Our spot next to a utility building that housed the laundry and showers was pleasant and convenient. Ron was doing upkeep when we arrived so he greeted us and pointed out our level grassy spot adjacent to the main road. I had a nice chat with Jackie and we enjoyed their hospitality.

Stayed 2 nights in spot #3. It is right off the road but the road has only occasional cars so it was quiet. The spots are close together, but it was very not a problem. The flush bathrooms and shower, although old, are kept clean and heated. Overall a nice place to stay and Ron and Jackie were friendly and pleasant to chat with. We would stay again.

Ron & Jackie were very helpful and friendly. They even offered for us to take a better spot (#12). The campground was clean and well-maintained. It is about a mile from the beach so not too breezy. We really enjoyed our entire visit.

We spent 2 nights at this small rv park. Wonderful hike (9 mi round trip) from our site to North Head Lighthouse. Washroom facilities are basic and clean with a nice stock of toiletries in case you’ve forgotten anything. Friendly and helpful managers on-site. Definitely recommended!

Excellent very nice guy Ron. Very clean highly recommend and say Hi too Nells is a old Dutch gentleman in a 5th wheel home. Lonely and lost his wife. Pay him a visit. He is so full of fun stories traveled 75 countries selling seeds

A Charming Surprise

Upon our foreknown but still unfortunate after-midnight arrival, Host Ron came out in these wee hours and cheerfully helped us park our little travel trailer in their front-yard site. We were able to "jack-&-jill" facing our earlier-arriving companions' trailer. Despite our nearness to a daytime-occasionally-busy traffic corner, the evenings, nights, and mornings were quiet, and the situation was clean & cozy. Utilities worked great. Hosts were gracious, attentive, never underfoot. We ended up being centrally-close to all the places we wished to visit during our week (Astoria, L&C sites, lighthouses, forts, Laedbetter St. Pk, etc.). We were very lucky to get these spots for a holiday weekend/week. Recommend.

Worked out really well! My sister/brother in law and my husband and I had sites 6 & 7, which were buddy sites. Level sites with space for outdoor rugs and propane fire. Wonderful spot with clean bathrooms and laundry. Given you are on a corner did have some traffic but roads were not very busy and it quieted down at night.

This site was everything that I needed - water and electric and a nice little lawn area, biking distance to the beach and the Discovery Trail. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and the facilities were nice and clean. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. I'd definitely go back!

Nice grassy camp very centrally located on the Long Beach Peninsula, just north of Ilwaco. We could ride our bikes anywhere on the peninsula and the path along the ocean was fantastic. I think we may have been one of only a couple of temporary rigs, most of them looked like they were there for the summer. Even so with such a great location, we would stay there again. Had dinner at the depot restaurant. It is a must visit.

We decided last minute to head to Long Beach for the weekend and were excited to find an available spot to camp. It was perfect for our weekend stay. Ron and Jackie were great! They were very accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with them!

Very friendly host. Nice clean quiet facilities. Is it located on a corner which had me a little concerned however the road was not all that busy and people went by rather slowly. So not noisy at all.

Ron and Jackie were perfect hosts! When we arrived the saw that site 6 would be tight for us, and since we were staying for 5 days, they moved us to a bigger site with shade. It was awesome! Ton stopped by and visited with us for a bit, filling us in on the area. The park was clean and the long term residents were super friendly! I would definitely return and would recommend to anyone visiting the area! Great location!

Great price, not fancy, but if you want easy access to beach, full hook ups, Long Beach and cape disappointment. It is terrific. Great customer service. Ron is as welcoming as advertised in reviews. I got in a bind and Ron offered to drive me in to Long Beach and gave me a great tour! We had a great time ebiking the discovery trail.

Neat and tidy property, on a quiet street. Ron (property manager) was quick to greet us, check us in, and show us around. Very friendly and great to chat with.
We were able to walk into town to get breakfast and also walked to nearby beach access. We'd stay here again.

This RV site was perfect for our small T@B 320 trailer, very clean and quiet, with restrooms and showers just a few steps away. Also with paid laundry facilities which was really convenient.
The park is situated close by the major attractions in the Illwaco/Long Beach area....Cape Disappointment, Beards Hollow, Willapa National Wildlife Refuge, etc.
Ron was a great help in getting us set up at our site and also helping out on the day of our check-out. We would stay at this park again if we happen to go back to the area.

The facility was clean and comfortable. When I pulled in, I was greeted by Ron. He showed me to my space and helped me to back in. He then gave me a quick tour of the facility and introduced me to Jackie. During my stay I met other friendly guests of their facility. Everyone I came across was great.
