The property is bordered by he Murrundini River on one side, 1km, with hill side views on the other. All campsites have easy access the river, and well spaced apart for privacy and peace.
Site One is a large flat area close to the river that is good all year round. It has fencing and gates, perfect to let dogs run free without going too far.
Site 3 (Craig's flat), is a large open campsite, able to take more camper-vans/ tents with plenty of space.
All sites have fire places and gas BBQ's (byo gas bottle) And there are plenty of fish for those that want to try their luck.
All sites and river swimming are clothing optional, but please respect other campers in public area's if on site.
In response to a recent review, I will point out that the driveway is a gravel farm track. Normal 2Wd cars have not had any recent issues.
We have some fantastic views from the hill up and down the Murundindi Valley, especially at sunset. We're located only a few short km's from Wilhelmina Falls and Murundindi Scenic Reserve, you get the best part of the river, without the crowds. We are a
short drive from Melbourne, and easy access to the townships of Yea and Yarra Glen for supplies if you need them.
Amazing, abundant
and rare bird life to enjoy and photograph. (see guests photos). I am hoping to increase the nesting and habitat for as many local birds as possible, which has improved, but can get better with Your help. Not destroying large logs and tree's is first and foremost. But if you are inclined , funds for creating nesting spots are greatly appreciated. You can directly ask for donations to go towards specific prospects/ projects. Tawney frog mouths, king parrots, and many, many other birds call this place home. For donations specific to conservation, please contact me direct.

There are separate campsites available. Rodborough Vale is 600 acres with a combination of creek flats, native bushland and rocky volcanic outcrops. A working sheep property with some cropping, It is home to the well known Rodvale Border Leicester Stud. Farming in harmony with the native fauna and flora, guests may be able to spot many native species including platypus, wedge tail eagles, kookaburra and many more.
Fronting Deep Creek, guests have access to fishing or just sit and listen to the crystal clear water meandering past the campsites. The farm borders Tullaroop Reservoir which is only a ten minute walk from most campsites, there you can find public toilets and picnic areas it is well known for its fly fishing for trout. The boat ramp is around 400m from the front gate and guests are welcome to leave vehicles and trailers on the property for convenience.
Note : The reservoir is currently only open to electric powered boats and canoes.
Dogs are welcome but must be very well behaved around sheep. Flushing toilet available at the shearing shed. Good access for caravans and large RV's.
Amplified music is not allowed.
Local attractions are the historic towns of Maldon, Clunes, Avoca and Dunolly all part of the Central Goldfields. Pyrenees Wine region is a short drive away.

Our 25 acre Hipcamp area is located safely within our 300 acre property which enjoys approximately 5 kilometres of pristine and private Murray River frontage in the beautiful rural city of Albury. Willowbank is a fourth generation cattle farm and when you arrive at Willowbank you will feel like you are a million miles away from anywhere but you are only 2.8km from the centre of Albury and 2.9km to Wodonga from our sites .
We are less than 5 minutes away from the beautiful South Albury cafe and boutique shopping precinct; Ebden and Olive, Nannina's, Meraki, Platform 9, South Albury Take Away, Di Billet, Almar Organics, Sukor Wellness and Recovery, The Red Devil Brewery, Tucker on Townsend, Chic to Chic and more. We are also only 3.5km from Harris Farm Markets. Albury's public Dump Point at Albury Railway Station is less than 5 minutes away.
Each of our camping sites is well away from each of the others and there is plenty of room at each site for children to play. The three best sites for swimming are The Crossing, The River Bend and The Willows . We encourage the use of life jackets for children in the water at all time.
We have no toilet or shower facilities at any of our sites so you are required to bring your own toilet with you. All waste must be removed at the end of your visit. With notice, we can arrange portaloo hire should you need, please enquire with us prior to booking.
We have no access to drinking water and if you decide to use river water for drinking we do recommend that you boil the water.
Swimming, floating, paddling in the Murray River is a sublime pastime. Please be aware though, that the Murray River has a very fast and strong current. Looking to hire a canoe, we recommend you contact Dave/ Murray River Canoe Hire (0417 691 339) for a canoe to paddle around your campsite or to do a beautiful canoe trip on the Murray River from Doctor's Point to Noreuil Park. It will take a few hours and yes you will go past your camp site!

