A simple PRIVATE and affordable campsite should be this easy! Two choices: Come sleep in a levitating tent already set up, at Sites 2,3, and 4. (Room for your own tent too if you prefer) OR Your own camper or tent. (Site1) in a quiet, private location. Campsite neighbors are out of sight, you have privacy here! All sites have their own private entrances, you can’t see any sites or buildings, and they are very spaced-out. My location is situated PERFECTLY central to the major UP attractions Pictured Rocks, Tahquamenon Falls and Kitchittikippi. And there’s even a convenience store within walking distance! Showers are also available in town (Pickelmans gas station).

Site 2 (Levitating Tent Rental)
It’s so nice, we stayed here twice!
This really is a great spot! We used it as the beginning and ending of the Lake Superior circle tour. The area is private and wooded with the toilet a short walk away. We brought citronella candles that helped with the mosquitos. Cory sent out directions to get here and the numbers were easy to spot. The levitating tent is very cool! It’s basically like sleeping in a room with a few hammocks. It was very comfortable- we didn’t need to use a camping pad. We had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here!

Site 4 (Levitating Tent Rental)
I loved camping out on Cory’s land. It was a bit colder than expected that night - especially with a hammock style tent without an underquilt, but Cory was accommodating and brought my friends and I extra blankets. The outhouse is nice but quite a walk away - especially in the middle of the night.

My family of four stayed here for a weekend and loved it. It was private, quiet, and spacious for us tent campers. Highly recommended!

Pull-through Camper or Tent Site.
We had a great time camping here with our 7 kids. I love that the site is very private-- it felt like being out in the woods without sight of any tents or houses, but it was near enough the main highway to not be really remote. It was beautiful and peaceful and very spacious. We had room to spread out and set up some smaller tents for the kids and they got to roam around a little and enjoy the space. I recommend bringing plenty of water for drinking and washing (I brought lots of drinking water, but I missed the part about needing to bring wash water- my own mistake). I also loved that the host was very chill and communicative and answered all my questions quickly. All in all, we were really happy with this campsite! I'm glad I chose this over some other options.
