2 hours of a beautiful drive that includes kootenay national park.
2)..Important ❗️❗️Please do not bring firewood from other areas to our camp as our property is heavily treed forest and we do not want any transfer of raw wood bugs. We offer $10 generous bundles of wood.
3) When you book, One tent or RV and one vehicle per site. If you are looking to book for a group of friends/family area, we can help with that.. prior to booking.
Also, we reserve the right to put you in the best possible spot to fit in a proper site for what you are camping in and what your needs are. Often people book a site that’s completely wrong for them… but that’s ok… we will fix it. 😊
4) Smoking only on sand at sites and nowhere else on our property Please use a container to hold your butts.
5) Noise restrictions after 9pm…no music or loud behaviour after that. Strictly enforced. We value respect in the camp for all campers.
6) Once you book, we will reply back with important information on the phone number you booked with. Please check for our messages to you for a smooth booking and arrival.

As we take this Hipcamp journey together, we are finding little things we can do to make your stay better…Like offering a complimentary table at your site should you require one…. or adjusting the site you booked to one that would perhaps fit your needs much better as we know it’s difficult to choose a perfect site on line. We have a 7 acre developing hobby farm currently with fruit trees, a garden, a king shepherd named Jack and a cat named Lulu. You may see some of our neighbour's ducks walking around and hear their rooster in the morning.
Please note; our driveway is an uphill, switchback driveway so long trailers are not a fit for our location. Front wheel or 4 wheel is a plus but typically all vehicles can make it up our driveway.
We have 2 swimming holes near and backing our property. At the back of the property is Hayward Lake/Hairsine Creek which is great for swimming. Inflatable paddle boards are the way to go if you wish to paddle board in the lake since it would be difficult portaging a rigid paddle board down the Crown Land trail. On the front is the Stave River Runoff. This has trails and is ideal if you have smaller children as the water is a bit warmer and has shallow areas.
There are hiking trails in the area and a beach area a short drive from the sites.

Views of mountains in every direction with lots of wild birds in the area. We have horses, cows, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats at the ranch. The small working ranch is in the Rocky mountain trench with the Rocky Mountains to the east the Caribou range to the east and the Monashee Mountains to the south.

Please take the time to read any posted signs regarding rules of the ranch, speed limits, etc, and do not leave a trace. Please bring your garbage, tissues and cans with you. There is a local transfer station just 10 minutes south of us outside the village of Valemount. Please respect our home.

We strive to provide a place to enjoy the peace & quiet of nature, so it's not a place to party or have music loud enough for neighbours to hear.
Nestled in the heart of the Tamihi Recreational Area, just 20 minutes from town, our property offers a rare blend of seclusion and adventure. Surrounded on three sides by lush, moss-draped forest & bordered on the fourth by the stunning Chilliwack River, it’s a true nature lover’s paradise.
Enjoy a spacious riverside beach, great for swimming during the summer & fall & world-class fishing. The area features Class I–IV rapids for whitewater kayaking, with Chilliwack River Rafting just 5 or so minutes away. You can ATV right out of our gate onto unlimited logging roads and trails or hike the Trans Canada Trail 3 blocks from our gate.
There isn't river access at the sites. The stairs to the beach are through the picnic shelter. There is a light wire fence along the river in riverfront sites for protection due to a drop-off & undercut banks.
ATV's are idle in - idle out.
QUIET, well-mannered, leashed pets are welcome if you pick up after them and not leave them unattended.
LONG WEEKENDS are a minimum of 3 nights.
CHILDREN MUST be accompanied by a parent at all times!
FIREWOOD is $9. for a large feed bag full & is available between 9 AM and 8 PM.
BEEF and EGGS: We have grass-fed Black Angus beef jerky for sale (this cow was treated as a pet until her time & was dispatched on the farm to avoid stress). We occasionally have eggs from our pastured chickens.
Our free-range kind, gentle horses also wander the property. Any interactions with them are at your own risk! The gate must be kept closed because of them.

We welcome tent and RV campers. If you're bringing an RV, there are sites that do not require levelling and we can accommodate vehicles up to 75ft in length.
Bring your animals - there are a lot of great spaces for them to play! Our yard is equipped for horseback riding with a horse ring and stable.
The property is a great step-off point for ATV, dirt bikes, horseback and hiking adventures.

Wild Coast has 2 nightly campsites for you to enjoy. Site one is a large, flat open gravel base. And Site 2 is a large, flat grass based site. Please note you must have your own trailer or tent.
We’re a 5-10 minute drive to Rathtrevor beach/Parksville, Englishman River. We are right in the middle of an extensive trail network perfect for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding.
Both sites have plenty of space for RVs and trailers - we can accommodate vehicles up to 45ft in length. 30 amp Electrical and potable water hookups are available on both sites. WI-FI onsite as well. There is a flush toilet and sink available in our farm store that is available for guest use. No shower yet, but we are working on it!
The property is private yet close to all amenities. Local favorite Rocking Horse Pub is a quick walk next door and a must-stop for dinner and drinks!
Centrally located on Vancouver Island, it’s a perfect spot to set up the rig and day trip out to Rathtrevor, Little Qualicum, Parksville, Coombs, Port Alberni valley and Nanaimo, or go for an overnighter in Victoria, Tofino, Mount Washington and the Comox Valley.
Campfires are permitted as long as there is no fire ban and we have dry firewood for sale onsite. If you would like firewood send us a message before you arrive.
Pets are welcome, but please be responsible for them. There is a large open grass field for you to let them run and burn off that energy.