Guests can go bushwalking through the towering River Redgums and enjoy the natural environment.

Our property, "Seven Hills Tallarook", sits high above Tallarook with deep valleys and high peaks, just over one hour North of Melbourne's CBD. The property is 600 acres of thick Victorian bush and farmed paddocks.
We have a wide range of hobby farm animals - pigs, sheep, alpacas, chickens, ponies, a donkey, along with commercial heard of South African Boer Goats. As night falls, the wildlife come out to play - kangaroos, rabbits, deer and wallabies.
Internally, we have in excess of 10 kilometers of roads within the property, the majority being 2WD accessible (weather conditions apply). There are parts of the property which are only 4WD accessible.
Our campsites are placed to allow you to be as isolated as possible - away from other campers (you may see others as you drive past, or they drive past you). At some of our bush sites, you will be able to see other campers, but they are not close by.
Additionally, we anticipate our Fire Danger Period for the 2025/2026 Summer Season will commence in the coming weeks. We have not toggled the Fire Ban on as we do still allow campfires, however campers MUST adhere to CFA guidelines at all times. On days of Total Fire Ban (TFB), no fires, including gas stoves can be lit outdoors. In event of the TFB toggle needing to be used on Hipcamp, this will advise all guests booked on that day and to all future guests. We will toggle it off once the TFB is removed. Furthermore, we reserve the right to ask you not to light a fire regardless of TFB status if we feel weather conditions are unsafe, especially the wind element. We cannot plan the weather and the request to not light your campfires will most likely be on the day and we will advise as such. Our interest is with your safety, our neighbors and our property and our family.

Pollys paddock is named after a beautiful palomino horse named Polly, who lived here as a loved member of our family into her early 40s.
Polly's Paddock is a quiet camping area on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a couples, mates , friends , camping (adults only), no children, for safety reasons with a dam close by.
Only 15 minutes from Mount Martha village and Mornington, restaurants, amazing wineries, weekend markets, cafes and golf courses.
We are 10 minutes from swimming beaches and 20 minutes from surf beaches.
This is a 5.5 acre block, consisting of the host’s residence, garden and parkland. Polly's Paddock is half of the block.
We offer 2 flat caravan or tent sites, both with drinking water , 1 with limited power , the other no power.
There is also a site with a glamping tent set in the garden.
The 6 metre round tent sleeps 2, with a queen size bed, linen provided.
It is carpeted, has a fridge, kettle and BBQ. Just pack your toothbrush, clothes, food and drinks.
All 3 sites have the use of a shared composting toilet, and out doors bath.
For a refreshing experience there is an outdoor, open air hot shower overlooking the dam.
Close by is a spacious shelter/shed with tables, chairs and a rustic kitchen area with sink and heater.
Well behaved dogs are accepted on the caravan sites, but we ask that you please discuss with us prior to booking. Dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times, wild ducks and the properties own poultry wander here.
No dogs on the glamping tent site.
Campfires are allowed during the cooler months, left to the hosts discretion for safety reasons. We supply a fire pit. BYO wood.

A haven for many species of birds and wildlife, sea and wedge tail eagles nesting close by a bird watchers and canoeists paradise, also many species of fish so if you want to wet a line a Victorian fishing licence is needed, the river has a 5 knot speed limit from the campsite to Gypsy Point, if your more into bushwalking or sightseeing there are several national parks within a 30 minute drive or boat trip, or just have a swim, chill, relax and enjoy the peace and serenity. one site has small tinny access to the river and the other is good for a 20 ft boat, camping and fires are only allowed in designated camping areas due to rehabilitation of river frontage large trees and flash flooding, at all sites you cannot camp or have fires in fenced off river frontage, bring your own firewood or it can be supplied for $25 per wheelbarrow when booking in, you will have to provide your own, shower, water, etc, all sites have access to a site toilet, take all waste away when you leave, I can arrange if needed by prior notice, bulk firewood, launching of boat, etc. No firewood collection, motorbike riding, shooting or 4x4ing on site, some pets on leash may be allowed by prior arrangement, there's a 10 % discount factored in at checkout if booking for 5 or more nights, if having trouble booking or any other inquiries please send message cheers John.

