We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life.
We are popular for family reunions and specialty gatherings such as card or game tournaments.
Summer in the Okanagan. Come and enjoy the scenery, fresh peaches, cherries, watermelons, veggies and other locally grown delights when in season.

Recently, as a family, we have seen a large increase in the people traveling to the Sunshine Coast to escape the city limits. Unable to rock up to a campsite and pick our spot like we used to, it was easy to see a growing demand. We have taken everything we love about camping and done our best to give you a sense of what life on the Coast is really about.
Please note: By entering onto the property you release all liabilities towards us as hosts. You are choosing to camp in a forested area that contains many hazards as well as potential threats. These include but are not limited to; Wild life (bears, bob cats, cougars etc), Fire is a serious threat to this region during summer months strict no smoking policy is in effect. Care should be taken walking around uneven surfaces. All campers are required to stay within camp boundaries fail to follow these protocols will result in being asked to leave.

If you are looking to escape the crowded tourist areas for the solitude of the natural world but want to feel safe and comfortable, then this is your place. We are surrounded by hiking, biking and ATV trails waiting to be explored. A few miles down the road is Saddle mountain hiking trail, a challenging trek with breathtaking views the entire way. At the top of Saddle Mountain is a look out cabin with 360 panoramic views.
A short walk or bike ride from the camp through old growth cedar groves and orchard will lead you to Arrow Lake where you can enjoy all types of water activities or take a stroll to explore the lakeshore. Grab a kayak or SUP board and explore our many secluded, sandy beach spots.
Come and enjoy our beautiful wilderness, It's a whole other world over here.....

Our little 5 sites campground is really private and unique. 20 min south of Golden bc beside the Columbia River. Our farm is 135 acres.
Many trail to hike around. Gorgeous water fall!

We loved camping on Caitlin’s land! She was so so sweet and informative, and there was lots to do and see(if only we had more than just an overnight!). Our site was right next to a sauna, and overlooked a cute little marshy lake. We walked around and checked out the neighbouring sites available, and they all looked really cute. Pets are allowed, we had our 2 huskies with us! There’s a coin shower, a dock, sheep, turtles, a playground, fire pits, an outhouse with a cushy seat. The sound of frogs croaking throughout the night:) highly recommend staying here, and we will keep them in mind for next time we visit out that way. Thanks so much for the lovely evening Caitlin!

1 night at Lakewood Cabins
Had such a wonderful stay at the cabin! The farm was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. We loved being around the animals — the horses, dogs, and chickens made the experience even more special. The cabin was cozy, and the whole place had such a lovely atmosphere. Michael was incredibly welcoming and kind, which made us feel right at home. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very peaceful and private and fun to have so many animals around. Heather, her mom Sanda and farm hand Matt were very welcoming and friendly. Always had time to chat.
We loved our stay there.
HOWEVER, DO NOT USE THE GET DIRECTIONS LINK ON HIP CAMP. That takes you to the wrong address. Put in her address and all is good!
We also walked to the waterfall ( about 3.0 miles round trip and sat by the river and had lunch one day ( about 1 miles RT.

I love it. It has hot shower and a big kitchen with soap and dishwasher. Hot tap water too for brushing my teeth. Theres a very cute and nice dog too. I would come bakc again !

I had the best time at Olich Creek Farm. Heather was so welcoming and took us on a tour of the farm and introduced us to all of the animals, our favourite were the miniture pony's. The barn site was lovely and sitting in our camp chairs in the evening surrounded by friendly sheep and goats was perfect.

We loved the cabin with 3 adults. Very private and quiet place. No problem driving up to the cabin and parking F150 truck. Plenty of firewood and axe provided by Darcy. Thoughtful little lanterns outside and lit bathroom area. Highly recommend

My partner and I had a wonderful weekend at Kootney Born Campsite! John and Michelle were so welcoming and we're always available for any help needed. The campground is in a lovely peaceful spot along the Arrow Lake and has, games, running water, a shower and provides firewood as well as a communal gas cooker. We really enjoyed the complementary kayaks and exploring the local areas. I would definitely recommend this campsite to anyone and I hope to return some time in the future!

Beautiful spot on the river. During our stay it was nice and quiet. Good shower facilities and if you don’t want to drive you can walk to small supermarket and liquor store. There is a good walk just down the road alongside the river which is beautiful too. Scott was easy to organise booking with and very helpful on day of arrival when we had trouble with connecting up the RV.

We stayed here as a home base for a soccer tournament, and it was perfect. Quiet and serene.
Quick note for anyone worried after reading other reviews. This isn't up in the mountains; it's just rolling hills around Kamloops. And finding it was easy. We typed "Grandview Acres" into Google Maps and got perfect directions.
We would happily come back.

We had a great time camping here and would come back in a heartbeat! The area was beautiful and was right by the river, and the campsites were large and well-maintained. The provided amenities like the dishwashing station, clean outhouses, and wagons for moving supplies made our trip super comfortable. And of course the friendly dogs made it even better!

We had an absolutely fantastic getaway! The cabin was wonderful and provided the perfect nature escape for our family. Michael was an incredibly friendly and welcoming host who really made us feel at home. We loved the thoughtful outdoor spa, but the absolute highlight was the healing woodfire pit—it was exactly what we needed to gather around, grill some dinner, and enjoy the beautiful forest surroundings together. Highly recommend!

Weekend Trip to Herman Lake Wilderness Campground
The spot was absolutely beautiful and very well cared for. Glamping experience was even better than expected with stunning views of a private pond full of wildlife. The hosts were very welcoming and go above and beyond for guests!
