We are temporarily closed for renovations. Moon Gate Farms offers a traditional camping experience with eco campsites in Roberts Creek, BC. Located in a remote part of Roberts Creek, the campground is just a 10-minute drive from beaches, restaurants, and hiking trails. Moon Gate farms is an ideal getaway for family holidays, mountain walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers, or couples looking to escape into the wilderness. Communal outdoor kitchen with camp stove, prep tables, toaster, microwave, are provided. Friend canine campers are also invited. We have two resident Bernese mountain x golden retriever dogs who love to bark when campers arrive! They are friendly and settle quickly when told to sit and chill. Best way to get directions is to use Google Maps and put in Moon Gate Farms in Roberts Creek. We are pinned to the map and on the East Wilson Forest Service rd.

What all Hipcamps should be like

Incredible place. Just the right amount of "comforts" to negate the downsides of camping but all the good things kept intact. This is our kind of glamping. Evonne and Darrell are both extremely hard working, generous, helpful and caring. You can always tell when people care about the experience. Beautifully setup with lots of space, platforms to setup tents on, clean washrooms, a lovely outdoor kitchen, super awesome hot outdoor showers, a big firepit area, two lovely (if excitable) dogs and all the quiet you'd want. At this stage, the place isn't fully setup so there are a loose ends to be tied but I'm sure they'll have it good to go by next year.

Great stay

Beautiful property. Camped at Moon Gate Farms on our way to Powell River. Would be a great place for a weekend get away to explore the Sunshine Coast. Bathrooms and showers very clean. Outdoor kitchen looks over the garden, great spot to cook meals. Two big dogs are very cute and friendly. Tent pads are good sized and level. Nice to walk around garden to start your day. Will definitely visit again
