My friends and I had a great weekend staying at Scott's camp site. The site itself was very secluded and perfect if you want privacy. We managed to set up 3 tents so there is ample space for tents and cars.
There was a nearby creek that provided good background sounds for sleeping - almost like a white noise machine. The site is close to hikes and kayaking spots that are only a short drive away.
Be aware that the walk to the outhouse is a bit of a hike up a hill with some poison ivy around. There's not much that can be done about that, but just a heads up for people who are allergic.
Overall I would highly recommend this site to anyone looking for a private camping experience. It's honestly better than any campground I've been to.

This is a nice spacious site, the creek is a nice feature. Scott provided ample firewood. The shooting range while not close by can be heard. If you are camping with dogs that are afraid of fireworks, this is not a good site. Both my dogs are seasoned campers but we usually camp to get away from the fireworks🙂. The outhouse was further away than we anticipated, wasn’t an issue for us but something to keep in mind.

Nice large, open and private spot by a river. We took a swim in the river after a hike up the hill next to camp to the coffee and chocolate shop. The property itself is pretty and pleasant to walk around. You can also walk to Tanner Falls down the road. It's mostly a walk on a dirt road more than a hike, but pleasant and a nice site to stop and see. The site was well kept, with a clean out house a few minutes walk across the road. Host was very kind and helpful. On arrival he showed us his garden (where we were given permission to pull a few veggies from) and took us to the local trail. The site is by a road, so you can hear some cars every so often but it's not super busy. There's also state game lands nearby, we heard a few gun shots late at night but they were definitely a far off away. I would happily come back to camp again!

We had an amazing weekend at the Streamside Campsite—think sheep in the pasture, a babbling creek, and total peace. The kids splashed in the water, we lounged by the fire, and everyone drifted off to sleep to the sound of the stream. Highly recommend if you like nature with a side of sheep. 🐑🔥🌲

The river was peaceful. No lights so the stars were so bright. Scott gave great directions and a video. We made a campfire and just slept to the sounds of nature.

Cool little spot, the neighbors were quiet (the spot is in the corner of a sheep pasture) the sound of the river was soothing. We'd definitely book again if in the area.

Scott’s campsite on Dyberry Creek was exactly as described. A beautiful site that sits in the corner of a meadow right on the creek that gazes out at his farm and sheep. Scott was a great host answered all questions even offered Firewood if needed. Hiking in the area was fun Tanner Falls and the State game lands are less than a half mile up the road. Just wished the fishing would’ve been a little better lol

We spent another great weekend alongside Dyberry Creek. This is a perfect, private campsite. Very relaxing to be right next to the water. Looking forward to our next trip.

The view by the stream was beautiful! It was on a peaceful backroad, tucked in the back of a field. There isn’t any cell service, so make sure you take screenshots of the listing! The privy was difficult to find (since we didn’t take screenshots), but it is up a bit of a hill across the road (follow the trail by ‘privy’ and then follow the orange flags). We did need to ask the landlords for fire wood, but there was plenty up by their home that they allowed us to use. The host was very responsive once we got cell service in town! We caught a few trout in the stream too which was nice.

This site was so beautiful with the stream, pasture, woods, and the ridge behind! Every view was gorgeous and the property is well maintained. Scott was very responsive and helpful. We had a great weekend and will hopefully be back next year again!

We had a wonderful time camping here! Scott made us feel very welcome by checking to make sure we had all the information we needed prior to arrival; and when we did run into him, he offered us some local information and freshly harvested potatoes from his garden! It was a great addition to our dinner meal. The campsite was very peaceful and serene. It isn’t too far away from town but cell service is definitely not an amenity (fine by us! One of the many reasons to go camping). And since the property is so rural, we were able to see many stars late at night including the Milky Way! It was beautiful. The creek provided calming sounds to fall asleep to and was great to cool off in after a quick hike up to Tanner falls. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend camping here if you’re in the area!

I stretch out beneath the trees
Doing nothing; just as I please!
The creek sets the mood
For conversation like that of siblinghood
To mellow I add some cream
And enjoy a morning supreme
Above me a butterfly floats
Where the creek surrounds like a moat
Off to the outhouse she said
Where the flock of chickens is fed
On the way she passes playful sheep
In spring they wear their wool in heaps
~this place is incredible and better than pictures can portray
~getting water was a bit strenuous so bring some good containers for gathering water
~best camping experience I’ve ever had

- The creek is very nice to swiming, I loved
- The view is awsome.
- The night is really beautiful, with the fog on monaing and the fireflies on the grass, was incredible.
- Your will fell that you're from the civilization, but safe because the host house is close.
- You can park the car close from your tent
- Personal for me, the experience was perfect all that I need from a campsite.

- The portable bathroom is no very close from the camp site, this could be a problem for girls and kids.

We loved camping by the creek! The creek was so nice to cool off in since one spot was nice and deep. It’s a beautiful spot where we saw some
ducklings swim by. Scott and his wife were welcoming and kind and showed us where the shower and water was- across the road and next to their house. They offered us some fresh veggies grown on their land and some eggs which were very delicious.