We are a 1hr 15mins drive from Melbourne, though Summerhill Vineyard will have you feeling a world away. The Yarra Valley offers quality local food and wine, breathtaking scenery, walks, cycling tracks, and tourist destinations like Healesville Sanctuary, Lotus Water Gardens, Warburton Rail Trail and much more. Bimbimbi is located at the free flowing, clear beginning of the Murray River, at Tintaldra. We have 5 separate sites. Each site is for a single group, so you know you will only have yourselves in close proximity. Each site has access to the river, although The Fishing Hole, River Red Gums and The Big Bend have better access than The Willows and The Old Pump Hole. Swimming, fishing for Murray Cod, hiking along the river bank (we have 3km of frontage), bird watching, relaxing are typical things to do here. Or, if you are more adventurous, borrow our canoes and do a down river trip, or go for a longer hike up Pine Mountain in the Pine Mountain National Park. Or, bring your mountain or road bikes and do some cycling on the picturesque roads and trails.
The campsites are well spaced out, with a minimum of 200 metres between the nearest two locations. In fact, it either impossible or very difficult to see anyone else at the other camp sites from your own camp site.
Each camp site is accessible via its own track, so you won't have other vehicles driving past your camp site. We have a Leave No Trace policy, please take all rubbish with you. (This also means not throwing bottles, cans, bottle tops, aluminium foil and other non-biodegradable items into the camp fire.) Dogs are allowed, but please keep them under control, particularly if near cattle. Campfires are allowed only in braziers provided, when fire bans are not in place. You can gather your own firewood or purchase firewood from us (see "Extras"). Please arrive before dark if you haven't been here before. It is difficult to understand a new camp site in the dark. We provide a toilet at each location, for your convenience and the cleanliness of the camp site in general. Nothing but your human deposit and toilet paper in the toilet please. No disposable wipes, nappies etc. Please put these in your trash. Also, bring your drone but use it only over locations that are not occupied.
We have canoes to borrow, seasonal produce is available from the garden and our own beef and local lamb is also now available. And, again, wood for purchase if you don't want to gather your own. Please see "Extras"

Billabong Flats Farm is a 100 Acre property enhanced by 1km of King River access in the heart of Wangaratta, North East Victoria.
It has an abundance of birdlife including Kookaburras, Kingfishers, Blue Wrens, Cormorants and many types of water birds.
The property is in a fantastic location to the Wangaratta township as it is only 1.5 kms drive into town to get all your supplies if required including, Aldi, Woolworths, Coles, Dan Murphys, Kmart, Camping Stores, Petrol Stations, Cinema, Bowling Alley and the wonderful choice of Hotels, Restaurants and Take away options if required.
Mains water is available at the property to top up your Vans or Gerry cans should you need to replenish, so never run out of water 😊
It is surrounded by picturesque green countryside laden with ancient Red Rivergum Trees and billabongs with access to river frontage for fishing and the King River SiteWhite Cedar sites have a swimming hole for those hot summer days. The Secret Island site does have a swimming spot but not as safe for little ones.
The river is ideal for swimming, floating and fishing. Choose either to relax with a book and a glass of wine and do nothing or go and explore the many attractions of the wonderful North East area including the beautiful King Valley, Beechworth, Bright, Yarrawonga and Rutherglen plus many other gorgeous areas that have Art Trails or Silo Art Trails, all of which are 30-60 minutes drive from the property.
Billabong Flats Farm sites are very spacious with each section private from other Campers with a fire pit provided at the site plus an abundance of open area for recreation for kids and dogs to run around.
The King River Site is an extra large riverside bush campsite that could accommodate a large group of Vans (10 at least). It has a designated fire pit and Campers will need to have own Toilet/Shower amenities and be and leave no trace behind when leaving us.
Accessible for most types of vehicles. Dog friendly if well behaved and controlled and won't chase the Cattle. Campfires permitted when restrictions aren't in place, firewood for sale (see Extras).
We are close to the region’s attractions including 15mins drive to Brown Brothers Winery in Milawa, many Lookouts and National Parks, Lake William Hovell, Restaurants, Wineries and Distilleries of this special area.

