When we purchased
this property it was covered with black berry bushes, we did not even know what might be underneath when we started to clear it.
At first we just wanted a garden but the deer ate the blueberries so we planted pumpkins.
They were a success, in fact one year we gave a pumpkin to each Beach School kindergartner.
Later on we decided to set it up as with RV hook ups for our friends and that is how we got to where we are now.
We love to share Lummi Island, it is a special place and we added the tag "Beach, Bikes and Hikes" lots to do on Lummi so bring your bikes, kayaks, walking shoes.
Park your camping trailer or RV, water, electricity, both 110 and 30 amp service, sewer (septic hook up)
are ready for you. We have a propane campfire for evening campfires but you will need to hook up your propane to it.
Once you're set up, start exploring. The beach, blizzard trail, ride your bike, bring your kayak or just sit back and take in views all the way to Canada, on Friday night you will see the Alaska ferry go by on its way to Alaska.
Lummi Island does have a grocery store, near the ferry landing, two restaurants, no gas on Lummi, however the store does sell propane.
There is two restaurants on Lummi Island the Beach Store Cafe, moderate prices but only open Thursday thru Sunday and the Galley usually open Wed thru Sunday.
The best part of Lummi Island is the tranquility, kick back and enjoy fresh air, beach walks,
outstanding sunsets and quiet nights.

Bayview Alpacas is located on 10 privately-gated acres across the street from Padilla Bay, a National Estuarine Research Reserve. The Reserve protects one of the largest beds of eelgrass in the contiguous United States - nearly 8,000 acres.
Habitats found here support herring, smelt, salmon, flatfish, Dungeness crab, ducks, eagles, shorebirds, and peregrine falcons. Mammals found in Padilla bay include harbor seals and river otters. Located in the northern reaches of greater Puget Sound, at the saltwater edge of the large delta of the Skagit River in the Salish Sea, the reserve is eight miles long and three miles across.
The Padilla Bay Reserve is one of 29 areas in the National Estuarine Research Reserve System. The 11,966 acres-site is protected for long-term research, water quality monitoring, education, and coastal stewardship.

Just what is Cowboy Camp, you might ask. The traditional definition refers to sleeping outside under the stars with only a bedroll, a fire and the night sky for companions. But if you are a fan of the western genre and lifestyle, you might also know it as a place to go to hang out with like minded folks and experience the Cowboy lifestyle. This includes all people, men and women alike, as the term "Cowboy" is largely generic and not gender oriented. A taste of that lifestyle is what we are offering here at our Cowboy Camp.
As part of your cowboy camp experience you can sign up for a horsemanship lesson involving handling and grooming horses and time spent working with the horse in the round pen.

Our beautiful piece of property is comprised of 11 acres situated on the northeast tip of the Olympic Peninsula just outside the quaint Victorian seaport town of Port Townsend. It lies approximately 4 miles from downtown with its many art galleries, restaurants, shops, boat harbor, farmer's market and the historic Rose theater.
The horses are excluded from camping areas during your visit. No need to worry about curious horses coming into your campsite to say hello.
We have created a walking trail through the forest around the land that is full of the sounds of life and birds. A pileated woodpecker makes its home in the back corner and two pairs of barred owls also inhabit the nearby Douglas firs.
An important note for the walking explorer, please be aware that many areas of the farm are in their natural state. This means you might encounter prickly plants such as star thistle, nettles and tansy ragwort. We are happy to identify these for you if you are unfamiliar with them. Please be aware and dress in long pants and long sleeves while hiking. There are no poisonous snakes present in this region.
Side note : Due to the presence of horses, chickens and various wildlife on the property, we do not allow outside dogs at this time. Thank you for your understanding.

Really enjoyed staying here. The campground has a great common area with a microwave, refrigerator, oven, and stove, which made cooking and relaxing much more convenient. Most RV parks are just boring parking lots, but Crescent Beach is special because it is surrounded by the abundant beauty of nature. On the south side is a grassy meadow with a meandering creak that begs to be explored by kayak. On the other side is the beautiful Crescent Beach, with perfect soft sand the interesting Salt Creek campground just to the East. There is also excellent tide pooling to be done at Tongue point on low tides.

The site was clean, easy to pull into, and we appreciated the gazebo to sit under. The electricity and water hookups worked well. It was exactly as described. Our kids enjoyed seeing a doe and fawn on the property along with lots of bunnies and a Great horned owl. The hosts gave us plenty of space. We had fun seeing the sites on Whidbey and using their property as our homebase. The proximity to Deception Pass was extremely convenient and we loved that. It was great that we could use the wifi and it worked perfectly. We heard jet noise every so often noise but not late at night so we still slept soundly. Thank you for a nice stay!

With kids
Pretty amazing private beach to spend two days. A few comments to add to others... clean bathrooms, close proximity to many activities and an organized and kind host. Mosquitos from Salt Creek were abundant. The road is not busy but it is a road between the camp site and the beach. Sites are for RVs so they are long and thin, which makes it a snug fit. I was in a van with a tent. I knew all of this going in, but something to be think about for others. Price feels a bit high, but overall, I would recommend it, esp. the beach sunset.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Jodi and Daniel’s serene spot!
The garden is an added treat, with bird and bee life quietly buzzing away amongst the gorgeous greenery.
Getting a personal tour of both artists’ studios/workshops was a highlight of our time there, and we’d love to come back any chance we get!

21 ft pop-up camper
Nice, clean and simple RV camp spot. I was thinking it would have a feel of being in an industrial park, but surprisingly it felt like we were in the country. Perfectly situated to hide the industrial structures. Bonus to have 4 nice individual bathrooms, clean and fully stocked? each with a full shower. We will definitely be back, maybe rent some bikes and explore those trails. It was just a quick little overnight stay for us, in town to visit family, but a great spot! Thanks Jeff and crew!!!

Love this campground! It’s quiet, off the beaten path, has a private beach, a bath house that is very clean. It was a perfect spot to explore the area. I will be back!

The view was way better than expected- one of the most amazing sunsets over the bay we've ever seen! The site is tidy, quiet, and attractive. Only one of the water hook ups was available, which wasn't a problem for us, but if you only had a short hose, be sure to park near the working one.

We enjoyed our stop over at RV@Olympic. It was truly very clean in all the buildings and the dog park was usually free for our little dogs as well. We really appreciated being fairly close to the clubhouse to use the restroom & showers (new construction with a/c). Friendly staff and a comfortable spot to stay.

I loved it here. The space is peaceful and beautiful. Quiet and private. At night I sat for hours watching the dark night sky and saw several shooting stars. It's evident that Jodi and Daniel put a lot of effort into this well kept area and they themselves are lovely. I stayed here in my camper van and preferred it to my other stay in the bustle of "downtown".
