We had a great time staying at Jim and carol’s site. Having a full hook up for our camper was awesome! We were hiking a lot during the day and it was quiet and peaceful at night. We will definitely be returning in the spring.

We had a great time at this spot. It was very spacious, easy to access, hook ups all worked well no issues! The hosts were very kind, and the ice cream shop was very good, the kids went every night! If I had 1 thing to say it would just be that the ice cream shop overflow parking was basically right in front of the site. So on the busy Saturday evening, our dogs let everyone know they were there! But outside of the shop hours it was very quiet and private. We would go again.

Jim and Carol’s property was perfect! A nice flat area with hook ups making life simple - beautiful sunset and sunrise, fire pit and picnic table! Jim and Carol were very nice and communicative, would definitely recommend!

This was a nice single camping spot atop a hill - good water pressure, plenty of space to turn around. It really is in a parking lot though. No one bothered us. The ice cream shop was good. Good for passing through

Jim & Carol's site is great. Our trip was really nice. The site was spacious with a lot of room to spread out. We did get a decent amount of rain while we were there but it was still a peaceful spot. Even with the ice cream shop close by. We didn't have a lot of noise and they close at 9 so it's not an issue at night at all. Plus it's only a short walk down the hill to grab dessert. Will definitely book again if we plan on going to the area.

Jim and Carol are wonderful hosts, and the camp is so very peaceful. Waking up every morning to the birds singing was my favorite part, with a close second being the ice cream shop within walking distance of camp. Where they have ice cream and delicious chocolate candies. The ice cream shop gets busy, but for most of the time the spot is quiet. So if you are looking for an out of the way spot to relax and unwind, this is the place.

Jim and Carol's campsite is a true find! The site is level, with full hook-ups, and very nice hosts. The bonus is the site comes with access to their famous ice cream shop located at the bottom of the hill. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area.

My first Shake Down trip with my new Travel Trailer. Perfect location not far from home. Jim and Carol were perfect hosts and super helpful with my silly newbie “how do I do this” questions. Lovely and peaceful with easy access to Callicoon. On site ice cream shop is a bonus. Would highly recommend.

We fell in love with Jim and Carol’s spot! Wey easy to pull in and hook up. Located atop a hill above an ice cream and snack shop which is open in warmer weather. Hosts were so friendly and gave us tips for breakfast spots. We had a lovely breakfast at Tyler Hill diner one morning and took a 10-15 minute drive to the charming town of Calicoon NY to walk and check out a few locally owned shops. Highly recommend! We will be back in warmer weather when Ic cream shop is open for sure!

This clean, quiet, open site on a hill surrounded by light woods was perfect for an stress-free Fall getaway for us and our two dogs! The convenience of full hook ups and the fact that it was a single campsite was a benefit as our dogs sometimes get too excited at a busy campground. Jim and Carol were exceptional hosts, accommodating our unexpected change in travel plans on short notice, and providing a warm welcome and helpful suggestions prior to arrival and during our stay. We can’t wait to return for another visit when their ice cream shop is open! Their property is in a beautiful rural area, with no shopping (a dollar store) or gas station, any closer than about 4 miles, and the closest grocery store, about 8 miles away (in the charming hillside, riverfront town of Callicoon, NY), so I was glad I asked Carol about a grocery store ahead of time, so we would be sure to bring everything we needed in the way of food and supplies.

Nice quiet spot with full hookups. Only noise I heard were cows. The hosts were very kind and communicative.
I will say driving a class A motorhome on the roads to get there is a bit harrowing- so if you’re a nervous driver with a big rig - might not be the best spot.

Carol and Jim were super friendly but gave us complete privacy. The site was above their ice cream shop but felt completely private. We will stay there again and get ice cream next time.

Jim and Carol were terrific hosts and I enjoyed my stay. It was a peaceful place to work from and to use as a base to float different stretches of the Delaware. Thanks so much! Hope to return again next summer.

This is a beautiful spot! We love having full hook ups and the place to ourselves. Jim and Carol are awesome. This is our fourth stay at Northern Pocono. It doesn’t hurt to have good burgers and hot fudge sundaes on site either!!

Location was awesome! Very motorcycle friendly. We pulled our Motorcycle in our 22ft toy hauler for a 6 night stay. Owners had plenty of room for us to offload the bike. The campground is up a paved hill. Owners were very pleasant and offered covered storage for our motorcycle when the rain came in on day 4. The campsite was clean and very spacious. We parked our camper overlooking the hill into a forest. We felt like we had extreme privacy. The Ice cream shop was an awesome bonus. Great location was close to lots of sights including falls, shopping and the famous Woodstock, just 1/2hr away. This location was worth the daily rates! We will be back!!

Jim and Carol were very kind and hospitable. Their full hook up site is clean and level and nicely located near activities, shops and restaurants in Honesdale and Collicoon, NY. We didn’t make it to their ice cream shop, but judging from the occasional warm weather crowd in their parking lot, I’d say they do pretty well.

What a great spot. Jim and Carol were very quick with communication and kind. We have camped through out our lives, but just bought a fifth wheel Friday and it was the perfect spot for us to have space and privacy for the weekend to get acquainted with the camper. I’m sure we will be back.

Nice little stay in the Poconos. Only site, so relatively private, and convenient with all 3 hookups - electric, water, sewer. Jim and Carol were gracious hosts. Would recommend a stay.
