Imagine crystal clear blue skies, snow-capped peaks, refreshing lakes and rivers, and a lush valley. Fuzzy Buddy Ranch is the perfect spot to camp! We have large area cleared for RVs, trailers, tents or camper van dispersed camping sites. The ranch has ten 30 amp power sites with lots of room to turn around and most you can drive right through without having to back up. Views of mountains in every direction with lots of wild birds in the area. We have horses, cows, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats at the ranch. The small working ranch is in the Rocky mountain trench with the Rocky Mountains to the east the Caribou range to the east and the Monashee Mountains to the south. Maps available in Pictures. Shower and water available in ranch yard water tap is on the south side of the ranch house. Nearby activities include hiking, biking( bike rentals available in town), climbing, fishing, paddling. The site is 20 minutes from Mount Robson Provincial Park (Berg Lake trailhead) and just over an hour to Jasper National Park. Valemount townsite is 15 minutes away and is home to a renowned mountain bike park, Three Ranges brewery and excellent restaurants such as the Glacier fire Pizza. Please take the time to read any posted signs regarding rules of the ranch, speed limits, etc, and do not leave a trace. Please bring your garbage, tissues and cans with you. There is a local transfer station just 10 minutes south of us outside the village of Valemount. Please respect our home. Fresh farm eggs may be available. Pony Rides might be available. Ranch Rules Please do not leave any garbage behind. Do not leave a trace. No Dogs or other pets Do Not play with the Ranch Dogs no fetch no hugs no kisses Do not pet horses or cows Stay out of livestock pasture. Quiet time 10:00pm to 7am Shower Hours 5:00pm to 8:00pm Do not enter yard after 9:00pm We look forward to hosting you!

Fuzzy Buddy is a working ranch with views in all directions set up in the forest or in a more open clearing. lots of room for RVS some pull through spots available or bring and set up a tent. This booking is for the off grid area only the power sites are available under a different site booking on the hip camp site. If your lucky you might get a chance to see horses getting trained or fresh foals. Imagine crystal clear blue skies, snow-capped peaks, refreshing lakes and rivers, and a lush valley. Fuzzy Buddy Ranch is the perfect spot to camp!  Hang out by the fire or go for a walk. There are lots of berries on the property. There is also a wide variety of animals around including horses, cows, sheep, chickens, birds, dogs and cats.  Nearby activities include hiking, biking, climbing, fishing, paddling and an hour's drive to Jasper National park. Just 15 min to Mt Robson Provincial Park and the Burg lake trailhead.  Mountain bike rentals available in Valemount and Three Ranges brewery is a great place to cool down. Check in is 5pm to 9pm Campfires are permitted unless there is a fire ban. We are also 420 friendly for respectful people. no dogs

Set up a base camp to explore the mountain bike park or other activities in the Valemount area. Kinbasket lake is about 45 min down a rough logging road providing amazing boating opportunities and fishing. Moose lake is a half hour down the highway with amazing mountain views on the lake. Jasper Nation Park is about an hour away. The large site has lots of room for large trailers.

Super beautiful area. Very personable host, who introduced himself and didn’t linger, so we felt like welcome guests. His site was tricky to navigate for exact camping spots when it was dark, but in the daytime it made much more sense. He let us use wood and sticks from the areas around the campground to burn, which was nice.

The site is very quiet and de surroundings are beautiful. It has potential to become a nice campground but for now an electric pole and a disgusting dry toilet won’t do for us.

Had a great time at Fuzzy Buddy. Loved the view in the morning and with the clear sky's at night star gazing was beautiful. Will do another Hopcamp site again. Love the Turkeys that showed up one morning.

It’s just a dirt parking lot? Zero separation between sites and the sites themselves weren’t level. Amazed that it has so many positive reviews - honestly amazed that this could be a contender for best of anything. Hot water didn’t work, potable water was only available a 10 min walk away. We left after the first night despite having 4 booked. Never met the hosts.

