Seems like it would be a lovely place to stay in the winter, so thats when I'd like to come back! 5 stars all the way for everything here, the thoughtfulness of the cabins, the cleanliness, the readily available kitchen and the hospitality. We offer over an acre of developed land that has four fully functional RV sites that have water, electricity and sewer hook-ups. Each site is beautifully graveled and clean. Our property is off of the beaten path on the outskirts of the delightful town of Belfair in Mason county. The neighborhood is low key and very "country life" oriented.

Belfair has two grocery stores, a handful of gas stations, wonderful restaurants and interesting shops. It's a relaxing drive to our place from downtown Belfair right along the beautiful Hood Canal. We are tucked away in a back neighborhood 379 feet above sea level. Very peaceful and quiet!
You must have a fully self-contained RV to stay at our property as there are no public bathroom or shower facilities available.
So come on out and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. We are here for you should you need a safe, quiet place to park for however long it takes to get your inner peace back. We truly look forward to hearing from you!

Skokomish Park at Lake Cushman, formerly known as Camp Cushman or Lake Cushman State Park, covers over 500 acres with three boat-launch ramps on the 41,500 feet of freshwater shoreline on Lake Cushman.
Park facilities include campsites, RV pull-thru and back-in sites, walk-in campsites, and two group camping areas. Plus, two fantastic day-use areas with picnic sites, a picnic shelter, and comfort stations located throughout the park.
The natural beauty of the area can be explored on any of our trails. The eastern part of the Olympic Peninsula has loads of great trails around us in the Olympic National Park. Trailheads nearby include Big Creek, Mount Rose, Mount Ellinor, Dry Creek, Copper Creek, Wagonwheel Lake, Staircase Rapids, Big Log Camp, and Flapjack Lakes. Pull your RV or trailer onto this lot and take in the beautiful southwestern view of Mt. Jupiter ridge and a peek-a-boo view of the Dosewallips River! Listen closely, and you will hear the sounds of the river below. The lot is equipped with power and water hookups! Please be aware the water hookup is near the main gate entrance and the power is about 40 feet apart, so you may need a long hose (see pic). Enjoy the view from the large deck, firepit, or picnic table overlooking the river, valley, and mountains. This lot is truly a little slice of heaven!
Within a few minutes, find yourself at Rocky Brook falls (see pics) for a spectacular view and even a swim if you so please! Pleasant Harbor Marina (also shown in pics) also within 10 minutes! You will also find many hiking trails and parks nearby! There is weak cell service on the lot, so you may or may not be able to connect. I get 1-2 bars with Sprint.
While this property is not very far off the Dosewallips road (35 mph), it is generally very quiet and peaceful. You may hear cars and motorcycles from time to time, but very faintly. The lot is at about 350 ft. elevation, so you may get noise traveling up the valley from the residential community below (to which I belong), such as dogs, people using chainsaws, etc. There is hunting allowed in the national forest, so you could potentially hear guns in the distance during the day, but that is rare.
There are a few close neighbors, so please be respectful and quiet, especially in the evening. Please bring your own firewood when campfires are allowed and please do not forage for firewood on or around the property. Lastly, while the sightings have been few and rare, the neighbors have seen bears, cougars, coyotes, and bobcats near their homes and this property. So keep an eye on your children and pets, especially if off-leash (your pet of course!) The property also slopes a bit where the deck starts, so again, keep a close eye on the kiddos. You have a very good chance of seeing the local Roosevelt Elk that travel in huge herds around Brinnon (See pics). They sometimes lay down and hang out on the grass on the property! Make sure your pets have their flea and tick updates!

On this, a little over two acres of riverfront land, there is a circle drive that loops along the edge of a clearing, giving access to 3 unique sites. These sites are tucked away with a comfortable amount of wooded space between them. At the center of this loop, there is a shared space to enjoy if you choose. This can be a nice space to gather for a meal at the large picnic table or have a game in the grass. There is also a large firepit that can be inviting to stand around and enjoy each other's company.
The river is what really makes this property special. You will have access to a private stretch of river, just steps away from the camp area. A short trail takes you down to a level landing just above the river with plenty of space to gather. A few more steps down and you can dip your feet in the cool water that has made its way down from the Olympic Mountains.
Each site is equipped with its own parking spot, firepit, and level areas for a tent or two. Besides the river, there is no running water or other utilities. There is access to a portable restroom that is a short distance from the campsites. There is additional parking near the entrance if you have a second vehicle, or if you have a small camper trailer to leave at the site and need a place to park your vehicle.
Another major benefit to this property is its general location. Stay and enjoy the camp to its fullest or use it as your home base and go explore the Olympic Peninsula. There are multiple hiking trails nearby in the Olympic National Park and nearby State Parks. You can also find yourself at multiple beaches that are only minutes away. If you enjoy a swim, there are also multiple lakes within minutes of the property.
The small town of Quilcene is just a few minutes away and offers a couple little stores, a gas station, restaurants, a laundromat, post office, and a National Park Ranger Station. The historic town of Port Townsend is approximately 30 minutes away. You can also enjoy the incredibly beautiful drive down Highway 101 as it navigates along the edge of the Hood Canal.

