Welcome to Lott Farms, a small 3-acre farm nestled on the hidden gem that is Coosaw Island. We have a 3/4-acre pond with its own island which we have affectionately named "Goat Alcatraz." There is a dock with a draw bridge to the island, where many of our ducks and geese can often be found. Our pond can be fished from shore and is well stocked with Brim (Blue Gill), Largemouth Bass, Catfish, Crappie, and Tilapia. Our sites offer full hookups- electric, water, power, sewer and wi-fi. Sites 1 & 2 are 30 amp, and site #3 is the largest and has a 50-amp hook-up. We do have adapters for 50 amp to 30 amp if one is needed. The tent sites do not offer electric or water but do have access to wi-fi. Please note that there are no bathroom facilities available on site. We are 1 mile away from the Coosaw Boat Landing. Launch your boat here to check out nearby Morgan Island "Monkey Island", go for a sunset cruise or enjoy our fruitful fish filled waters. Paddle inland on your kayak or paddleboard from the landing to enjoy some gorgeous views. We are 15 minutes from downtown Beaufort, and MCRD Parris Island. South Carolinas #1 Hunting Island State Park and famous Light house are approximately 30 minutes away. We sit halfway between Savanah, GA & Charleston, SC.

Site 3- 50 Amp

Wonderful experience

This was our first Hipcamp experience and it was great. James and Whitney were welcoming hosts and their property is beautiful. We stayed on RV site 3, very large with a lovely view of the pond. It was an easy setup and great proximity to all local attractions. Feeding and holding the goats was a bonus. We’d definitely go back!

Site 1- 30 AMP

Our family had a great time staying on the farm. I loved the beautiful live oak trees, looking out over the pond in the morning and the great space for the kids to play. It was easy to get to the site. We traveled to downtown Beaufort and Port Royal. Close drive to both- Great location!

It was a great experience. Great communication with the owners prior arrival. Easy self serve to get into the property and set up. Quiet! And just 15 min drive to downtown Beaufort. I’d definitely stay again.

As advertised. Flat gravel pads with electric and water hook ups with view of the pond. Nice old oak trees providing shade.

It was a great experience if you like real farm sounds and animals. Pond was stocked with lots of catfish which was nice. I’d definitely stay again.
