Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.

Mary's Farm and Sanctuary sits on 30 acres of forest, field, and farmland. We believe in the intrinsic value of all beings and provide a safe, caring place to all those who are with us at the farm, be it person, animal, tree or plant. We are home to an 18-hole basket disc golf course which is available to play during your stay. The farm is also home to horses, goats, ducks, chickens, rabbits, dogs and cats. Both disc golf and animal visits can be booked as an Extra during your stay.Our glamping site is nestled in the southern corner of the farm, where it sits surrounded by forest and high above the Estuary. Included with your stay: - Our deluxe canvas safari tent with queen-sized bed and luxury linens. - A covered, raised platform deck with sitting chairs, as well as a bug-netted picnic table and bistro set overlooking our Estuary. - Use of binoculars, blankets, a flashlight and lantern, first aid kit, roasting sticks, fire pit (when permitted), and an umbrella. - The bathroom closest to the glamping tent is an outhouse, which has indoor solar lights and a cold hand washing sink. At our barn there are also flush toilets with shower facilities. We provide towels, but bring your own toiletries. - Access to our private walking trails and viewing benches, which include nature nooks and the nearby river at Goldstream Park. - If you are choosing to glamp as a family, we also have a twin-sized mattress we can provide. It comes with linens but does not include a frame. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a staff member, who will orientate you to the glamping site and farm, and share any other information needed. While your glamping site is private, this is a working farm, and it will be active during your stay. A waiver will be sent to you via email before your arrival; it must be returned before check-in, as this is a requirement of our insurance provider.
