- Online reservations open nine months in advance and can be made up until 3pm on the day of arrival.
- Campsites can book up fast for summer and holiday weekends, so book at least three months in advance.
When to Go
Camping season at Keuka Lake State Park runs from mid-May through mid-October, the best time for swimming and water activities. The small beach can get busy during summer and holiday weekends, so arrive early to snag a picnic bench. No vehicle fee applies outside of this period. Hiking trails transform into snowshoeing and cross-country ski trails during the winter months.
Know Before You Go
- Keuka Lake State Park is set along the northeastern shore of Keuka Lake’s West Branch, just 1.5 miles from Branchport.
- Day-use parking fees apply for all New York State Parks, as do campsite booking fees. Vehicle fees at Keuka Lake are waived in low season.
- Facilities at Keuka Lake State Park include restrooms, picnic areas with grills, a boat launch, and summer kayak and paddleboard rentals.