We are five acres of farm, forests, and gardens, with our front yard facing out on the Columbia River, in the heart of the Pacific Flyway. It is one of the largest migratory bird routes in North America, and a crucial corridor to migratory birds, waterfowl, and shorebirds, extending from Alaska to Patagonia.
Whether your goal is to connect with the Earth or with people, the Flyway Farm and Forest is the place for you. Located in tiny Spillimacheen BC, this hidden gem will enhance any experience. It has a lot to offer the independent traveller, including beautiful views, hiking, rock-climbing, fishing, mountaineering, and paddling. Ideal for those looking for a base camp for further adventures, or just a quiet get-away off the beaten path.

Flyway Pasture: For small groups looking for a place to pitch their tent, several places are available behind the orchard or in the north forest by special arrangement
Flyway Farmhouse: For those looking for indoor plumbing and a place to recharge their phone, we have three rooms available upstairs in the main house (two queen beds and a single).
Since we last opened, the goats and chickens have been re-homed. This was necessary during our two-year absence. But no fear, there's lots to do and see if you're the self-motivated adventurer type(s).
Bathroom and kitchen facilities are shared up at the main house. Dog-friendly. When navigating to our place, please stay on the paved highway. The GPS may want you to come up the back roads, but don't let it fool you. Unless you really like adventure and have the right vehicle.

Come camp on a 40-acre parcel backing onto crown land mountains and wake up in front of 10 acres of vineyard and a view of Okanagan Lake!
There is a small cabin and two camp sites to choose from.
Site 1 is best suited for tents and small campervans, less than 18' or so (though people with small trailers like tear drop campers have been fine).
Site 2 has a much larger flat area that can hold RVs up to 30'.
Cabin available for those that want to sleep in a cozy bed and have a warm fire :)
Outhouse on the property, which is just a pit toilet. It is a working farm so will likely have various equipment around at times as well as workers at certain times of the year. You’ll likely meet our very friendly and very energetic Bernedoodle, Bernie. If you prefer to keep him out of your campsite just let us know and we can keep him closer. Otherwise, he thinks he has the run of the place! Please check to see if campfires are allowed (live in a high-risk fire zone) and firewood is available with an extra charge. If you need anything to better enjoy your stay, just let us know!
Our property is located in Peachland, BC. Positioned midway between Kelowna and Pentiction, it is the perfect location to draw from both population centres and is well-positioned to act as a hub for popular wine and other agri-tourism activities. Peachland is within easy reach of over 200 estate wineries and microbreweries.

Parking for the tipi is 80 - 100' from the tipi. An outdoor sink is about 45' from the tipi, the outhouse is a 2-3 minute walk through the meadow.

Weekend Trip to Hayward Farms
We really enjoyed the quiet and secluded feel of this camp site, without being far from amenities!
Site 4 was awesome, we loved the outdoor kitchen and cozy feeling of the tent!
The area is clean and safe!
They have corn hole set up, my wife and I really enjoyed it for something to do away from screens!
Recommend the trail behind the stable, it goes to a beautiful lake access and bridge!
Brent and Sherri are great hosts, very helpful and just a quick message away if you have any questions!
We would definitely recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle without having to travel too far!

John and Michelle have a beautiful, relaxed and quiet place to stay. Beautiful mountain views, happy trails, and kayaks available to go out on the beautiful lake. We will be back!!
Saddle Mountain lookout is on our bucket list for next trip when we aren’t recovering from knee issues. Gorgeous four-wheeling getting to the trailhead.

We absolutely loved our stay at the lovely little cabin – it was all super comfy, and exactly what we needed. It was great to have the picnic table outside. We set up our propane stove and cooked ourselves some yummy dinner and breakfast. The raspberries were ripe in the garden and super tasty! We throughly enjoyed our time camping on Paul's property. Each site is nicely contained and private, with a variety in sizes depending on your camping setup. Our truck and tent trailer are 39 feet long before setup and we could have fit in most sites. We were struck by how much birdsong you hear in the morning and evenings and enjoyed watching the birds and dragonflies and bats while we sat around the fire. There's a great nature trail down the road that goes along the rocky shoreline and into the forest around the Oyster River, and sandy Saratoga Beach is only a few minutes' drive away. We'd definitely like to come back!

The camping spot was spotless. And unlike almost any other campground, public or private, it was LEVEL AND ON A CONCRETE SLAB!!! We didn’t need the power or water but it was all there. Salt Spring Island is a beautiful place!

Camping here was such a joyful and relaxing experience! The hosts are so welcoming, caring and most helpful. We loved the location in the woods, close to beautiful trails and a quiet beach. Taking a tour of their place added inspiration and a new perspective. As an unexpected but meaningful bonus, I enjoyed an evening full of music, strumming along with friendly and talented people. What a beautiful campsite! Number 6 and 7 are sheltered in the trees, so peaceful. The camp had a great selection of games and a well maintained common area. There was a nice kitchen, shower tent, and outhouse set up. Especially loved the access to kayaks to use on the lake. I cannot recommend enough! The hosts were very friendly, easy to communicate with, and had lots of great suggestions for activities in the area. Will definitely be coming back again!

Such a great place to stay! We ended up staying both nights in Cory's big field (rather than moving to our designated site) and it was great for our dogs to run around and be free-range pups. The little store at Wild Coast is sweet, too. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to others. Cory is the best type of host- there if you need something but really hands off and low key. 5 stars!!

It was a breathtaking view and Hayward lake was so beautiful! Brent and Sherri were also super welcoming and helpful. The Porto potty was a nice touch and they provided water as well. Site 2 little spot for my solo camping trip. Could definitely fit a few more people comfortably though.

We loved camping here! It is a beautiful property, and Bernie, the host, was super gracious and welcoming. There is also a very cute and friendly best doggo ever named Juniper who liked to show us the way to our campsite every time she saw us heading that way.
We were there to climb at the Spillimacheen crag and this property is the closest camping with a hot shower to the crag. It is just across the highway from the access road!
