A working 54 acre farm and forest along the Dyberry Creek and thousands of acres of gamelands. It is a short hike to Tanner Falls. Learn more about this land: Set your tent beneath the trees along the Dyberry Creek and look out across our farm and pasture. Let the sounds of the creek lull you to sleep. Fish for trout, bike through the 8,000 acres of game lands, go for a hike on our 54 acre farm, buy some vegetables (perhaps), or go visit nearby Tanner's Falls. Just ten to fifteen minutes from bustling Honesdale with plenty of restaurants and shops.Set your tent along the Dyberry Creek and look out across the farm and hay and sheep pasture. Moka Origins is not far, you can even hike there. We are just 10-15 minutes from bustling Honesdale with plenty of restaurants and shops.
Rig suitability
Vehicles under 23 feet allowed
Allowed rigs: pop-up campers, class B RVs, campervans, cars, truck campers, and rooftop tents
Not an ideal spot for RVs but small ones can be accommodated.

Regarding vehicles, one must be careful if the pasture is saturated with water. It may be best to avoid it all together.

Toilet available
Pit toilet. OUTHOUSE with toilet paper available. Look for the "Privy" sign near old barn foundation, walk up hill, then follow orange flags to the outhouse.. It will be a few minute walk so be prepared for that. You can pee in the woods, discretely and with sensitivity to the surroundings. But no pooping in the woods.
Pets allowed
On leash. Need to be careful with dogs. We have sheep in the pasture and an electric fence.
Potable water available
Bottled water or jugs. Spring/well water from "Spring House" near driveway to house. Bring some containers for hauling water. You can drive to Spring House and load up. If you need some guidance, just ask up at the house or call/text.
No showers
Bathe in river or stream. The creek has both shallow and deep areas.
Pack it out
Please follow the LEAVE NO TRACE philosophy. Aim to leave no trace you were there and leave things as you found them. Better yet, leave the area better than you found it.
Cooking equipment absent
There is a fire pit.
