The ranch offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet in off season and Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well.

You will appreciate the peace and quiet of this little cabin on Rock Creek, situated on 11 acres of forest in Williams Oregon. The only sounds you'll hear are the birds in the trees and the flowing creek water. Enjoy sitting on the deck overlooking the confluence of Rock Creek and East Fork Williams Creek. A bridge crosses Rock Creek and there is a hiking trail beyond.
Our garden hot tub is a welcome place to soak and enjoy the stars at night. Its an older tub but still keeps the water at 102 degrees.
Our cabin has a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, 2-burner gas stovetop, microwave, teapot, crockpot, toaster, and 2-cup coffee maker, plus a few dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans - enough for simple meal preparation. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer are provided.
The cabin has a small woodstove as its only heat source. A little wood can be provided, and we provide newspaper, matches, and fire starters. There is an abundance of kindling around the property - great for getting a fire going. The stove holds 18" x 4" split logs, if you have some to bring. There are two smaller stuffed chairs, and two bar stools at a counter/bar with views of the creek.
The bathroom has a shower and vanity sink, and towels and toiletries are provided. There is hot and cold running water, although the 3-gallon hot water heater limits showers to less than 5 minutes.
Nice sturdy steps lead up to the loft upstairs which has an 8" full-sized (wider than a twin but narrower than a queen) memory foam mattress with fresh linens. The loft is low and cozy which allows the camper to sit up on the bed but not stand up.
A compost toilet is about 100 yards away, and has a rechargeable motion detector indoor light. Bring your flashlights to find the compost toilet as well as the hot tub as the property is very dark.
WiFi is available. The password is listed in the binder on the table. Some games and puzzles are provided.

The site is equipped with motion sensor path lighting around the tent and also the along the path leading from the parking area to the cabin.
Everything is crafted for relaxation and quality time with your friends or loved one. Take a nap in a hammock, play Jenga on the deck, read a book, or take a hike. There is something here for everyone, any time of year.

The Redwoods Bend Retreat is a place to get away from it all. Located on the Yurok reservation right on the Klamath River just outside Orick, CA, we are "off the grid", through a Redwood forest and over a mountain down into the Klamath River valley. We have a 5 acre meadow, and orchard with 50 trees, peaches pears, apples, cherries, plums, pluots, apricots and grapes. We are right on the Klamath river. It's a great place to come and recharge your internal batteries. There is no cellphone service and none of our sites have internet service.
Our Main House was built in 1952 and retains the flavor of the 50’s. It houses a kitchen, dining hall, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Our log-built Lodge overlooks the Klamath River with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom and wrap-around covered porch.
Our Pumpkin and Blue Cottages. They are close to the double Yellow Shower house and toilets, and they have hot and cold running water, a propane cooktop, and a wood stove for heat. We do NOT have refrigeration, and our solar batteries or generator provides us lights at night. Campers who use our Cottages may use their own sleeping bags, but we have beds with mattresses and pillows and clean bedding. We also have an Upper Barn bedroom and half-bath rental.
Our two-story Riverview Yurt appeals to folks who want a full kitchen, a private shower and flush toilet overlooking the Klamath river from our 50 x 50 foot upper deck. Luscious to sit outside and watch the river flow by during the day, and to let the water lull you to sleep at night. For families (up to 8), folks who like to fish, or old friends who just want a very special get-away.
Each of our six campsites have a picnic table and a fire pit. Our Maple River, Grotto River and Pepperwood River sites overlook the gorgeous Klamath River. Our Morning Meadow, Orchard Meadow, and Deer Meadow sites are close to our 5 acre meadow where blacktail deer graze in the evenings.
We have a Yellow double Shower House with two separate sides, each with a toilet, sink and shower and on demand hot water, so folks don't have to wait. There's also a new Camp Shower at the corner of the orchard for our campers, along with two outhouses for camper use, one at the bottom of the road down to the meadow, and another in the woods just past Deer Meadow Camp.
We see lots of wildlife; silver foxes, a bald eagle and a family of river otters downstream, vultures, blue heron, occasionally an osprey will fly overhead clutching a freshly caught salmon and call to each other to brag about it! There are rare sightings of timid black bears who run from humans, but sometimes can be seen grazing in the meadow with the black-tail deer.
We're surrounded by old logging trails made by the lumber companies 80 years ago when they clear cut the old growth redwood on our side of the mountain, and now it's completely reforested with 200 ft tall Doug Fir, Madrone, Cedar, Oak, other pine species and Pepper wood trees, and we have written permission from the Green Diamond company to allow guest to hike on their adjacent properties.

