Quite undisturbed forest for 1/2 a century, used for duck hunting in the previous owners family for decades. I’ve started building a small cabin that’s unfinished hopefully completing in the coming years. Fishing pond and small seasonal creek flows after lots of rain. Excited to share it with others!

Relaxing
The kids love going to Alex’s land to practice their fishing skills and to navigate the canoe. It is like renting a private lake for a few days where our family can bond in nature.

Enjoyed our stay, we tented out fished and caught many many cooters 😂 it was very quiet and relaxing. Nothing outside of what to be expected from wild life
