Sergio was an amazing host. They were very communicative and very helpful with directions. The amenities were plentiful. There is a place for a fire, a grill at each spot and a bathroom. The place is really cool, especially considering I was there all by myself. It would be a really cool place to rent out with a group of people and have all to the group. There are options to rent ATVs, and you can ride mountain bikes out there as well on some of the trails. Sergio is making some improvements as well for the coming years. There is a really nice view of the mountains on one side. You really are all out there by yourself. I definitely plan to go back sometime in the next year or so it was really cool weather when I was there on November 18, 2024, freezing or below at night; just for those considering during this time.

I don’t really leave reviews but this was such a great experience that I had to. The host/owner was INCREDIBLY communicative and willing to deal with all my questions. We also did an ATV rental and he helped us with the ATVs and even showed our group how to operate them.
We hosted a church retreat with 18 men and we easily could have had more with how much space he had. There was plenty of room and the amenities were great, and I know he has plans to add even more amenities to the property.
I looked at a LOT of camping retreat sites within 1.5 hrs of LA and was coming up blank in terms of getting the right distance, amenities, and price. Let me save you work from my hours of looking on tons of apps - this is the one you want. Whether you’re just a few people camping or having a large retreat like ours.

Loved this place. Amazing off the beaten path. Shower house was very clean. Quiet. Looks like they are expanding. Sergio is an amazing host. Will visit again.

Quail Ranch is really nice and the area was also great to ride off-road vehicles. Sky is awesome at night for a great view of the stars. And many mountains within view. The camp sites was enough space for 2 vehicles and one trailer with plenty space left over. Bathroom is kept really clean and warm water was key for the ladies! Dish washing station helped out as well. Sergio responded quick with any questions and is a wonderful host. Will definitely bring the buggies back here for another camp out. If you don’t have em I believe Sergio can rent some out. This place is coming together very well.

Great spot! We had a an awesome time while there. Sergio was an amazing host and very responsive. The site was very clean and had beautiful scenic view. Bathroom was also quite clean, which was a nice bonus!
It does get pretty windy up there, so be prepared for that, but even with the wind we will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful time tent camping at Sergio’s beautiful property! The views were incredible and the dogs really appreciated the easy access to hiking trails. The site feels extremely secluded despite having easy access to the grocery store, etc. The bathroom was extremely clean, which was also a huge plus. It was a bit too windy during our stay to have a fire, but we had a great time nonetheless.
Some signage at the entrance to the property would make arrival a bit easier, but Sergio was extremely responsive when we needed directions.
Our family can’t wait to go back and try out the ATV’s! Thanks for the wonderful stay.

The site are all in a similar area all overlooking into great views
Sergio was very helpful from booking to directions ( the ranch is at the end of the dirt trail… just keep driving 😅

Wonderful! Organized, easy to navigate, and lots of small delights. Clean and pleasant bathroom. Fun off-roading all around. Very quiet and peaceful for camping. Sergio, the host, was super friendly and helpful! Would love to return for a longer stay.

The location couldn’t be better! It’s right off the Offroad trail, we had plenty of cell service and we were still only 10 mins from town! With a full shower and restroom available it was the perfect stay to bring in the new year!

Great spot with amazing access to trails and very secluded with great views. Sergio is constantly improving the site and was quick with any responses. He also helped us book a utv for the weekend. The bathroom and shower worked well and are a great addition for comfort. Be prepared for some wind since your up on a bluff, but it’s manageable.

Sergio was incredibly accommodating and kind. The site was so spacious and the attention to detail and cleanliness of the bathroom and sites was amazing. You can tell they really put their heart into this site. Amazing views at night and awesome off roading trailing. The shower they had was nicer than ours at home lol

The location was amazing! You are right on the edge of town and also so close to all the trails, the views at night were something to see! Having a fully functional bathroom was a super plus!