Booked our stay within 24hr of arrival for 2 nights before checkin on the first night I modified the trip to only the one night. Host would not refund the second night as it was not cancelled 24hrs prior to the trip start-which wasn't possible as the trip was booked within 8hrs of trip start. I gave 24hr notice of the modification for the second night.

Abgelegener und wunderschöner Camping. Sehr einfach gehalten. Wenig Camper/Zelte. Der Stellplatz darf selbst ausgesucht werden. Qual der Wahl... alles sind toll! Es hat nur 1 Outhouse und eine einfache Dusche. Wir haben es extrem genossen aus der Menschenmenge im Nationalpark zu entfliehen und einen so schönen und ruhigen Campingplatz gefunden zu haben! Sehr empfehlenswert!!

Beautiful location, amazing views, company of surrounded ranch animals within view. Great host communication, friendly and would recommend! Some sheep visited us on site while we were setting up our tent just past the outhouse.

We really enjoyed this place. The farm is beautiful and the scenery is stunning. It’s cozy and private—so much better than a crowded and impersonal campground! I would definitely come back without hesitation.

Really nice wild camping with beautiful views of the mountains! We loved waking up to the sheep and rooster - very quaint :) We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area!

Me and my kids love this campsite. Beautiful views, quiet, large campsite. We had a very nice view of the night sky and stars. You need to bring a 220v (3 prongs) to 110v adapter if you are camping with tent. The host was super friendly and my kids had a good time hanging out.

We decided to take a trip spontaneously. Just came across this wonderful place and booked it right away. Our family enjoyed tranquility and peacefulness this place has to offer. We only stayed one night, however we are looking forward to come back again. Thank you for a pleasant experience! Everything was wonderful!

It was a lovely experience. We had a late check-in so had trouble finding our way around to find a site in the night. We loved the farm animals, dogs and beautiful ranch surrounded by rockies.

I recently camped at Fuzzy buddy ranch. I’m normally not the type to leave a review but this place was just different. I can't say enough good things about it. The farm itself is beautiful, peaceful, open, and surrounded by nature in the best way possible. There is a spectacular assortment of beautiful animals (shocker) that you can pet and hang around with. What made the experience really stand out though were Jamie-Lee and Charmaine. These two are absolute gems. They are kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring people who clearly put their hearts into what they do. They made me feel like more than just a guest. It honestly felt like I was staying with old friends. The vibe at Fuzzy Buddy Ranch is laid back, friendly, and stress free. If you're looking for a place to camp where you'll be treated with kindness, surrounded by good energy, and end up leaving feeling more happy than when you arrived this is it. I almost didn’t book here just because I thought the price was too good to be true. Don’t make that mistake, You need to stay here!

We tent camped on their land and it was a wonderful experience. Animals abound and it made for a fun evening looking at the horses and sheep. There were tables and fire rings, a bathroom, and a hot shower. The host was extremely hospitable. Our whole group agreed they should charge more because for the amenities it is ridiculously cheap.

Although we didn't spend a ton of time at the site as we spent most of our time backpacking Robson, what time we did spend there was wonderful. Jamie (hopefully I spelled it right!) was an excellent host, and introduced us to many of their pets and farm critters. Powered site, access to an outhouse, pretty easy drive in, multiple ways to park the trailer and secluded/quiet. A fantastic hot shower shack available, which was much appreciated after 3 days in the back country! Thank you Jamie (and Gavin) for a great visit, we will definitely recommend to others and hopefully be back ourselves! Mark, Michele, Reid & Clara

Absolutely gorgeous view of the mountain and stunning farm animals! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very at peace and relaxed! The potable water and fire pit were great features that we appreciated! We would definitely stay again!!

Great place to stay! I loved that no one else was around us. It was off the grid and it definitely felt private which was nice. Some places you are squished in like sardines and can basically touch your neighbours. I liked how far some of the campsites were from each other and could pick which one suited you more, as a lot of them were different! The mountains were picturesque and the stars were some of the brightest I’d ever seen them! Most definitely will be back when we are in the area next.

Nice spot with views of the mountains and farm animals all around. There was rarely much toilet paper in the out house so bring your own! We had some so it was just fine. Fun quiet spot off the beaten path.
