This location is perfect for a quick stop on a long road trip to refresh. I was able to get my laundry done, shower and reorganize my car which was exactly what I needed! Perfect location, close to Coral Pink Sand Dunes and only an hour drive to Zion!! Also the relaxation area was perfect! Just what I needed since I don’t have a lot of lounge room in my car.

we plugged into the 220 and when we used our microwave it surged and blew. then we tried to use our coffee machine and it blew and didn't work . then we just tried to boil water in our electric kettle and it started on fire. I spoke to the owner and she said that that socket doesn't work, except no one told us. she returned our fee. No one would take responsibility for the damage to our camper. I would like someone to contact us and offer to cover the cost of repairs to our electrical system. Joanne jmdunne51@gmail.com

Just what the doctor ordered. Got a shower and some laundry done smack dab in the middle of Kenab. Great food at Wild Thyme restaurant.

I personally wouldn’t stay here again. Reasons being that it is a very noisy spot with neighboring dogs, people and loud cars; also really awkward shared space. We felt like we were intruding on the Airbnb’rs so didnt use the outdoor amenities, left them to it. The laundry area was filthy and cluttered/cramped. Was great to have the optional shower and use pf a warm bathroom.

This spot is simple and should be thought of as a decent and safe parking spot with far more privacy than a KOA., not as a place with sweeping pastoral vistas. Bathroom, shower, and laundry were spotless and convenient, and some thoughtful amenities were included such as outdoor chairs and a dog area

Very comfortable, clean, quiet, and fun place with lots of room. WiFi too. Madison, who was looking after property was very nice and helpful. Brought our 9’5” Sprinter van which is 19.5 feet long. Fit perfectly into covered space. Electric hookup - plug, worked well. Nice to have shower and toilet plus washer/ dryer, and Kanab city has a very nice laundry facility, abundant with machines that uses only quarters. Bring with you. Kanab is a great town.

Very cute camping ground and in a quiet area! We really enjoyed our stay, we never met the host but he was always responsible via text messages.

easy parking, great little hangout area with hot tub and hammocks. Host was responsive, even though never met. Appreciate the instant book and being able to pull in around 9 PM. Would stay here again and would recommend.

We contacted Comnigo Vacation Rentals at the last minute and were grateful we had a place to stay. We stayed under the carport where our truck and 3-man tent fit. We had use of a bathroom with shower which was just for our use. What we did not know was that this property is also a multi-unit Airbnb so other guests are sharing the site - hot tub etc. In talking with the other guests who had use of the house and other units they did not know what Hip Camp was. Full disclosure to everyone is important. We had our pup with us and there is a nice, enclosed pet playground but the foxtails were everywhere outside of the play area,

What a great spot! Right in downtown Kanab near everything. If you’re in your RV or even just tent camping I would highly recommend this place. The backyard is a wonderland of relaxation and amenities. The dog park is small, but perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub every night after long days. There are enough hammocks for 8 people, a grill, a propane fire pit, horseshoes/cornhole, and an excellent bathroom and laundry room. The hosts were super friendly and responsive while ensuring we had everything we needed. This is the first place I will look for when I return to Kanab!

Bathroom and laundry were available along with shower, however shower water didn’t get very hot. Parking spot was in a great location but the 220 V outlet didn’t work even after troubleshooting. Maybe needs a little more work but getting there! Host was fairly responsive and helpful, so was able to get some guidance.

Easy to find spot, flat and level. You can park under the roof if you’re shorter than 10ft tall and get some shade or park in front of it. Was very nice to have a private shower and restroom as well as a washer and dryer right there to get cleaned up. The hot tub at sunset was very nice and there was a big dumpster trash. All in all great stay right near downtown and walkable to go get dinner and secure, quiet, and safe.
