We are a working blueberry and flower farm near the town of Tunkhannock, in the Endless Mountains Region of Pennsylvania. We also have nature and some fun recreational opportunities both on property and close by. On our property we have an 18 hole disc golf course (more info can be found on Udisc or Facebook page "Campsite Disc Golf"). The course has all PDGA approved chain baskets with wood chip or grass tee boxes. We are constantly upgrading the course, it gets better every year! We have some beautiful places for walks (or easy hikes) including walking the course even if you don't play disc golf....it makes for some nice clear trails through the woods. There is a 2 1/2 acre pond where you are welcome to kayak, canoe or paddleboard. A 10 acre swamp, a small creek (that does often dry up in the summer....it's beautiful in the spring), and bountiful wildlife. Nearby are many more recreational opportunities. Within driving distances varying from 5 minutes to an hour (most things within 20 minutes) are a river, two creeks, several lakes (all with public boat access, some with swimming), hiking and biking trails, wineries, brewery, restaurants, a movie theater and shopping (grocery stores and the small downtown are less than 10 minutes). We can provide more information and directions for any activities you are interested in. Our private road which leads to the areas available for camping has only one resident who lives past (with access rights to use the road to get to his property) so it is secluded with no traffic. It can be very dark on moonless nights which is fantastic for stargazing. Intrepid winter campers will find the sky is most crisp clear and incredible in the winter....but the summer is still quite spectacular. Blueberry season is all of July and spilling into August (although winding down by then). During that time the Grassy corner site is more out of the way and quieter. The Most Convenient Woods is close but separate, no one except a passing disc golfer can easily look into your site. You will hear activity in the blueberry field during the day. Possibly including a noise maker that makes a periodic boom in the mornings to keep the birds from stealing all the berries (we are looking for quieter bird scaring options for the future). We try to keep that to a minimum especially if campers are present but can't promise silence. The noise maker is turned off as soon as customers are present so it is just a little while in the morning.

Other sites include our lower field and 1 site along side reyburn creek. There is minimal phone service, none at the creek, but our wifi reaches the upper 2 campsites which we will gladly give access. A 2 wheele drive vehicle can make it to all campsites but i would recommend 4 or all wheele drive for the lowersites as the trail can be slick when wet. Ideally located - West facing views to the Delaware River that provides spectacular sunsets. The town of Callicoon is six miles to the North and Narrowsburg is six miles to the south. Most of the restaurants in the area are farm to table - excellent quality. Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, wild turkeys, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is approximately one mile south (3 minute drive) on NY97 at Skinners Falls Beach. There is a pile of free firewood on an old farm wagon that you will see on your way up. We will meet you at the site when you check in. Guidelines: 1 Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench. 2 Keep pepper spray on your person at all times! It can be purchased at Tom's Bait and Tackle at the strip mall just before entering Narrowsburg: 116 Kirks Rd. Check photos 3 Please take all food scraps with you - avoid pouring cooking oil and leaving garbage on the property. 4 Kindly use the fire pit 20 feet or more from the picnic table and all trees - the location it is in when you arrive is the best place. 5 Please avoid touching any electric wires to prevent electric shock. 6 Please cover the picnic table and metal fire pit before leaving. 7 Please be respectful of our neighbors by staying on our property. Our property ends 10 feet into the woods. 8 We do not supply firewood, however there is plenty that can be gathered from our property. You will see it laying all around. 9 Please clean up after your pet. 10 If you dog is not well trained and barks uncontrollably we kindly ask that you look for a more remote Hipcamp location. Our neighbors do not want dogs on their property. 11 Use bug spray to avoid ticks, mosquitos, etc. Our favorite places to eat: The Laundrette Pizza, The Heron, and La Cigogne all in Narrowsburg. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! Communication with the host was easy from start to finish, making everything simple and stress-free. The campsite was in the perfect setting—peaceful, scenic, and exactly what we were looking for. The nearby town was absolutely adorable, with plenty of charm to explore. If you enjoy fishing, you’ll love this area, as there are several great fishing spots close by. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Weekend Trip to Northern Pocono Campsite

Jim and Carol’s campsite was the perfect spot for us to stay with our two dogs. It was driving distance to a ton of lakes which was great so we were able to go fishing and rented a row-boat at Lake Superior State Park. Our dogs enjoyed the campsite as well. There was plenty of space to walk them around and help them get out some energy. This was the perfect hipcamp for us. It’s so convenient to have water, sewer, and electric without having to deal with a crowded campsite. We hope to be back again soon. I highly recommend this hipcamp!

Weekend Trip to Relaxing Pondside Campsite

Charming space found at the end of Maple Lane. The RV site is one corner of a fairly large square driveway for the home on the property. The portable toilet was clean and the fire pit area was cozy. One note for those with an RV; As you are driving to the end of Maple Lane to the address, you get to a house with a pool (which is not the final destination) and the road gets a little harder to see but it bares right going down a hill that might be intimidating to commit to while towing. It is fine. You should see the house fairly quickly and there is plenty of space to turn around when you get to the bottom of the hill.

My wife and I had a relaxing weekend. The cute little lake kept her busy all weekend catching sunfish and pearch. She even caught a bass, it was on the small side but gave her a nice fight jumping out of the water and doing its best to get away. The WiFi worked great, the bathrooms were very clean, and the grounds were tidy. The only thing that keeps this camp ground from being perfect is the lack of grass on the individual camp sights. Most of the seasonal sites had cute little lawns, but the visitor sights had very little. The owner was wonderful! We could have sat down with both her and her son and chatted the day away, but had to let them get back to work. We will be back, possibly before this summer is over.

This was a very very nice stay! Our dogs absolutely loved it and despite the fact that it rained the whole time we were there, we enjoyed very much! There was electricity and water! It was very private and we did not see another human being for 4 days! There are flat spots and you can get a fair amount of phone cell! The river view is beautiful! We saw birds, chipmunks and squirrels! If you have dogs, spray them for ticks!

The site has beautiful views and is in a pretty quiet area. The land is really level for the camper. The town is close enough to walk or bike to and the shops are adorable. This is definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Jason was very responsive with any questions and let us know to reach out anytime. Highly recommend this spot.

Hands down the best HIPCAMP we have ever stayed at! Gorgeous. Fantastic view, private, dogs off leash….Adam was wonderfully considerate and had the table and fire pit covered. We enjoyed greatly!!
