Small trailers up to 20 feet may be usable, but access may be tight.

This property was purchased nearly half a century ago. For the majority of this time the forest section you will be camping in was left undeveloped, apart from a few mountain bike trails. Recently, as a family, we have seen a large increase in the people traveling to the Sunshine Coast to escape the city limits. Unable to rock up to a campsite and pick our spot like we used to, it was easy to see a growing demand. We have taken everything we love about camping and done our best to give you a sense of what life on the Coast is really about.
Please note: By entering onto the property you release all liabilities towards us as hosts. You are choosing to camp in a forested area that contains many hazards as well as potential threats. These include but are not limited to; Wild life (bears, bob cats, cougars etc), Fire is a serious threat to this region during summer months strict no smoking policy is in effect. Care should be taken walking around uneven surfaces. All campers are required to stay within camp boundaries fail to follow these protocols will result in being asked to leave.

It has a lovely forest area, alongside sprawling fields that are dotted with beautiful wildflowers throughout Spring and Summer. Another delightful feature of our home is a swamp that displays a spectacular array of bird wildlife in the spring and early summer. A bird watcher’s dream! And, if you are lucky, you may even see deer, beaver, bear, coyote, Marmot, or Western Painted Turtle roaming the property, all have been seen on the farm at one time or another, so keep your eyes peeled!
We are close to amenities but are far enough out of town to provide a quiet and restful retreat from the hum and drum of every day life.
We are popular for family reunions and specialty gatherings such as card or game tournaments.

Our ranch is on Gun Creek Road, close to Tyax Lake, 30 minutes from Gold Bridge and Bralorne. It is about 2 hours west of Lillooet or north of Pemberton (6 hours from Vancouver) on a remote road with paved and gravel sections and no cell service.
There is no cell service or TV at our location. Wi‑Fi is usually available but cannot be guaranteed due to weather and other natural factors outside our control. We have access to a landline if urgent calls need to be made.
You are responsible for leaving the cabin/your room and the area around it clean and free of food and garbage. Each guest is responsible for cleaning the cabins when they leave, such as doing the laundry, washing all dishes. At the end of your stay, please bring all garbage to the main house so we do not attract critters and bears.
We live in a true wilderness environment. The cabin water system uses filtered creek water and, though not common, there is always the possibility for water pressure to fluctuate.
Weather and other variables can change quickly in the mountains. We expect guests to approach challenges with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset and to be respectful of nature, other guests and our team. We are experienced in dealing with nature’s challenges and will find a solution together.

Spring note - snow has been melting and the ground is unthawing - please feel free to send me a message if you have any question about the gravel road. It can be muddy and bumpy while the road awaits its winter repairs.
We are one hour outside of Kamloops on a maintained public gravel road, however AWD or 4WD recommended during late fall to late spring. We have no minimum stay but highly recommend two nights. Do not use google maps to find our place - it can be very confusing. Google maps may show coming to our property from Savona but the easiest drive is from Kamloops. Please use the directions that get emailed to you just before your stay. To get here head to the Kamloops airport then follow Tranquille Criss Creek Road. We do not recommend traveling this road in the dark if you are not familiar with it!
Wonderfully private! Come give our land some love as it recovers from the 2021 Sparks Lake forest fire. Acres and acres to hike, mountain bike and snowshoe. Surrounded by crown land there is no lack of space to explore and easy access to forest service roads to quad and bike. Many lakes near by for fishing and kayaking. Wildlife galore! There are wild flowers and plants so come forage and explore. Disconnect from the busyness of city life! Coming soon - guided hikes, foraging and information about local medicinal plants and a soon to be Apothecary on site!

Our campsite is located along the beautiful Spillimacheen River, in Spillimacheen BC which is 20mins south of Golden BC and 30mins north of Radium Hot Springs BC.
This property is very secluded and surrounded by crown land. It’s the perfect property to disconnect and reconnect, with limited cell service this allows you to turn off and just enjoy being outside in nature.
Campers can choose where to park along a large cleared area. There are designated campfire locations and an outhouse. From the property, you can Kayak down the river, please Google and research before launching as there are a lot of writes ups and kayaking websites that feature the Spillimacheen River.
Nature trails for hiking and walking right off the property. There is a well renowned natural rock wall for climbers 3km down the road, there are also a lot of websites that feature these rock walls.
Within a half an hour drive you have two easy hikes in waterfalls (the Lower Bugaboo Falls and the Brisco Falls).
Spillimacheen has a cafe and also a local market store that is full of delicious treats, beer and wine. The wetlands offer endless bird watching and beautiful mountain views.
If you require firewood you must order ahead of your stay. On site purchases are not available. We deliver the bundles the day of your arrival.

