Experience a cute little off grid cabin in the beautiful forest setting of Forest Sanctuary Campground in Roberts Creek on the Sunshine Coast, BC. This 350 sq ft simple cabin has a private camping kitchen, wood stove, a futon bed for 2, a couch, small dining table and ambient night time solar lighting. The cabin is situated in the midst of a beautifully landscaped forest setting. The cabin is off grid and does not have electricity. I provide free firewood for the wood stove. Lighting at night is by mellow solar lighting and candlelights. Your bathroom is an open air outhouse nearby. Solar showers are provided in a private forest setting. There may be tent campers in the campground in the vicinity. Please note I am 1.8 kms up a well maintained private gravel road. We really enjoyed the cabin. We had the place to ourselves with no other campers on the property and loved the serenity of it. The host was great, the fireplace: greater.

5/5 Experience - Highly Recommend

My boyfriend and I stayed at Christian’s Cabin Sanctuary for 1 night, it was so beautiful and exactly what we needed. Christian is an amazing host, he showed us around the property, gave us amazing suggestions of where to watch the sunset and even where to get breakfast the following morning. Christian told us about the history of the property and it was so interesting to hear about all the hard work and attention to detail he has put into creating a relaxing & welcoming sanctuary for his guests. Overall, if anyone is thinking about booking Christians Cabin Sanctuary I would highly recommend it! Especially if you’re looking for an unplugged weekend away from the city. 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great stay at Christian’s cabin. Beautiful property, feels very secluded but also a close drive to Gibsons, beaches, etc. Would definitely return!

Enchanting and inspiring hideaway

Absolutely amazing. The host, Christian, was beyond helpful!! Couldn’t believe the rustic paradise he’s created on his land. I arrived late and he made sure I was all set up and showed me around. I woke up to the most beautiful view of the quiet forest through the wall to wall windows. Wish I could have stayed longer but will definitely be back! Total gem!

Forest Sanctuary Cabin

Could Have Stayed Forever

We had the most amazing two nights stay at the Forest Sanctuary! We booked the cabin - which was everything we needed (it is still being fixed up but was cozy and perfect for us). There was only one other couple staying in the campground as it is the start of off season- so things were very peaceful and quiet. We cooked all meals in the outdoor kitchen area, which was so well thought out and put together!! Literally everything you could need to cook a meal. Christian was a great host, giving us a tour/history of his property and was easily contactable throughout our stay. This is the most perfect place for a camping/glamping experience. We will definitely be back!
