Rollinsville Adventure Camp is a 5 acre slice of the Rocky Mountains, perched at approximately 9,000 feet above sea level, in the shadow of the nearby Continental divide. The property features towering pine trees, beautiful aspens, and is surrounded by national forest on all sides. The campsites are all located within the safe confines of a gated, five foot fence that surrounds the property. The property once served as a Llama Ranch. We have repurposed the old llama loafing shed into a common area/ lounge area where any guests are welcome to make use of the space, which includes a 2 burner gas camp stove, a refrigerator, and a propane gas bbq grill.  There is also a gas fire pit on the patio at the Llama Lounge for guests to enjoy, as well as a hammock, hanging hammock chair, and a picnic table for guests to utilize while enjoying the common space of the Llama Lounge.

Here at Rollinsville Adventure Camp, we are located in the heart of outdoor adventure country. Our campground is a combination of towering pine trees that ring a beautiful small meadow. A recently converted llama barn now plays host to a wonderful common semi-outdoor kitchen and hangout area. It features both a two burner camp stove, gas grill and a small refrigerator. There are electrical outlets for recharging devices and other uses.  In addition, there is a nice Brazillian hammock and hand crafted, hanging Mexican hammock chair that a great for kicking back and enjoying some down time. The Rollinsville Adventure camp is located in the heart of all things any avid adventurer could hope to access. We are located just outside of historic Rollinsville, Colorado and just 15 minutes from Nederland, Colorado which offers many great restaurants and locally owned shops. Think of Rollinsville Adventure Camp as your base camp for all of you outdoor adventure plans. We are centrally located within easy reach of Golden Gate Canyon State Park, both James Peak and Indian Peaks Wilderness Areas, and Brainard Lakes State Park. If you are an avid cyclist, there is easy access the hundreds of miles of both road and trails right out our front gate. If your are looking to find four wheel drive routes, there are many nearby that are readily accessible.  Rollinsville Adventure Camp is fully fenced in, offering you safety and security for you and your gear while you are out experiencing all this area has to offer. There are no campfires allowed out of an abundance of caution due to the ever present fire danger. There is, however, a propane gas fire pit located on the patio of the Llama lounge for guest use.
