This site is for one RV only. After booking you will need to complete a liability waiver form . Your reservation confirms agreement to complete this form prior to check-in Enjoy relaxing by the Delaware River while watching Bald Eagles fly overhead and maybe watch them pull a fish from the river or take a trip down the river on your own tube or kayak while catching Small Mouth Bass. Head into historic Narrowsburg where there are a variety of restaurants and shops to explore. Bring your tubes or kayaks and launch from Narrowsburg launch and float down to the site. Stop up at Bethel woods for concert only 15 min away home to the original Woodstock! THIS SITE IS FOR RV CAMPING ONLY.Important note: This listing is for  1 RV or a self-contained vehicle with bathroom ONLY. Please do not contact me about tent camping on this property. Relax by the Delaware River while Bald Eagles fly overhead. Take a trip down the river on your own tube/kayak Or rent from Lander’s River Trips. Excellent Small Mouth Bass fishing with plenty of room to fly fish. . A mile from the campsite is a kids playground/basketball court/ baseball field with in walking/ biking distance. With in a short drive ,visit downtown Narrowsburg for Firewood and groceries at Pete’s market / ice cream/ coffee/ local restaurants. Local attractions Fort Delaware , Roebling Bridge , Minisink Battlefield , Hike , Jensen Ledges or , Ten Mile River access . Or go to a concert at Bethel Woods and check out the museum and the original site of Woodstock about 20 minutes away The closest place to buy firewood is at Pete’s Supermarket in the town of Narrowsburg. If you have young children the property has areas of sand that they can play in. All I ask is they do it in an area that doesn’t have any grass growing in it and you cover the hole back up before you leave so nobody falls in it. Also I ask that you don’t allow your kids to pull the bark off the trees, it’ll allow bugs to get into the trees and ruin them. Thank you

Only 1 rv on the site. Camping unit must contain bathroom facilities. All waste water can be dumped at Kittatinny Campground at 3854 NY Rt 97 Barryville, NY 12719 (15 min drive) for a fee of $25 to the campground.

The site has beautiful views and is in a pretty quiet area. The land is really level for the camper. The town is close enough to walk or bike to and the shops are adorable. This is definitely one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Jason was very responsive with any questions and let us know to reach out anytime. Highly recommend this spot.

I generally don't review but this is a nice place. It is self-contained camping. We enjoyed the river. We have stayed twice- in the spring the bugs were brutal but Jason let us know that. We will definitely return.

We love staying on Jason’s property. Being right on the river in a quiet and private location but also minutes to town is just amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. We had an amazing time!

Million dollar view for a minimal price. When we arrived we noticed the 2 fire pits and Jason was kind enough to leave some wood for us at the pit by the riverfront.Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best weather for the entire weekend, but enjoyed it very much.

I almost don’t want to leave a review so this stays a hidden gem! This is one of our favorite sites on this app, secluded at the end of a road just outside of a beautiful small town. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great, secluded spot! We thoroughly enjoyed our time and hope to come back next year. The only person we saw was someone walking down the road. Our son loved playing in the river.

Peaceful Riverfront Respite

Great stay… despite visiting just after the Delaware had reached flood stage, Jason’s property was just what we were looking for from this trip. Very peaceful setting at the end of a long dead end road. Spectacular view of the river flowing by dotted with kayakers or rafters to keep us entertained. The lower fire pit was still underwater for most of stay but revealed itself on our last day. Great little private fire pit space at river’s edge! Can confirm as others have, there was no cell service (T-Mobile) at the property but you ca get signal not too far from the property. We took advantage of that to completely “unplug” for a few days. Looking forward to another visit in the future! Thanks!!

We parked our camper with a perfect view of the river. It was beautiful and safe for the kids to wade out to check out the eel trap. The kids had a blast finding frogs, small fish, and crawdads. The little bonfire by the river was where we spent most of our time. There is plenty of space to spread out and we were able to go to the 34th Riverfest which was awesome. Thanks!!

This place was great. It was exactly what I was looking for. Great location with a nice little town close by. I spent about 90% of the time hanging down by the riverside fire pit. Also caught enough small mouth bass for a life time. I’m already looking forward to booking again.

Hidden gem

Jason's site is a hidden gem.. Tucked away on a dead end street and away from other neighbors, this is the place to relax and unwind! The only neighbor is on one side and they are a solid 100 yards away and didn't bother us one bit. There is access to the river (2 spots), where you can relax and watch all the boats get stuck on the shallows 😂. It is the woods, so yes there are bugs, snakes, and wildlife.. Jason was easy to work with and communicated fast! 100% will be back again.

Gorgeous views right on the river. Site has 2 campfire pits, on by the picnic table and 1 by the water. There was a house somewhat near by but neighbors didn’t bother us. If you are arriving at night be mindful it’s a little tricky to see the entrance into the site. It’s right before the dead end of the road. Overall, a good campsite, semi secluded with great views. Would recommend!

Nice, quiet site at the end of a residential neighborhood. Right on a beautiful stretch of the Delaware. Would definitely return, just be aware there is no (zero) AT&T cel service here. Also, there's a working railroad track across the street, but only one train came through on Friday night, so not a big deal.

I had an incredible time at Jason's site. It was serene, private and clean. Jason is a very attentive host and was extremely patient and communicative. Absolutely no cell service here which is a huge plus in my opinion. Hands down, planning to return

Nestled by the water's edge, it provides a tranquil escape from the bustle of life. The soothing sounds of the river added to the amazing experience. Jason was very prompt and detailed in his responses. We backed into the pad from left side of the property just next to a fire pit per his instruction. There’s another firepit right next to the river. We didn’t use the picnic bench but thought it was a nice touch. Loved that this is private, remote and probably we haven’t seen the river area this way. But it’s also close to quaint little town and you can pretty much get everything including nice restaurants/bistros. Will be back!

This campsite is so beautiful! It is at the edge of an adorable neighborhood, nestled in the trees, steps away from the beautiful Delaware river. We spent most of our time in the water, sitting in our camp chairs, watching the kids play. We also tubed from the campsite down to Ten mile river boat launch area, and from downtown Narrowsburg straight to the campsite. Highly recommend! We saw dozens of deer, bald eagles, green herons, great blue herons, and egrets. Our only regret was not bringing binoculars. While you can see other houses the site feels very secluded. Jason was quick to respond to any questions. Bring your bug spray and your inner tubes and book this site immediately!
