Welcome to our riverfront paradise. We have 3 acres on riverfront land on the lower Nolichucky River. The mountains meet the river at this private gateway, This is a rare riverfront property that allows you to walk right into the river. Located between the historic downtown Jonesborough and Erwin with easy access to i26 makes this your ideal choice for a peaceful getaway. Why be stacked like sardines in a campground when you can have this heaven to yourself.My best friend and I bought this property in Spring of 2020. We have been working to make this a beautiful retreat for our families. We each keep a new traveler trailer set up on the property. We have an extra hook up that we are wanting to allow people to come and enjoy this paradise. The site has full hookups, 30 and 50, water, septic, and High speed wifi.

We enjoyed our time spent on the river. Total seclusion, peaceful, relaxing. Our dogs liked having space to run without being leashed. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful couple days at Gary's campsite. The river is beautiful and Jonesborough is a short drive away. We recommend a stay at Gary's campsite.

Not private but still great.
5th wheel trailers on either side of the camp location subtract from the natural beauty, but it’s got great access to the river and is a wonderful quiet location overall. Pastoral serenity and riverside mountain views make it special. Good tasting water from the spigot. Flat parking and great tent camping spots. Road is along the river is barely traveled and a good place for a bike ride or a walk.
