We had an excellent stay here! The hosts were so kind and allowed us to choose which campsite we wanted to sleep at. My friend and I chose across the bridge and pitched a tent there. We had a wonderful night and witnessed a beautiful sunset! In the morning, they also gave us fun recommendations to do on the property such as exploring and playing by the river. I would definitely recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing night.
The site was beautiful and very private! The host was very accommodating and provided us with firewood and a large wheelbarrow to transport our gear across the river which was lovely! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would definitely camp here again.

Great experience to meet these wonderful people. Thank you. Welcome anytime!
My family and I had a great time at Nancy’s. The hosts went above and beyond with little details including signage for beach access and where to set up. We had a quiet and private space. The drive to Newport was quick to enjoy the day at the beach. Watching the train go by was a neat experience for us and our children. I highly recommend this camp. The location was easy to find. The hosts were very kind and helpful. They used their four wheeler to get our gear back to the site, allowed flexibility in our stay and even gave us some fire wood. We are looking forward to coming back in the summer to swim in the river. 🏕💕

We loved this spot on Nancy H.'s Land and will definitely make a reservation to stay there again. We loved how huge and private our campsite was, and our dog had a blast. Made the quick drive to the beach both days and were back in plenty of time to hang around the campfire. Super gracious hosts were available when we wanted something, but never in view of our campsite. Gorgeous place.
I cannot say enough great things about this experience!
We arrived and were immediately greeted. The host directed us to the parking space and showed us where the campsite was.
They provided us with wood, an ax to chop the wood, and a wheel barrel to easily transport our belongings to the campsite.
Once we set up our tent, we explored their 9 acre property and it was mind blowing. It was definitely gorgeous and the view was beautiful. Waking up to all the birds chirping felt like being in a rainforest!
We were lucky to have gorgeous weather so we got to go into the water and swim around their river. They provided us inner tube floaties to relax on as we drifted down the river.
I can honestly say this experience was extremely relaxing and even prettier than pictures can say.
It was absolutely amazing and it is all we are going to talk about for a while!

Thank you. Glad you enjoyed your stay.
This site was super cool! There’s a bridge over a small river you must cross to get to the site, and the hosts supply a wheelbarrow so it’s easy to get all your gear across. The bathroom was clean, and there was a large table and garbage provided. Plus you have access to a small beach to just hang out. Very cool.

Thank you. Glad you enjoyed the stay!
What a beautiful place!! We were greeted with a huge welcome from our host and directed where to go upon arrival. The site was huge and completely private! We enjoyed having meals on the beach area next to the river. The waterfalls were beautiful. We also enjoyed fresh veggies that Nancy shared from her garden. We look forward to visiting again!

Thank you! Great to have you.
The property was gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of space to hang out and roam around while still having privacy. The hosts were helpful and pleasant to work and I enjoyed meeting them. They have done a great job setting up a very relaxing space to get away in nature.
