We are a diverse 4-season guest ranch that focuses on providing a wilderness adventure. Enjoy the break from cell phone service and television as you explore the area. Hiking, biking and horse-riding trails start right from the property so you are always close to a new wilderness experience. Or get involved with our ranch-based activities such as horseback riding, riding lessons for kids, archery and hiking to make the most of your time at the ranch. Visiting our animals or watching the local wildlife roam in our horse pasture is a great way to get back to basics and enjoy ranch life. In the winter you can ice-fish or explore the area on snowshoes or cross-country skiing. Trails in and out of South Chilcotin Mountain Park lead right to our ranch, making it an ideal spot to begin your adventure or rest before heading home. Staying with us you accept the following: Our ranch is on Gun Creek Road, close to Tyax Lake, 30 minutes from Gold Bridge and Bralorne. It is about 2 hours west of Lillooet or north of Pemberton (6 hours from Vancouver) on a remote road with paved and gravel sections and no cell service. There is no cell service or TV at our location. Wi‑Fi is usually available but cannot be guaranteed due to weather and other natural factors outside our control. We have access to a landline if urgent calls need to be made. You are responsible for leaving the cabin/your room and the area around it clean and free of food and garbage. Each guest is responsible for cleaning the cabins when they leave, such as doing the laundry, washing all dishes. At the end of your stay, please bring all garbage to the main house so we do not attract critters and bears. We live in a true wilderness environment. The cabin water system uses filtered creek water and, though not common, there is always the possibility for water pressure to fluctuate. Weather and other variables can change quickly in the mountains. We expect guests to approach challenges with a positive, solution‑oriented mindset and to be respectful of nature, other guests and our team. We are experienced in dealing with nature’s challenges and will find a solution together.

Golden Ears Glamping is a forested riverside getaway that has has two types of stays (with only one of each) : The Riverside self-contained Glamping Tent with outside soaker tub and the Cabin-like self contained suite with private entrance and hot tub . Less than an hour from Vancouver and 1/2 hour from Surrey and just over an hour from YVR. If you want to escape people, this is the place. If you want to experience nature in a safe setting, this is the place. There is no where like this. We are in the middle of the forest, along an ever flowing river, full of life. You won't believe you are only minutes from town. Our motto is RELAX, REJUVENATE AND ROMANCE, this is what we strive to give you when you are a guest at Golden Ears Glamping. Fish, swim, hike, birdwatch, meditate, yoga at the river, float, etc, etc. 1. The Rivers Edge: a riverfront (Alouette River South) Glamping Tent that is elevated in the large cedars overlooking the river. Personal kitchenette, full bathroom and outdoor shower. Personal soaker tub for two under the trees. We have one Glamping tent and is completely private and is away hidden from the main house but close enough for anything you request. We believe this is the ultimate in glamping experiences and you won't break the bank. 2. The Bear Suite: attached to the main house that has complete privacy. Private entrance, private hot tub for two, and deck with personal BBQ. and personal lounge area overlooking the natural pond and river.. Walls are double and ceiling is soundproofed. The place was exactly described as mentioned in the listing. It has everything, literally you dont have to bring anything other than bedding. ( bedding also available for extra charge) there is a nice trail you can explore. There are couple of old trees more than 400 years old. Micheal was super friendly and a great host. If you are looking for a quiet gateway this place is a gem. And cultus lake 5 mins away. 30-40 mins drive for other major attractions. Will come back again. Thanks Micheal for having us.

Michael is such a kind and welcoming host! We were lucky enough to be offered an early check-in, which we really appreciated. We understand this was only possible because the cabin hadn’t been booked the night before, but it was such a lovely start to our stay. Michael was wonderful to chat with and went above and beyond to help us with our extra needs. He shared a great range of activities and recommendations for exploring the area, which we really appreciated. We were also lucky enough to meet his beautiful neighbours, who were incredibly kind and even helped our family when we ran into some car trouble. It was such a lovely reminder of how welcoming and helpful people can be. The cabin itself is a rustic, homely little haven. We were very comfortable throughout the rainy days, and it was well equipped, easy to cook in and simple to keep clean. We loved the spacious bedroom and the comfortable beds (we brought our own linen). The toilet facilities were easy to use and very clean, and I noticed they were refreshed daily, which was a lovely touch. The shower was another highlight. There’s something truly special about enjoying a hot shower under the stars — such a lush experience! We had a wonderful stay and really appreciated Michael’s warmth, generosity and the peaceful, homely feel of the cabin. Thank you for making our time there so comfortable and memorable!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our Second Year at Tiny Secrets Retreat — and We Can’t Wait to Come Back! This was our second year coming to Tiny Secrets Retreat, and once again, it did not disappoint! This place truly feels like a peaceful little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the city. One of the things we absolutely love is how easy and relaxing the experience is. We can simply bring our own food and everything else is supplied for us. It takes so much of the work and stress out of camping while still giving us that wonderful feeling of being away in nature. It’s the perfect escape when you just want to unplug, slow down, and breathe. We stayed in the glamping tent, which was lovely. We did have a bit of a run-in with some very persistent raccoons during our stay, but what really stood out to us was how quickly and thoughtfully the hosts responded. They immediately moved us into the convertible bus, and WOW! What an incredible cozy space! It was absolutely phenomenal and gave us the restful, comfortable stay we needed. The hosts’ customer service is exceptional. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and having a great experience. That kind of hospitality makes such a difference. After the craziness and hustle of city life, Tiny Secrets Retreat is exactly what we needed .... a place to relax, recharge, enjoy nature, and simply do nothing for a while. The micro cabin was thoughtfully designed and had all the basics we needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the indoor-outdoor vibe with the big covered porch. Kito and Fiona were responsive and flexible as we adjusted a portion of our stay. Would definitely stay again!

The campsite was absolutely wonderful and very well maintained. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully arranged. A special mention to the host, Michael, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He managed everything perfectly and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we had to leave halfway through our stay due to an unexpected emergency, but we definitely plan to come back again. Even though our stay was cut short, we had a great experience overall. Highly recommended

Weekend Trip to The Camp at Kitchensink Farm

This was a lovely spot we found last minute, host was friendly and accommodating and responded quickly. We appreciated the fenced in garden space for our dog and the extra touches of the outdoor kitchen and although we didn’t use shower house.. we definitely will next time when we cone back for a mtb adventure with property so close to trails. Love that this is a farm animal sanctuary and proceeds go back into caring for the animals. We’ll be back.