All sites are lakefront or pond-front, with beautiful views and a truly peaceful atmosphere. One lake has a softer clay bottom, the other is rocky with a silty base—both are fantastic for paddleboarding, and relaxing. We especially love swimming in the rockier one.
The property is still a bit rugged—we’ve just moved here and are looking to generate some revenue to help fund improvements. Firepits and picnic tables are provided at each site.

There’s a sani-dump and small shop in Wasa, about 15 minutes away.
The road in is bumpy but fully accessible for 2WD vehicles—just take it slow.

We loved camping on Caitlin’s land! She was so so sweet and informative, and there was lots to do and see(if only we had more than just an overnight!). Our site was right next to a sauna, and overlooked a cute little marshy lake. We walked around and checked out the neighbouring sites available, and they all looked really cute. Pets are allowed, we had our 2 huskies with us! There’s a coin shower, a dock, sheep, turtles, a playground, fire pits, an outhouse with a cushy seat. We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was adorable, clean, cozy, and in a great location with easy access to trails and nature. We had a fantastic stay in the Lakewood cabin, the space was well set up and very comfortable for the 3 of us and could have easily fit more people. The outdoor shower felt great when we got back from the lake and the amenities are well set up. Michael was a very welcoming and helpful host!

We love camping at the Village Hub! We come out often for dog events put on by the Canine Hub and love camping here when we come. The sites are large, private, and have amazing views. It's so neat to watch all the wildlife around at the property!

Our stay at the Woodland Cabin was absolutely wonderful! We truly enjoyed the cozy cabin, along with having our own private hot tub and fire pit. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find a very clean flush toilet as well.
One of the highlights for our family was the enchanted forest on the property. My daughter and her friend spent hours creating little gardens with the gnomes and whimsical garden characters, it was such a magical experience for them. The farm animals on site were another lovely touch, and the property offered plenty of private space to relax and enjoy nature.
Despite the rainy weather, we stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the cabin's heaters. We loved sitting by the large glass windows, taking in the beautiful views while enjoying hot chocolate and watching movies on the TV. It was the perfect cozy getaway.
The high-speed Wi-Fi was excellent and allowed me to work without any interruptions, which was a huge bonus.
A special thank you to Michael, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment I started looking into booking, he patiently answered all of my questions, was highly responsive, and made everything easy and stress-free.
This was my very first cabin stay experience, and honestly, I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing cabin getaway surrounded by nature. We will definitely be returning!

Had such a wonderful stay at the cabin! The farm was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. We loved being around the animals — the horses, dogs, and chickens made the experience even more special. The cabin was cozy, and the whole place had such a lovely atmosphere. Michael was incredibly welcoming and kind, which made us feel right at home. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend staying here!

The hosts were incredibly friendly. The spot above the farm offers a fantastic view of the valley and is very quiet.
The facilities are being continuously expanded to include drinking water and a shower.
We would visit this spot again in a heartbeat.

Well kept and thought out. The outhouses were very clean and we really appreciated the hand wash stations outside of the outhouses. It was quiet and we had a great view of the lake. My wife got to help with the beehives and we also ate lunch on the lake with our conoe rental. Overall a great weekend camp out.

We had a great 1-night stay at Michael’s tent site while passing through town. Michael had set out our firewood for us in advance of our arrival and we had no issues with the water or bathroom. The bathroom is shared with the other cabins on the property.

It was an unforgettable weekend. If you're tired of the noisy city, if you want to take a break from the hustle and bustle and listen to the birds sing, you definitely need to visit this place. We just left, and we already want to go back. Everything was so thought out down to the last detail that it felt like we were in a fairytale house. We'll definitely come back again.

We had an amazing time staying on Caitlin and Keith's land. They were so welcoming and helpful and even came to let us know that there were fireflies down by the water.
