Cabins are available on a daily rate or weekly depending on the length of your stay. We have a “NEW” resort-style pool with easy ramp access and camp kitchen facilities including stainless steel BBQs. We have a large amenities block a Disabled Toilet/Shower Facility and a large laundry facility. We are not a “PET FRIENDLY” Park in our Cabin Accommodation, but for Short Stays on Powered Sites we are “PET FRIENDLY”. We have Powered Sites with Concrete Slabs or Powered Grass Sites available and a large unpowered Camp Area for the tent lover.

Newcastle is about 1.5 hrs drive away and has a commercial airport and many other facilities of a large sea side city.
Wollombi is about 20min drive to the South and is one of the first areas settled in after Sydney. It has many items of historical significance including jail, museum, post office and Wollombi Tavern, the home of Dr Jurds Jungle Juice.
Sydney is about 2.5 - 3 hours south.

Yengo National Park has some wonderful look out spots-great to drive to Finchley lookout to watch the sun set or check out Aboriginal art sites.

Bush campsites are fully self-sufficient, BYO (bring your own) water and toileting system. All campers are required to take their rubbish home with them as there are no bins on site. Cabins are available on a daily rate or weekly depending on the length of your stay. We have a “NEW” resort-style pool with easy ramp access and camp kitchen facilities including stainless steel BBQs. We have a large amenities block a Disabled Toilet/Shower Facility and a large laundry facility. We are not a “PET FRIENDLY” Park in our Cabin Accommodation, but for Short Stays on Powered Sites we are “PET FRIENDLY”. We have Powered Sites with Concrete Slabs or Powered Grass Sites available and a large unpowered Camp Area for the tent lover.

Newcastle is about 1.5 hrs drive away and has a commercial airport and many other facilities of a large sea side city.
Wollombi is about 20min drive to the South and is one of the first areas settled in after Sydney. It has many items of historical significance including jail, museum, post office and Wollombi Tavern, the home of Dr Jurds Jungle Juice.
Sydney is about 2.5 - 3 hours south.

Yengo National Park has some wonderful look out spots-great to drive to Finchley lookout to watch the sun set or check out Aboriginal art sites.

The Communal camping area is within walking distance of our amenities block, which offers flushing porcelain toilets and a hot shower. Bush campsites are fully self-sufficient, BYO (bring your own) water and toileting system. All campers are required to take their rubbish home with them as there are no bins on site. Sites available for all vehicle types, from buses and large caravans to fully kitted out off-road vehicles.
We offer a self check-in service with full maps and directions, which means you can arrive anytime you like.

We had a wonderful time camping on this property. The site was gorgeous. Very private and with the creature comforts of a pit toilet and washing up water. We purchased some of their wood for the fire - great wood, burnt beautifully. Brian and Sally are so lovely. We mentioned we love bees and they invited us to show us their hives. We had such a great time. Will definitely be back!

Allan was a very welcoming host, showed us around the property and spoke about his family land.
Grounds were perfectly kept, toilets, shower and camp kitchen all in working order and clean.
Quiet area with
Lots of birdlife, a little trek down to the creek.
The doggo and us loved this camp and highly recommended
Travelling around in our little motorhome from FNQ down to VIC, definitely probably will stay here on our way back home.

Natalie was lovely, and the location was fantastic. I couldn't imagine being any closer to the wineries. The only thing worth noting is that the shade is limited, and there is only one toilet and shower on the campsite.

Lovely property, excellent facilities and wonderful hospitality. The caves and brook were lovely and there was plenty of open space for kids to kick a ball and ride bikes. There was some noise from the wedding nearby but the owners make that clear in the description and it didn't go too late. Recommended!

Unfortunately had to cut my time a little short due to the weather but my time at Camp on Elderslie was fantastic. Dog friendly which is a must for me, super quiet and seems very isolated considering it’s less than 10mins from town. Bit of a walk to the river but well worth it, my doggo loved the water as did I. Will be looking to return in the next few months. Great Hipcamp. Enjoyed my time.

Hosts were very welcoming, friendly & helpful. They have created a great property with tucked away in nature options or out in a field with other people. I still had lots of privacy and the river is wonderful to take a dip in on a hot day. My dog Archie loved it too & will definitely be back.

Mira Wines only has two campsites, so absolutely no chance of overcrowding. Both are perched high on a well-maintained grassy hill and are surrounded by grapevines…and the views are amazing! We were only there two nights and had very busy days so we didn't get to experience anything else that the property has to offer, unfortunately.

What a fabulous location to set up your camp. Positioned at the top of the hill overlooking the vineyards and beyond. Well situated to visit the local wineries and restaurants. Iron gate and swinging tree wineries are very near by. Ana’s hospitality was friendly and inviting. We absolutely loved the tasting of her wines, limoncello and honey. Would definitely recommend for self sufficient campers.

Such a great spot to camp! The campground is immaculate, great facilities and such a lovely to unwind and spend some time with the family. The kids and the dog had a great time splashing around down at the river too. Highly recommend! We will be back

We had a fabulous weekend at Wattle Valley Farm. Very quiet, lots of room and Joanne was lovely. Bit of road noise, but certainly didn't bother us. There was a wedding on Saturday night and again, it was fine. It was kinda nice to hear so many people having such a good time. We will absolutely be back. 👍
