Oak Grove at the Barn
2 night stay with te
Cool location, everything was clean, with a porta-potty and outdoor shower, fun amenities like ping pong / corn hole. We had a nice welcoming with a S’mores kit, Wifi, and various tables and chairs to use. We would definitely stay again!

Perfection!
This spot is MAGICAL! We stayed next to the barn and it was perfect in every way:) So, I have never been okay with a port-a-potty in my life…until this one. It was by far the nicest port-a-potty I have ever been in…and the shower was awesome! Dawn met us shortly after we arrived and was so incredibly generous with a nice bottle of wine and the s'more's station. Everything was clean, thoughtful and soooo super cute! I’m already thinking about when we can go back:)

Brigadoon Glamping RV
My family had a fantastic time over July 4th week staying in the Brigadoon RV. It was clean, well stocked with dishes, utensils, keurig, and had a good sized fridge/freezer. There was enough room for my family of 7 to sleep comfortably and the dark pull down shades were a huge plus to getting the kids to sleep in until a decent hour :) The RV is in a partially shaded and somewhat protected area so we never had to use the heater or the AC. The whole area around the RV/tent sites is covered in a fine gravel which is great with kids because its not dusty and feels super clean. We ate and cooked all our meals outside where there is a fire pit, table, carpeted area, and awning for shade. While my wife and I cooked the kids occupied themselves with ping pong, corn hole, the putting green, and disc golf. The two other tent sites are located such that noise or privacy was never an issue. We actually had a great time hanging out with the people at the 2 other sites. There is fantastic outdoor shower with great water pressure and instant hot water. We spend most of our day at Manresa, Sunset, or the Boardwalk but Brigadoon was perfect for our mornings and evenings. Dawn and Sven are super friendly and were responsive to all our needs.

Oak Grove at the Barn
When we arrived we were greeted by the sweetest girl, a black dog that visited us often through our stay. She is such a delight. My 21 & 6 year autistic son enjoyed this site greatly with many activities like ping pong, bean bag toss and a beautiful lounge area by the barn and an option for smores. The lights at night created such a romantic ambiance. Also the property was very accessible for our Aunt and Uncle in their 60’s. We all chuckled a bit when we heard the cars pass by as this site is by a main road, with the layout of the land and all the vegetation it has a wilderness feel. We really appreciated how close we were to all the attractions, trails and beaches!! Our lil family will definitely return to this gem of a spot!