Love it! This place is great. Sharelle and Michael are very friendly and helpful. My van is bit heavy and stud in mud(after a raining night and very wet on arass. hence | parked at a sliaht slot make it harder to get out). Shower and toilet are handy for pople need to use, around 100m from camp but don’t complaint as this it part of the joys.
Feeding highland cows and pony are such a bonus! Kids love it. Please respect the land and owner, keep it tidy and clean so next camper could enjoy the same fun!

Beautiful property. All the little details made this a 5 star hipcamp. The hammocks, fairy lights, firepits, benches, kids swings and games, immaculate toilet, outdoor shower. Very impressive. Sites are flat and have amazing views. Very peaceful and sharelle was a welcoming friendly host. The highland cows are adorable and the kids loved feeding them and the chickens and pony and getting cuddles from the baby chick's.

Such a beautiful spot right on the Murray River surrounded by gorgeous, gentle cattle. Private location with some highway noise but it did not bother us at all. Vicki & Byron were both incredibly helpful and responsive in messaging us. Great designated fire pit areas too.

We had a wonderful stay. The site is quiet, peaceful, and very well equipped. Even in winter, everything was comfortable, with hot water for the showers and dish washing as well.
The fire pit was perfect for keeping warm in the evening, and the entire campsite was clean and well maintained. We really appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and the privacy.
We stayed one night in our tent and were pleasantly surprised to discover the bell tents available on site. They looked warm and cozy for winter, with heaters and very comfortable furnishings. We'd love to try staying in one on our next visit.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable camping experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Galea Ranch! It's in the perfect location for exploring Marysville, the Cathedral Ranges, and the many beautiful waterfalls, which were flowing spectacularly after the heavy rain earlier in the week.
The property was immaculate and clearly designed with campers in mind. There were great fire pits, fun play areas for the kids, and our children absolutely loved feeding the Highland cows and the other friendly animals.
Sharelle was wonderful to deal with, making the booking process easy and communicating clearly throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning to explore more of the area

We had such a special glamping stay at Rumah and left feeling so relaxed and grateful. Geoff and Amanda were incredibly kind and welcoming and you can really feel the care they’ve put into every part of the property.
Everything was so thoughtfully set up and made our stay feel easy and comfortable. The outdoor shower and bath was a real highlight. Sitting under the stars at night was just beautiful and something we will always remember!
It truly is such a peaceful, memorable place. We would absolutely love to come back and highly recommend!

It’s a fantastic location with plenty of open space, walking trails, and the river right nearby — perfect for relaxing, exploring, fishing, and enjoying nature. The fenced areas are great for pets, giving them plenty of room to run and enjoy themselves safely. We loved the peaceful surroundings & beautiful scenery. What a stunning piece of land to share with campers! Not only are you surrounded by amazing australian alpine bush but you also have tyres river right there in full glory. The property is tucked away from any major road and you feel as if youre the only person for ages. Even though youre out in the bush, you feel very secure and safe on the property. The camp areas are very well set out with each one getting better as you travel further down the property, all sites can access the water and have exceptional views of the bush, they also have great spacing so you are not too close to other campers and each sign post comes with its own kookaburra! The amount of wildlife that surrounded the property was amazing, plenty of variety of bird life, trout in the river and if youre lucky enough youll get a special moment to see the platypus and wombats. Lisa and Bernie have taken such great care and detail in ensuring you get to your site safe and sound, with specific and precise instructions that are easily followed and even though Bernie couldnt meet me on arrival he made sure I knew where to go and what to expect and then happily came over to say gday and made me feel welcome on the property. Im looking forward to booking another stay on the Hazelnut farm.
