Uniquely (and perfectly) situated between the borders of Landers, Yucca Valley, and Joshua Tree. Located just 15 minutes north of Downtown Joshua Tree, and just 8 minutes from the world famous sound baths at Integratron. In 20 minutes you can be in Downtown Yucca Valley, and in 28 minutes you can take a scenic trip through the mountains to Pioneertown, home of the historic Pappy and Harriet’s concert venue. If you are feeling lucky, you are also only 34 minutes away from the brand new Tortoise Rock Casino in Twentynine Palms, CA, as well as 18 minutes from the site of the Joshua Tree Music Festival. No matter what calls you here, we hope you find our piece of the desert to be the perfect location you are searching for. The lot is located 1/3rd of a mile south of a main paved road, making it the perfect off-the-grid getaway, but still easily accessible via car, truck, RV, trailer, etc. You will have 5 private acres to explore and enjoy all to yourselves. There are some visible houses/neighbors to the north of the property, but there are no other houses in sight from any other direction.  This is raw, open land. There are no amenities available, just vast desert views. If you are looking for a nice, secluded spot to enjoy the desert, while still being minutes away from shops and restaurants, then this is the spot for you and your group.  Bring your tents, sleeping bags, vans, RVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, camp gear, fire wood, whatever you desire, and come experience the magic of the Desert.  We ask that you please be mindful and respectful of the land and the wildlife. Spiders, snakes, critters abound. Don’t forget to bring plenty of drinking water. We took one look and moved on. So many beat up trucks and campers within a stone’s throw with meth heads partying. The owner should be around to see what’s happening

Desert Stargazing
Stargazing galore! Big flat area to put tent on, fire pit already there (couldn’t use because of fire restrictions) Dan has a trailer on site and it helped us know we were in the right area. Located in Landers so about 15 min to JT entrance. Thanks for a great night.

Beautiful Views Near Joshua Tree
Beautiful spot, close to Jtree and Yucca Valley! Perfect for our dogs to run around. I would definitely recommend bringing firewood and a table/camp stove to cook on. Dan was so helpful and very accommodating. Thanks Dan! I’ll make sure to remember this place next trip :)

Place was great and secluded, it is pack in and pack out with no bathrooms or dumpster available. We had 2 rvs and a trailer and it was a great experience

Truly Camping
It was definitely out there but that was the best thing about it. Beautiful sky’s and it was peaceful. This host actually gives you, your space to truly camp and to be in nature for awhile. I’d definitely come back. Suzy

Beautiful Views Near Joshua Tree
Nosey neighbors, very busy
Would be a great place if the neighbors wouldn't have kept bothering us. And the host, though reallly nice showed up with his camper and pretty much ran us off. The directions were hard to work with. Its right off 2 busy roads so no privacy. He said they're putting up a fence but we wouldn't know. Hopefully after the pandemic he can make this a more pleasant place.

Wish we found it.
Unfortunately we were unable to find the place. We put the address into google maps and it sent us down a really soft sandy road, our trailer was drifting and it was a wild ride then we turned into a really bumpy road that made our trailer bounce a lot and we were sad to find a lot of broken glass upon opening the door. When google maps said we have arrived at our destination it didn’t look like the pictures. I messaged with Dan and he did the best he could to try to help us find the space. It was getting dark and the trailer was at risk of being stuck so we decided to call it a night where we landed. In the morning I was able to find the place and the road to it. If we had been sent down the right path it was smooth and compact. The site is nice and has a fire ring. If we had found the site that night I would have been very pleased with the location. Dan was very accommodating and offered to refund the money. I don’t blame him, it was just bad guidance. I did suggest that he includes written instructions so this can be avoided in the future.

Beautiful Views Near Joshua Tree
Got there at night, but was still super easy to find because Dan was very helpful.. Woke up, and was pleasantly surprised with the scenery of beautiful mountains in the background. I would definitely recommend this spot to fellow campers!
