In 20 minutes you can be in Downtown Yucca Valley, and in 28 minutes you can take a scenic trip through the mountains to Pioneertown, home of the historic Pappy and Harriet’s concert venue. There are some visible houses/neighbors to the north of the property, but there are no other houses in sight from any other direction. This is raw, open land. There are no amenities available, just vast desert views.
