Once part of a dairy farm located 1km outside Camden, and just an hour out of Sydney city, Fairview is perfect for those after a quick escape from the city, or for those wanting to be accessible to Sydney but stay out of the hustle bustle. Set on top of a hill overlooking Camden, the property has a calm, peaceful rural atmosphere. It's pet-friendly, and there is a well looked after drop toilet. Take a drive into Camden and enjoy some of the walking tracks around Camden Town Farm. The kids will enjoy riding their bikes along the bike track. After all the exercise, enjoy a meal, coffee or cold beverage in one of the many fantastic local cafes or restaurants, as well as the pub which serves a great pub meal. A visit to the Camden Museum doesn't go astray to learn about some of the local history. Visit Nattai lookout overlooking Burragorang Valley to see Sydney water supply with a trip down to Warragamba Dam. You will easily fill in a full day of adventure. If you prefer to sit up at Fairview, enjoy the ambience, and kick back with a good book and relax, maybe a cold beverage or two to follow, then you can do that too! Look forward to meeting you.All sites are on a reasonably flat grassed area, and there is plenty of space for you to find a large area to set up. The drop toilet is to the east of the house, there you will see the picnic table under the tree. Bins are located towards the front of the property.

I love the peace and quite. Perfect for star gazing and the sunrise and sunset is amazing - photos uploaded. Big bonus is that the property is just 4 mins away from town so no worries if you need to replenish food and drinks. And in saying that the place is quite at night and you can only hear cows moo-wing. My group and I are also lucky to see a couple of different birds passing by, so this will be a treat for bird lovers. One of the highlights is the hot air balloon passing over the property which looks amazing. And for the property owner, Paul is very welcoming and a lovely person. He answered all my questions promptly. Will definitely came back on the property in future.

If you are looking for privacy and convenience, I highly recommend Fairview Campsite. Easy access to the water tank, park, and shops is a definite plus, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for unwinding with friends. The only minor suggestion is to clear the grass clippings after cutting, but it wasn't a major issue.

Great spot for a getaway. Quiet, lovely views, the gliders and hot air balloons are so close you could touch them. Well maintained grounds. My dog loved being able to be off leash. Thanks Paul.

Great spot. We had the privilege of enjoying on our own. A lovely outlook, a warm, friendly greeting, well maintained camp space and a view of a hot air balloon in the morning. A great stop for us and our fur baby.
