Hidden Gem.
This is a hidden gem. Rustic but very nicely maintained. Clean bathroom, clean fridge/kitchen. The other campers were very friendly and the owners are very welcoming. Our campsite was just a small walk from the parking area. It had hot and cold water for our outdoor shower. We (3) slept in our VW buses, which was super cool. We had a show to go to in the early am. We loved this place and will come back next year. Thanks Patricia and Family!!!!

The Bungalow
A nice little slice of heaven
The bungalow was all that I wanted and then some. Clean, quiet, peaceful and far away enough from town but also close enough to enjoy all that the Santa Cruz region has to offer. The hosts were polite at intro, but also very hands off in terms of personal space. I’m keeping this little slice of heaven in my tool box for another adventure.

Recommend!
Campsite was so cute and cozy, loved our own private little nook. Soaking tub was beautiful. PDF was extremely helpful. Patricia and husband was sweet. Able to get wood from them when we forgot. Porta potty up kept well.

Literal Forest Bathing!
The hosts have gone to quite a bit of trouble to make a compact camping area (the folks working the farm live right here, too) attractive, functional, and private. You are quite close to the other campers/residents, but strategically placed corrugated tin partitions give you a feeling of privacy. If you've never had a bath in an old, solid, cast iron tub outdoors before, you've missed out! On demand hot water in your thoughtfully-designed raised deck bathing nook with hooks for hanging, and fairy lights for nighttime. The community kitchen has everything you need to prepare the food you've brought. Large community fire pit, and covered "living room" for those who crave some elbow room after a long time on the road. Patricia is very responsive via HipCamp messenger if you have any problems.
Tent camping tip: If you are tent camping, recommend a groundsheet or footprint because this is natural granite mountain country and the granite in the ground can be rough on the tent floor.
