We are a working blueberry and flower farm near the town of Tunkhannock, in the Endless Mountains Region of Pennsylvania. We also have nature and some fun recreational opportunities both on property and close by. On our property we have an 18 hole disc golf course (more info can be found on Udisc or Facebook page "Campsite Disc Golf"). The course has all PDGA approved chain baskets with wood chip or grass tee boxes. We are constantly upgrading the course, it gets better every year! We have some beautiful places for walks (or easy hikes) including walking the course even if you don't play disc golf....it makes for some nice clear trails through the woods. There is a 2 1/2 acre pond where you are welcome to kayak, canoe or paddleboard. A 10 acre swamp, a small creek (that does often dry up in the summer....it's beautiful in the spring), and bountiful wildlife. Nearby are many more recreational opportunities. Within driving distances varying from 5 minutes to an hour (most things within 20 minutes) are a river, two creeks, several lakes (all with public boat access, some with swimming), hiking and biking trails, wineries, brewery, restaurants, a movie theater and shopping (grocery stores and the small downtown are less than 10 minutes). We can provide more information and directions for any activities you are interested in. Our private road which leads to the areas available for camping has only one resident who lives past (with access rights to use the road to get to his property) so it is secluded with no traffic. It can be very dark on moonless nights which is fantastic for stargazing. Intrepid winter campers will find the sky is most crisp clear and incredible in the winter....but the summer is still quite spectacular. Blueberry season is all of July and spilling into August (although winding down by then). During that time the Grassy corner site is more out of the way and quieter. The Most Convenient Woods is close but separate, no one except a passing disc golfer can easily look into your site. You will hear activity in the blueberry field during the day. Possibly including a noise maker that makes a periodic boom in the mornings to keep the birds from stealing all the berries (we are looking for quieter bird scaring options for the future). We try to keep that to a minimum especially if campers are present but can't promise silence. The noise maker is turned off as soon as customers are present so it is just a little while in the morning.

New in July, 2026! A peaceful riverfront nature retreat on the pristine Upper Delaware River. Easy, private river access to swim, wade, fish, and hand launch your kayak or small boat. Guests enjoy eagle sightings, birdwatching, and a thriving wild trout population that draws anglers from all over the world. Campsites are nestled in a shaded grove of mature hardwood trees. The riverfront is a one minute walk down a trail to a gently sloping riverbank. The water is typically 1-3 ft deep near shore. Amenities: Each site has a large mulched area, picnic table and fire ring with cooking grate. There is a clean port-a-potty bathroom by the parking area, serviced every Friday. Firewood is available to purchase by the bundle in advance (see Extras) or on-site. Bring your own drinking water jugs. Garbage is pack in, pack out. Group sizes: 4 people per site. We consider exceptions for up to 6 if you have good HipCamp reviews or for additional kids in the same family. Send us a note. A full site buyout for up to 20 guests is also available. Well Behaved Dogs: At Site 5 Grouse Cove only. This is to keep the vibe tranquil and clean. Max 2 dogs. River safety: Typically calm and shallow near shore. Depth increases and current becomes stronger as you walk out toward mid-river. This is a river not a pool or lake. The river is not always safe for swimming after heavy rains and upstream water releases. Life jackets are strongly encouraged even for strong swimmers and are required by the National Park Service for kids. Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard. Boats: Canoes, kayaks, rafts, tubes, or inflatables - hand carry and launch right from camp. The walk to the waterfront is less than 2 minutes from parking down a stone trail. Trailered boats - launch at the nearby paved PA Fish and Boat Ramps (we are between Shehawken and Buckingham). Overnight parking for trailered boats is OK in our parking lot. About Your Hosts: We are two nature-loving families with a 10+ year connection to the area. Our vision is a friendly, peaceful, low-density campground where friendships are made for a lifetime. We're hosting campers who are passionate about enjoying, conserving, and improving this incredible ecosystem for future generations to enjoy. Location: You'll be at the edge of the Western Catskills just below the convergence of the East and West branches of the Upper Delaware River. Only 5 minutes to NY-17 in Hancock, NY; 35 miles to Bethel Woods; 30 minutes to Honesdale, PA or Narrowsburg, NY. Just minutes from many of the area's elite summer camps, PA state game lands, and prime fishing spots. Liability Waiver: Guests will receive a waiver to e-sign before arrival. Please read and sign it before occupying your site to acknowledge you agree to the campsite rules and important safety info. Events and Rental House: If you're looking to host an event such as a wellness retreat, micro-wedding, family reunion, etc. there's an adjacent riverfront rental house with large lawn. Contact us for info on group rates and full property buyouts. We can't wait to share this unique, private riverfront retreat with you and your family.

Our 10 acer property situated about a 20 minute drive from rickets glen state park has field and wooded camp areas provided with a fire ring. We have 1 site suited for rv parking in our upper field. Other sites include our lower field and 1 site along side reyburn creek. There is minimal phone service, none at the creek, but our wifi reaches the upper 2 campsites which we will gladly give access. A 2 wheele drive vehicle can make it to all campsites but i would recommend 4 or all wheele drive for the lowersites as the trail can be slick when wet. Ideally located - West facing views to the Delaware River that provides spectacular sunsets. The town of Callicoon is six miles to the North and Narrowsburg is six miles to the south. Most of the restaurants in the area are farm to table - excellent quality. Wildlife is abundant - you will see many deer, bald eagles, bear, wild turkeys, and much more. Pepper spray is a must for spending time on the property. We have not seen a bear on our property, however there have been sightings near by. River access is approximately one mile south (3 minute drive) on NY97 at Skinners Falls Beach. There is a pile of free firewood on an old farm wagon that you will see on your way up. We will meet you at the site when you check in. Guidelines: 1 Please keep all food and garbage inside your trailer during your entire stay unless you are eating at the picnic bench. 2 Keep pepper spray on your person at all times! It can be purchased at Tom's Bait and Tackle at the strip mall just before entering Narrowsburg: 116 Kirks Rd. Check photos 3 Please take all food scraps with you - avoid pouring cooking oil and leaving garbage on the property. 4 Kindly use the fire pit 20 feet or more from the picnic table and all trees - the location it is in when you arrive is the best place. 5 Please avoid touching any electric wires to prevent electric shock. 6 Please cover the picnic table and metal fire pit before leaving. 7 Please be respectful of our neighbors by staying on our property. Our property ends 10 feet into the woods. 8 We do not supply firewood, however there is plenty that can be gathered from our property. You will see it laying all around. 9 Please clean up after your pet. 10 If you dog is not well trained and barks uncontrollably we kindly ask that you look for a more remote Hipcamp location. Our neighbors do not want dogs on their property. 11 Use bug spray to avoid ticks, mosquitos, etc. Our favorite places to eat: The Laundrette Pizza, The Heron, and La Cigogne all in Narrowsburg. Callicoon Wine Merchant, The Black Walnut, and Seminary Hill Orchard and Cidery all in Callicoon. The North Branch Inn - North Branch, Conover Club at Callicoon Hills Guest House - Callicoon Center. The Walk In - Livingston Manor. There are many more! Go out and explore!
