This is the perfect spot for your camper/RV! There’s a good view of Rathdrum Mountain from the site. There is a fire pit and picnic table for you to enjoy. Long term leasing is available! Right next door are some goats, so you may hear them from time to time! This is one of two sites on the property. This location is about a 20 minute drive from Silverwood Theme Park and 5 minutes from Rathdrum and Twin Lakes Golf Course. If you’re looking for water, Twin Lakes, Spirit Lake, Hayden Lake, and CDA Lake, along with the Spokane River are not a far drive from this spot. This site has a water hookup and 50 amp power service. Sewer hookups are not available at this time. We are fine with dogs, as long as they are leashed whenever they are outside. We look forward to your stay at C&S RV!Bring your RV or camper to our space to enjoy a peaceful setting, with a picnic table and fire pit. You have a view of Rathdrum Mountain from this space! There are water and electrical hookups available to you as well. Silverwood is about a 20 minute drive, along with lakes being just as close, if not closer. We hope you enjoy your stay in our peaceful, Mountain View camp space!!

Stephanie was a very gracious host, providing clear instruction and support all along the way. A convenient location, near Spirit Lake, Twin Lake and not too far from CDA and Farragut State Park.

Convenient with good privacy

This is a great spot for a large rv with clean water, good power and a nice picnic table. Very easy to access and the owners are super kind and helpful. It's adjacent to their rv and boat storage but still has loads of room and a fresh level gravel base.

Clean convenient spot to stop for the night. Secluded and safe with locking gate. Our kids loved the goats next door. Chris was super helpful.