This Log Cabin is a great place to get away and relax. Beautiful views from the decks, even better in the winter when the leaves are gone. Sits on private property, 1/2 mile up on a bumpy gravel road. Wood stove heating, wood, and kindling are provided for your comfort. It is not unlimited, however, so please use it wisely. Access to the loft/bedroom is by a steep spiral staircase; the steps are uneven, and the width of the staircase case is a bit narrow, just so you aren't surprised or in case you have any disabilities. This location is within 15 min. of many wonderful Wineries and tasting rooms. The Rouge River is just 25 minutes away. away, and the Britt Festival in Jacksonville is also just 25 minutes away. Hiking is all around, including many areas here in Williams, and a pleasant drive to the Oregon Caves.

You will appreciate the peace and quiet of this little cabin on Rock Creek, situated on 11 acres of forest in Williams Oregon. The only sounds you'll hear are the birds in the trees and the flowing creek water. Enjoy sitting on the deck overlooking the confluence of Rock Creek and East Fork Williams Creek. A bridge crosses Rock Creek and there is a hiking trail beyond.
Our garden hot tub is a welcome place to soak and enjoy the stars at night. Its an older tub but still keeps the water at 102 degrees.
Our cabin has a kitchenette with a small fridge, sink, 2-burner gas stovetop, microwave, teapot, crockpot, toaster, and 2-cup coffee maker, plus a few dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans - enough for simple meal preparation. Coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer are provided.
The cabin has a small woodstove as its only heat source. A little wood can be provided, and we provide newspaper, matches, and fire starters. There is an abundance of kindling around the property - great for getting a fire going. The stove holds 18" x 4" split logs, if you have some to bring. There are two smaller stuffed chairs, and two bar stools at a counter/bar with views of the creek.
The bathroom has a shower and vanity sink, and towels and toiletries are provided. There is hot and cold running water, although the 3-gallon hot water heater limits showers to less than 5 minutes.
Nice sturdy steps lead up to the loft upstairs which has an 8" full-sized (wider than a twin but narrower than a queen) memory foam mattress with fresh linens. The loft is low and cozy which allows the camper to sit up on the bed but not stand up.
A compost toilet is about 100 yards away, and has a rechargeable motion detector indoor light. Bring your flashlights to find the compost toilet as well as the hot tub as the property is very dark.
WiFi is available. The password is listed in the binder on the table. Some games and puzzles are provided.

The Redwoods Bend Retreat is a place to get away from it all. Located on the Yurok reservation right on the Klamath River just outside Orick, CA, we are "off the grid", through a Redwood forest and over a mountain down into the Klamath River valley. We have a 5 acre meadow, and orchard with 50 trees, peaches pears, apples, cherries, plums, pluots, apricots and grapes. We are right on the Klamath river. It's a great place to come and recharge your internal batteries. There is no cellphone service and none of our sites have internet service.
Our Main House was built in 1952 and retains the flavor of the 50’s. It houses a kitchen, dining hall, a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower.
Our log-built Lodge overlooks the Klamath River with 3 bedrooms, a full kitchen, bathroom and wrap-around covered porch.
Our Pumpkin and Blue Cottages. They are close to the double Yellow Shower house and toilets, and they have hot and cold running water, a propane cooktop, and a wood stove for heat. We do NOT have refrigeration, and our solar batteries or generator provides us lights at night. Campers who use our Cottages may use their own sleeping bags, but we have beds with mattresses and pillows and clean bedding. We also have an Upper Barn bedroom and half-bath rental.
Our two-story Riverview Yurt appeals to folks who want a full kitchen, a private shower and flush toilet overlooking the Klamath river from our 50 x 50 foot upper deck. Luscious to sit outside and watch the river flow by during the day, and to let the water lull you to sleep at night. For families (up to 8), folks who like to fish, or old friends who just want a very special get-away.
Each of our six campsites have a picnic table and a fire pit. Our Maple River, Grotto River and Pepperwood River sites overlook the gorgeous Klamath River. Our Morning Meadow, Orchard Meadow, and Deer Meadow sites are close to our 5 acre meadow where blacktail deer graze in the evenings.
We have a Yellow double Shower House with two separate sides, each with a toilet, sink and shower and on demand hot water, so folks don't have to wait. There's also a new Camp Shower at the corner of the orchard for our campers, along with two outhouses for camper use, one at the bottom of the road down to the meadow, and another in the woods just past Deer Meadow Camp.
We see lots of wildlife; silver foxes, a bald eagle and a family of river otters downstream, vultures, blue heron, occasionally an osprey will fly overhead clutching a freshly caught salmon and call to each other to brag about it! There are rare sightings of timid black bears who run from humans, but sometimes can be seen grazing in the meadow with the black-tail deer.
We're surrounded by old logging trails made by the lumber companies 80 years ago when they clear cut the old growth redwood on our side of the mountain, and now it's completely reforested with 200 ft tall Doug Fir, Madrone, Cedar, Oak, other pine species and Pepper wood trees, and we have written permission from the Green Diamond company to allow guest to hike on their adjacent properties.

