There is a hidden creek at the back of the property that never runs dry, running from Gap Creek Falls at the top of Cunninghams Gap. The location is perfect for a quick getaway or long stay, complete privacy and little reception depending on your phone service, ensuring a peaceful camping stay. There is lots of activities within a short drive from the property including fishing at Lake Moogerah, hiking the mountain tops or having brunch at the amazing local cafe's in the area. Our campsites are hidden in the hills, down by the creek or out in the open. You will need a 4 WD to access the rear of the property. There is a steep incline at the beginning of the track followed by a tight corner because of this caravans must be off road and under 17 ft. Make sure your car has the power and weight to get it up the hill. There are 3 x 2WD camping options for caravans over 17ft or those not off road. Depending on the type of vehicle and van will dictate your camping locations. Maximum caravan access for the rear of the property is 17ft off road van. This is due to the hill climb and a tight corner at the top. Please be aware of the weight you are towing and your car is capable of pulling it up the hill. Dogs are welcome but must stay within the camp, be under control or on a leash. Our sites are completely isolated from town, with views and not visible from the road. Sites are set among nearly 100 acres of a mix of open land and rainforest. Multiple natural springs exist on the property and a few small spring-fed waterholes are scattered down the cascading hills. This location is home to several endangered species due to being one of the last isolated pockets of rainforest in the area. I highly recommend adding these to your booking. The site is clean and private, with magnificent views of the surrounding hills and mountains The onsite 24/7 toilet and showers (with hot water) was the best. 10/10 !!

What an amazing place, the site is massive, so secluded, private and peaceful. Two beautiful swimming holes to cool off in. Access to the creek is easy and there is a rope to assist getting in and out for the deeper swimming hole. The wildlife is amazing to sit and watch and the cows come right up to the roped off site too. Would highly recommend this site to anyone. The hosts are brilliant, so friendly and great communication and to be able to buy firewood from them makes the stay so much better. We will be back again for sure!

Stayed for 3 nights at Kates property and it was great. We had the area to ourselves and stayed in front of the bamboo area facing the road so we got full max of the sun for our solar. Was not an issue facing the road side at all. Welcomed on arrival by Kates husband (sorry, forgot his name). Like others have mentioned, firewood & firepit supplied and even down to fire starters! Communication with Kate was excellent. 40 minute drive to Tweed Heads so location is pretty good. Will definitely be back if we need a getaway from the Gold Coast or see another show in Tweed Heads.

We loved camping in our caravan at Oz Sky Ranch. We had a perfect flat spot on 3A right next to the lake. The view was beautiful. There was a clean portaloo right near our site and a shower/toilet block just like home only a short walk away. It was great to be able to swim in the lake and cool down. We really enjoyed our stay!
