The Positives: 😊 The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, shower had excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water, and the inclusion of quality toiletries was a lovely touch. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the full-sized fridge, and the effective air con to keep us warm during the cool nights. The lovely clean pools and the communal fire pit area are great assets and the wildlife are a delight. Areas for Improvement: 😞 While the cabin is advertised as having "extra space," it is quite tight for four adults. The secondary bedroom is very small with no storage, so we had to live out of suitcases on the floor. Both bedroom sliding doors would get stuck if closed fully. the hard floors were quite dirty upon arrival—so much so that the bathmat turned brown immediately and the poor condition mop provided was no good for use. When we requested fresh towels after three days, we were only allowed one as she would “have to walk over to the storage room and enter the code” (inconvenience) which felt like a lapse in basic customer service. Significant concern was a male member of the management team standing in a nearby doorway to watch us for nearly 10 minutes with his arms folded as we were packing on last day, quite intimidating and made us all feel very uncomfortable. We hope this feedback is taken in the constructive spirit intended, as a few small adjustments to cleaning protocols and staff interactions would truly elevate the guest experience

Overall, I had an enjoyable experience. The only thing that was frustrating was how rude the front desk person was when I asked for more towels for our cabin, as we wanted to go swimming but only had towels for showers. The lady gave me one towel and told me that was all she had, because otherwise she would have to walk back to the storage area to get more towels. It was only 3pm so it wasn’t close to closing time, so I’m not sure why this was an issue. It made me feel a bit put off but besides that, the stay was good.

Ok place for a couple wouldn’t return tbh as a couple. Amenities were clean most of the times. However if you travel during holidays lots of kids screaming around. So not a relaxing place if you are wanting to relax and unwind. Seems like a very good place for families with kids. Gated area making it safe and secure. Bonus pool which we didn’t use as it was raining for all of our stay.

Nice little park. Very quiet other than the odd hoon driving down the street at night. Bathrooms very clean, fantastic pool for the kids. Camp kitchen was well appointed.

Great site - really appreciated the plot having astroturf and gravel when it rained! Amenities were super clean. Shame we couldn’t use the pool with the weather!