Stayed in one of the A-frames with my two small dogs for a weekend and had a lovely time. It was a stormy, rainy couple of days in October, so I didn’t get to explore the property or surrounding area much, but that ended up being perfect since I had just come to relax anyway. Once I got set up inside (with some string lights, a hot water bottle, and a good book), it felt nice and cozy. I was glad to have brought the hot water bottle and a couple of extra blankets, b/c the temps inside were roughly the same as they were outside.
The transparent panels make it feel like you’re sleeping among the trees, and the sound of rain on the roof was wonderful. The roof is corrugated steel, so the first time an acorn pinged off it I just about jumped out of my skin, but we got used to it quickly. Ultimately I think those noises were part of the charm. Saw some beautiful deer and lots of wild turkeys.
As a woman camping solo, I felt very safe. The property isn’t completely remote (it’s tucked next to a neighborhood and there’s a private residence onsite) but it still has a peaceful, wilderness feel, especially in late October when there were fewer visitors.
For anyone curious (since I couldn’t find this info beforehand), each A-frame has its own fire ring and picnic table.

I love this place. I’ll stay here any chance I get. It’s lovely. Spacious camp sites. Hot tea and coffee area. The river. The outdoor showers. And the A frames are so cool! But I recommend arriving in the daylight if it’s your first time. I came after dark and I’m pretty sure I would have been lost if I didn’t already know my way around. It’s not well lit at night. Makes for good sleep— but def bring a head lamp.

Let me start off by saying we loved our stay! It was peaceful and quiet, warm and cozy, and we had everything we needed. Our hosts had thought of so many details that made our stay such a pleasant experience and what we were hoping for. Fire pit with some wood, hotwater for awesome outdoor shower,coffee and basic kitchen needs, but also wonderful little details like robes for the shower, a simple map of the two trails we could walk and ice in the ice chest. Great hosts. Power went out once and they promptly got it fixed. Our only struggle was that it rained while we were there and we didn't get to spend as much time outside as we were hoping. The kitchen table didn't have a cover over it and so we couldn't use it while raining, (bringing a canopy for the rain would have been nice.) But we still had a nice dry and warm time in the cabin area. Excellent stay, will stay here again!

We had a fantastic time! We went in October and the weather was cold and rainy. However, everything was so comfy and cozy. The blankets they provide for the A-frame cabins were more than enough to keep us warm all night. The amenities are great: full on kitchen with all you need to make meals, the tea house was well stocked, the bathrooms did not smell and were fairly clean, the showers had hot water, the sauna was amazing. We really want to come back during the summer and enjoy the river and sleeping with the A-frame open. A wonderful and stellar experience.

This is an incredibly beautiful space to spend time in nature. The outdoor showers make it very easy to be in the river or sun all day and still feel clean. The mattress pads for the A-frames were a little stiff (even for someone who likes a firm mattress) so a camping pad would work well for extra comfort. Over all an incredible stay.

What a beautiful private location. If you have dogs and don’t want to leash them this is the perfect spot. It’s a cute little romantic cabin with a view of the river. This cozy hobbit style cottage allowed us the opportunity to escape wifi and work together and just get away from it all. You can do that here. The whole of the land is especially beautiful with many bubbling rolling creeks and green woodlands. This is a place with great big crayfish, little garter snakes, baby salmon, a few friendly bats, and also blackberry further up the trails. Nice camp spots and ours had a fire pit ready to use. Be cautious of google maps directing you down roads or paths that may have rough terrain! We hit a “road” that had some very large rocks, but our van handled it well. Not a low vehicle destination in some areas.

