We are very blessed to be living on a river with big rocks and rushing water right in our back yard! Plus we are only 12 miles to downtown Greenville! We teach folks to grow food, raise chickens and rabbits and have many grow systems. Possible garden tour depending on our schedule. We have a community screen room & meeting room thats available for cooking and hang out by river. Great for playing music too. We have a few other rentals and are family friendly. We host church groups and 1/2 way houses for lunch& river time etc on some Sundays. Drug use or heavy drinking isnt allowed here. 2 Bathrooms / shower houses are close by. Bring swim suit for river time if wanted. Campfire pits available too. Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 kids on queen mattress in same room that need to be blown up and taken down if used. Great place to put kyack in if going upstream.Copper roof arch cabin is a perfect getaway. Rapids can even be heard from the inside. Has hot plate and set up for coffee or tea in am. Comunity small fridge and grill can be used in screen room by the river along with camp fire pit. Owner and other long term renters live on site. ( No loud noise after 9pm please). We can usually provide a homestead tour if wanted. Located behind shop and panel greenhouse facing the river. Just look for copper arched roof!
