From the lofted sleeping area and a skylight to see the stars, to the thoughtfully curated local touches, to the easy access to both downtown and the mountains, we know you'll have a delightful stay and be back to visit again! The tiny even runs on solar power. Check-in is at 3 and check-out is at 11. Mar Lee is a working-class neighborhood with all the charms and realities that come with real folks living their day-to-day lives without the trappings of tourism. Mar Lee is known for its concentration of Asian and Latinx restaurants and shops, its views of the city, and its access to the mountains via Highway 6. With our guests having access to Google and Yelp, we've built a house guide to highlight neighborhood gems and encourage folks to really experience the neighborhood in which they are staying. We've also noted BIPOC, women-owned, LGBTQA+-owned, and eco-friendly spots as supporting these businesses aligns with our values. We have ample street parking if you have a car but it isn't necessary. Proximity to several bus stops stops and a 10 minute ride to the light rail station makes reaching all parts of the Denver metro-area a breeze. We acknowledge that our tiny home sits on the traditional lands of the Cheyenne peoples and we're committed to uplifting the name of these lands and the community members from these Nations who reside alongside us. Upon arrival, park anywhere on the street in front of the main house. Mind the no-parking signs for street sweeping (they love to ticket!). Head across the yard to the gate on the right side of the house, walk through the covered patio and turn the corner to the tiny house front door. There is a keypad lock on the front door, the combination will be the last 4 digits of the phone number associated with your account on this platform, and then the "unlock button". Pop off your shoes (shoe tray is to the left when you go inside, slippers to the right) and make yourself at home.

I had the most incredible stay at this backyard tiny house on Hipcamp! Every single detail was meticulously thought out, from the charming decor to the cozy bedding. I spent my evening gazing at the stars from bed. This hidden gem provided the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The perfect cozy budget stay

Our time at Tiny Urban Overlook was perfect! Cam thought of absolutely everything for our stay and was even prepared to shovel a snow path in the morning for us if it snowed overnight. It was very cozy, clean, and perfect for what we were looking for. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Place Ever

Wow!! I can’t fully describe how grateful I am to have found this gem/experience Cam & their family’s wonderful hospitality. You will instantly fall in love with the tiny home, and all the cute local touches that are provided throughout your stay. There’s local ground coffee/beer that seriously hits the spot. My flight into Denver was super late and I didn’t end up getting to the tiny home until about 3am, but Cam made sure I had enough lighting, instructions, and their direct contact info just in case I had any issues getting in. As a solo female traveler who’s used Air B&B/Hip Camp numerous times in the past, I so appreciated the care and felt right at home. Seriously book this place for as long as you can, my only regret is not extending my stay longer lol! But I’ll definitely be back, and can’t wait to pick up the same ground coffee that’s in the tiny home so I can bring a little piece home with me to California! Thanks again Cam and family :)

If you want have the experience to stay in a Tiny House, is great for you. Is quiet, very clean, comfortable, I really felt like home. Cam is very helpful and friendly, she's a super host! I love it, definitely I recommend and I'll be happy to stay there. Thanks so much!