We offer an outdoor cover kitchen (new 2026!), communal fire pit, bathroom area with an outdoor shower in our meadow for refreshing and recharging while meeting magical new souls sharing in the euphoria of nature in an alcohol and tobacco free space.
Ravens Ridge is a short walk from Dabob Bay and the Tarboo Wildlife Preserve and a short drive from Quilcene, WA, the Pearl of the Peninsula, known for its oysters and proximity to some of the best hiking and other outdoor recreation on the Olympic Peninsula. This location provides easy access to trailheads in the Olympic National Forest, Mt Walker Viewpoint, and kayaking in the most pristine and protected inlets of the Salish Sea. Whether you are looking to eat fresh seafood or harvest your own, you will find all your heart desires: wild mushrooms in the fall, fresh nettles in the Spring, whale and seal watching!

We came here to visit last year and absolutely loved it, so we were thrilled to come back and stay this past weekend to celebrate our best friend’s birthday. Once again, this park did not disappoint!
There truly is something for everyone — outdoor games, kayaking, fishing, and of course, relaxing around a campfire. During the summer months, they even show movies with popcorn, which adds such a fun and unique touch to the experience.
The park is very well maintained, the restrooms are clean, and the store is well stocked with anything you might need. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to answer questions or help out in any way.
We made wonderful memories here and are already looking forward to coming back in 2027!

Will's site was a perfect fit for us. We have a 21ft trailer and two dogs. We basically needed a safe space for our dogs, electric and water hookups and a beautiful view. This site has all that plus a really cool deck, a firepit and a picnic table. Its in in proximity to so many hiking trails and other outdoor activities. But, its also awesome for just hanging out, grilling, watching the birds, stargazing, whatever suits you. We did get 5G with Verizon, too. Thank you, Will for creating such a lovely, private space.

This place was incredibly peaceful and private, exactly the kind of quiet escape we were hoping for.
The site itself is well thought out, with a nice grassy yard that helped keep dust and dirt from getting into the tent and gear. There was plenty of space to set up multiple tents comfortably, along with room for two vehicles and a trailer, which made things really easy for our group.
The porch area was a highlight—great views looking out into the forest, especially in the evenings with the string lights along the rails creating a really calm atmosphere.
We also appreciated having both electrical and water hookups available, which made the stay much more comfortable without taking away from the camping feel.
Location-wise, it was a great base for exploring nearby hikes like Lena Lake and Murhut Falls, and it’s also conveniently close to Olympic National Park, with plenty of other trails within a reasonable drive.
One of the best parts of the stay was the privacy—we didn’t see a single person come down the road to the site the entire time. It really felt secluded and quiet in the best way.
Overall, a well-maintained, peaceful spot with great amenities and access to some excellent hiking.

We camped Saturday-Tuesday at this spot! We definitely want to come back after Memorial Day when they do movies in an adorable outdoor theater set up. The lake is large and beautiful. Staff is friendly, they had packets and a little scavenger hunt for the kids which was much appreciated. As noted in the reviews, the sites are very close to each other, we felt a bit like we were camping with the neighbors next to us. WiFi exists in some spots, not at our site. No cell service. We would come back!

Incredibly peaceful, indeed. You will see deer and bunnies all around the yard. Great hosts who helped me back up into my spot and offered me some delicious soup. Also, try a gyro at the Sunset Beach Grocery & Deli about 10 minutes down the road, they are absolutely delicious.

This is a new campground with work in progress easily accessible from the highway. Although it's close to the highway, traffic noise was not an issue.
We were late arriving but Jeff communicated where to find our paperwork.
The facilities and grounds were well taken care of. There is a dog area and play structure. Only negative is there is no shade.
It's close to shopping, dining, ferry to Victoria, BC, and the Olympic Discovery Trail.
We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time here. I’ve passed this place dozens of times over the years but never stopped by, I wish we had sooner! Clean, quiet campground with tons of amenities. Staff were wonderful and it’s close to tons of great hiking trails!
Full RV hookups. WiFi, great cell reception with AT&T. They also had a nice hot tub, laundry facilities, and a dock across the road with some great views of the water.

Beautiful spot! Arrived on Thanksgiving night to a soggy and foggy view but the next morning woke to blue skies and beautiful Mountain View’s! Plenty of space and the deck and fire pit (although weather prevented us from using) was a wonderful addition. Even though the location is amount neighbors and other homes, it felt very private and very quiet. The views can’t be beat! Would stay again.