What a lovely spot, we planned on staying overnight but, ended up staying four nights. We sat in our lawn chairs in the river and had fingerlings nibble at our toes. Watched bats fly each evening. Warmish water for swimming. Good destinations to ride to with our dual sports. Recommend.

ok.. so here's the down and dirty for RVrs on this place. worst place to stay EVER! we arrived and it was 102'. I called four days ahead of our arrival and asked how far our site was from the water because if it was too far.. we were going someplace else. the manager told me we had a great spot only 10 feet from the water. he said we were right on the shore. so you'll understand my surprise when we arrived and after 10 feet from our site was a 150 foot sheer drop to the water. seriously. only access to the lake was to go around and down the boat ramp or hike back through the tent campsites and down an extremely treacherous decline to an ankle breaking rocky beach. oh..and forget about bringing the pooch. the

This stand alone, locked gate controlled campground IS NOT PRIVATE. There is access for the public to a trail-head and arrogant people that have NO respect for campers walk right down the middle of the camping area, use the facilities that are supposed to be part of the campground and set up their camera tripod to take pictures. Not knowing who these people are I was not able to let my grandchildren walk the short distant to the pit toilet without watching them like a hawk.The pit toilets had no toilet paper. We supplied our own, which was used by John Q public. It is a big enough area to let your dogs roam without leashes. But people going to the trail head walk their dogs. It did not bode well with our protective, territorial dogs.

This is a beautiful campground! The surrounding trees make the sites a lot more private than you'd think, and the walk to the vault toilet was not bad at all, even in the dark. Our spot (#21, I think?) backed up to Union Creek, which was a gorgeous place to sit in the morning when I woke up long before my friends. I would camp here again if I'm ever fortunate enough to go back to the Crater Lake area--but I'd be sure to bring extra bug spray. The other reviews aren't kidding about the mosquitoes.

Bathroom has been gone for 15 years, only two camp sights, and only one has a fire pit. Just seen a Bear 3 days in a row 5-14-19. Be careful

It is a travesty how many of these sites were reserved with no one in them. That being said, we found site 4, which was first come first serve, to be one of our favorites. There are a lot of sites that offer privacy and some back up either to Union Creek (as ours did) or to the Rogue River itself. There were mosquitos but a little DEET kept them at bay. Pro Tip: firewood at the lodge/store across the street is cheaper than what is available from the host. There is also a restaurant and ice cream shop just outside the camp entrance. Great jumping off point to Crater Lake and a much better camping experience. Take the Rogue River trail to Natural Bridge - the trail is not to be missed, it's a very easy but beautiful hike!

The family was split about this one. I thought it quite lovely. Our spot backed up to Union Creek and I love the riparian plant life. The kids love being next to the creek, but it was very buggy. One day I would love to come back to the area and hike on the Union Creek Trail.

My family loved his campground. The sites were spacious and divided by trees and brush so they were quite private. Most sites backed right up to the Rogue River. There were cool rock formations for the kids to run around on, a play area withy great structures, and the sound of the river lulled us to sleep at night. That and they had the cleanest campground bathrooms I have ever seen! We are already planning a trip back.

The drive into sixmile campground was scenic and peaceful. Approximately 8 miles from town, the road is slow and windy. Sixmile is a little but past the day use area, where you'll see pit toilets along the road and a fee station. About 50 ft off the road, there are a small number of campsites with fire pits and picnic tables. The campsites are very primitive but the atmosphere is amazing. The sites are right along the Illinois River, aka the most stellar river ever! The water is pretty warm, still, and crystal clear. It was completely isolated and we didn't see anyone else camping there, even though it was labor day weekend. We did see a few day use fellows along other parts river in the area.

Don't miss out on swimming in Store gultch, which features a HUGE jumping rock and beautiful sandy beach! It's a little rough of a hike down, but completely worth it from June-September!

The road turns into gravel miles before the campsite. Be ready for any sorts of road conditions, as it's basically a backroad! Don't worry, though. It's worth it!
