I love this tent. I’ve been a few times and the location is fantastic. You’re close to everything but feel like you’re a world away. The tent is very nice and the bed is comfy. A little trouble getting the hot water going for shower was my only complaint.

Tracy’s place was super peaceful and remote! The tent and bed were so comfortable, and there were enough blankets that we were warm even on a chilly night. The bathroom was really clean and conveniently located. The dirt road up to the tent was muddy during our stay because of the rain, but we felt really comfortable driving it in our all-wheel drive SUV. The surrounding area was beautiful, and it was so easy to see everything we wanted to see. I would highly recommend Tracy’s property to anyone!

Great spot; site was clean and private with easy access to grocery stores and the like. The tent was inviting and clean, and the bedding was particularly cozy. Certainly would be happy to visit again

Super unique experience! My husband and I enjoyed the cozy tent, comfy bed and a hot shower at the end of the day. Great base camp for Carmel by the sea, Big Sur and Refuge. Tips: Arrive during daylight if possible. Bring earplugs as there are a lot of critter noises at night. Keep any scented items inside your car, this includes toiletries too

Tracey has thought of everything for her sweet tent cabin rental at Buckeye Canyon! It’s super clean, comfortable (the bed was amazing), cozy, and beautiful there. She’s decorated the tent as if it was a hotel room, so you get the best of both worlds - nature + creature comforts.
My husband and I stayed the weekend to celebrate his bday and it was the perfect getaway. Tons of hiking close by and easy to get to either Carmel or Carmel Valley from the property. The bathroom was also amazingly put together and had everything we needed. The shower has two shower heads hot, running water and feels like you’re inside even though it’s all outside.
I would definitely recommend this place as it’s super private, has a beautiful view, and an easy place to be comfy while also still being in nature.

I loved camping on Tracy’s land! The views were incredible and the directions were easy to understand. Would suggest driving in during the day light hours. I loved how secluded and private it felt to stay on the property, and yet was close enough for us to have a nice dinner in Carmel after hiking all day in Big Sur. Such a treat, and would definitely recommend this site to others looking for a quiet and tranquil respite with hot showers :).

My girlfriend and I love this place. We’ve been twice and will be back again. It’s peaceful, tranquil, and off the grid. Plus, Tracy and bob are very helpful. I cut my finger with a knife and we had a dead battery and Bob came to help us out in rapid speed. We had a great time. Thank you Tracy and Bob!

We had a wonderful stay on the ranch. Wanted to celebrate an anniversary in Carmel w/out selling a child to pay for it - this beautiful tent / bungalow was the perfect spot. Very comfortable & peaceful. Also very private, which is perfect for a couple anti-socialites as ourselves. The mountains are beautiful and Tracy was very inviting in allowing us to roam her lavender fields while in bloom. Was a pleasure to have the opportunity to stay. No complaints - 11/10 rating.

Calling it a “tent” undersells how comfortable the accommodations are. It’s the nicest tent I’ve ever seen. This setup has all that you would want in a luxury hotel room with the peacefulness and privacy of being in the wilderness. We will be back.

What a special place. I would reccomned it to anyone. We could feel the positive energy while there of a family creating a special future for themselves.
As a result of this they created such a neat space to stay with water and shower while in a romantic and functional tent filled with sweet and cozy bed and chair and dresser and the vast landscape view and solar lights topped it off.
We can’t wait to come again with our family.

Gorgeous, peaceful, secluded spot! We had such an amazing night in Tracy’s tent, everything we needed was provided (extra blankets, lanterns, games, water, etc.). We picked up some food at the nearby Safeway and had a lovely breakfast and relaxing morning on the patio :) thank you Tracy for providing such a nice glamping experience!

My friend and I had a lovely stay! We highly recommend it to those who want that outdoor + camping feeling but with more ease. Tracy had everything we needed from bedding, chairs, and lanterns, to the extra items we wanted, like a hot shower. It was a great place to see the stars, rest our heads, and refresh.

This site is tucked away into a hidden valley with stunning views. The tent is cozy & spacious, bed is comfortable and warm, and the shower is great. Stargazing from the front porch can’t be beat. 10/10 would recommend.

Great private area in a valley (very relaxing and no one else around) and still right outside of Carmel, a perfect location. The inside was very cozy and a good outside set-up to watch the stars. Had a great time!

We loved our stay at Buckeye Canyon. It is so peaceful and private. We slept well! You will find everything you need and nothing you don't. We loved Folktale winery nearby for dinner and wine and Earthbound farms farm stand for our morning coffee and breakfast.

The Buckeye Canyon retreat was wonderful. A drive down a dirt road and then Up to the top of the hill, a charming tent awaited.
A view of the distant mountains as the fog rolled over was beautiful. We enjoyed the many old oak trees and the wood swing.
The super comfortable bed and warm duvets made the tent so cozy. A retro dresser, armoire and cute chairs added to the ambiance. At night we enjoyed the quiet solitude. The solar light’s surrounding the tent were also a nice touch, especially driving back in the dark of night.
Tracy really put thought into the place. So many nice touches.
The lavender theme tied it all together.

We really enjoyed our time here on the property. Down a long dirt road, past the lavender fields, youll find a secluded tent with a deck & outdoor shower house. As secluded as it feels, the location is convenient with a grocery store minutes away & Big Sur so close by. Its easy to go into Caramel or Monterey to visit & experience restaurants. On the property there is a hot outdoor shower that was nice to use in the morning hours as well as a private & clean port-o-john. There were lanterns left for us to use & solar lights out front of the tent. The armoire was full of bottled water & clean towels. The bed was cozy & we had plenty of blankets at night. There are nice touches like board games & some books. The picnic table is great to eat at & we enjoyed our morning tea on the deck sitting in the chairs. The hosts were so nice & welcoming & we had everything we needed for our stay. We would definetly recommend!

Beautiful spot, so close to town yet a world
apart. Peaceful. The most comfortable bed. Beautiful touches. 10/10. Even had hot water showers and plenty of lanterns provided. Just show up, no camping gear needed.

Absolutely loved our stay. It was secluded yet close to town still. Very quiet at night and very comfy bed. We were provided with everything you could possibly need. The shower/toilet combo was one of the best! And thank you for the eggs!

We really enjoyed this private camp site . Was so nice to have our own camp site without other campers around , super nice and quiet get away just off the grid yet so many local spots to hit up with the ocean not too far. Tracy left everything so easy to follow and organized with everything we needed, not to mention the site was beautiful with a beautiful lavender theme (being on a lavender farm and all) and truly attention to details. Was so comfortable. Perfect get away from the hustle and bustle off the grid .
