Absolutely amazing, this was our first time camping here but second time back. We love the space and the privacy, unlike state parks, here you actually feel like your getting away from the whole world.

Thank you to Kelly for making our experience so wonderful. This site was incredible and we enjoyed all of the wonderful amenities that one usually does not have when camping. We fell asleep to the sound of horses galloping about, cows mooing, bullfrogs croaking, and coyotes howling. It was the perfect blend of nature with modern conveniences nearby. I hope to return again to this site.

I don't want to leave a negative review, just to highlight the fact that parking is NOT next to site. If you want to unload you stuff, it's a 5 minute walk. I understand it, but as a solo camper, it was impossible for me to drag my campaign gear by myself so I had to cancel it. I still lost hip camp money and I had to book in another place ( literally only one other place available) and pay the fees again - I am sure the place is lovely I just think it's fair to put this in the description so people know.

We had a wonderful time at D&K ranch. Originally anxious about having communal spaces, they ended up being the catalyst for the best part of the trip, meeting interesting people from different walks of life. All the facilities were clean, well maintained, and more than adequately stocked. All other campers were respectful of other peoples stuff and ere concientuous of how much time they were taking at the grill. Staff was incredibly friendly and even helped cart our bags and coolers back to our cars. The location was central to dozens of great places to eat and drink and was easy to find with a GPS. We can't wait to come back another weekend.

We have incredible tent camping experience! Kelly and her daughter were so welcoming and kind, it really was such a unique and wonderful experience to stay there. We went for a ride on the horses too and it was perfect. I’d highly recommend!

Kelly’s ranch was an incredible experience that was more than accommodating. We had a wonderful experience with the tent deck and the outdoor kitchen. On top of that, the string lights to the bathroom were incredibly convenient. Couldn’t recommend the stay enough

This is our favorite spot we’ve ever camped! Kelly was such a gracious and accommodating host. We had a great time chatting with her and learning more about the ranch’s program. In fact everybody we met on the property was so kind, down to earth and knowledgeable.
Campers are spoiled here - not only is there a spacious wooden platform with hooks for tie downs, you also get a lovely bathroom AND a covered kitchen area!
I LOVED that the path to the site is surrounded by the horse pastures. Perfect trip for any horse girl😆 we hope to come back next year!

A wonderful ranch that made a wet weekend the best it could be with its outdoor kitchen and bath house. The riding was an amazing experience that we will remember forever. The property is an inspiration to what hipcamp sites should be. I have and will continue to recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Kelly took the time to come guide us through her lovely forested ranch to our campsite and give us a tour of the facilities. We spontaneously joined in with the festivities, a local end of season horse show for those that ride at the ranch, where the theme was glow-in-the dark. It was a joy to see all the horses and riders decked out in their glowing gear, showing off what they had learned the entire season and having a good time, even in the rain! The people here are a delight to spend time with. The camping platform is quite generous and relatively private. My companion and I hope to come back next season!

Our entire stay at D&K Ranch was a delight! We used the tent platform for camping, probably the nicest platform we've ever camped on: private, nice and big, and well-shaded. Having access to an outdoor kitchen felt luxurious, it was lovely to have hot water, a fridge, and a hot plate. Kelly and Jolene are wonderful, down-to-earth horse people, clearly knowledgeable, and fabulous hosts. Everyone we met at the ranch was friendly and kind. We can't wait to go back!

Kelly’s land was absolutely beautiful. The camping amenities were above and beyond and the trail rides were spectacular. Would absolutely recommend D&K Ranch to anyone that is in the area.

Kelly and Dave have a beautiful ranch and you can tell that they’ve put a lot of thought and effort into their property and making it a good experience for guests. We saw Kelly a few times and she is kind and a great host.
The tent site is a large wooden platform close to the shared kitchen and fire pit areas. There are tons of stars at night and we loved seeing all the horses, chickens, and cats on the property.
We did the horseback ride, which was great, and one of us had never ridden before and felt well looked after and comfortable on the ride.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again if we were in the area! Definitely recommend it for other campers!

This was a great property to camp on. The tent site has an elevated pad, and access to water and bathrooms was more convenient than most state parks we have frequented as a family of 6. The hosts were so kind to my kids, and they spent extra time showing them how to interact with the animals on the ranch. Aside from several beautiful horses, there were chickens, barn cats, a couple dogs, and so many migratory birds! We enjoyed Taughannock Falls down the road, lit a bon fire at night and used the outdoor kitchen to prepare meals. It was a great mix of roughing it and creature comforts. We would recommend this stay to families and it also looked like quite a nice couples retreat. Perhaps next time we will leave the kids with grandma!

D&K Ranch was a great addition to our annual trip to the Finger Lakes. The set-up was amazing, with plentiful options of cabins, tent sites, housing and countless amenities. It did not shy away from offering up everything you need. The staff was very friendly, and although this year we did not partake in the horse riding experience, we anticipate coming back and signing up. I would 100% recommend, and you best believe we will be coming back!

The place and site are even more gorgeous in person. The Hipcamp photos do not do it justice. The hosts were wonderful, helpful and always quick in their answers. This is a good place for people with different camping levels thanks to the many amenities (fridge, black stone, BBQ, running water, shower, toilet). The lands are big and gorgeous with a great biodiversity of frogs, horses, fireflies, birds and ducks.
1000 out of 10 would recommend. Don't miss out on the D&K ranch!

COULD NOT RECOMMEND MORE. Great people. Great teachers. Very informative and moved at a comfortable pace in getting us riding. 10/10 would recommend. Even though they're far from home, we have to come back.

I arrived later than expected due to traffic, and Kelly was very accommodating and was willing to meet me once I arrived at the D&K Ranch. The location was clean and provided unexpected amenities, such as an outdoor kitchen space. She made coffee every morning. When I decided to extend one more day, it was not a problem. I plan to return but with friends next time. Kelly, Thank you so much. PS I enjoyed the Horseback Riding!!

Super accommodating. Very responsive and clean. It's a haul to get to your site but if you get there early enough, you'll get a ride out by horse and wagon.

We stayed two nights in D&K Ranch in the spring of 2023. Everything about this place is amazing. The place is well taken care of, with a lot of detail, the hosts were attentive. We loved the open kitchen space and fire pit.
Ride the horses! A special shout out to our wranglers Jolene and Felicia. We will return!

It was a great weekend! Couldn't have asked for a better trip. We loved horseback riding and were so close to the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. We'll definitely be back :)

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Kelly’s ranch. The cabin and campground were so cute, cozy and inviting and Kelly was a joy to talk to. She lit a fire for us every night and there were some games on site and a cute little breakfast in the mornings. We had the opportunity to take a ride on the day of our arrival and it was an amazing experience. Our guide was super knowledgeable and the trail through the local woods was beautiful, calm and peaceful. Would love to come back again!

What a fantastic place. D&K Ranch is a family ranch where you are made to feel completely welcome and part of the family. The setting is beautiful, the accommodation very comfortable and the horse riding is the best I’ve ever had. Perfectly located to explore the Finger Lakes. Highly recommended!
